Nita Talbot is an Icon !!!! Beautiful.....Talented......and a Comic Genius !!!!!! Growing up in the 70's.....I looked forward to any and all TV Shows she was in......!!!!
Nita lit up the screen. What a face. What a physique. Loved how Nita could take lines (script) and bring them to life with her voice. She embraced the scene and her cast members (it’s magical how Nita would draw the Hogan’s Heroes character, LeBeau [sp?], into her and hug him...practically every scene!❤️) Everyone melted into her! How else can we describe it!?! Loved the Russian accent and I loved the wardrobe Nita showed off on HH. Thank you for your video research on Nita. Your channel, your hard work and the delivery of data on terrific actors like Nita are wonderful. Keep going. Thank you to Nita❤️
It seems virtually everyone remembered for their connection to Hogan's Heroes has an amazing story behind them. Nita Talbot is no exception. Just look at the filmography at imdb....working actress is an understatement. Wow.
My mother was also an actress in New York in the late forties. She would often talked about how she and Nita would be up against each other for the same part, and Nita always got the part. Nida is also in one of the funniest movies ever. Serial starring Martin Mull and Tuesday Weld is hilarious!
I’m an avid fan of HH . I watched the program when it aired in 1965 and I watched all the episodes. I can’t thank you enough for your uploads ,it brings back good memories.
Whenever I see her as a guest-star in television shows, I keep expecting her voice to break into a Russian accent. Too bad she wasn't given a spin-off series from Hogan's Heroes, as I loved the character that she played. Long live Nita!
Nita Talbot always "stole the show" as they say because your eyes were drawn to her. She was a lovely woman and she could really act. She was especially good in comedy. She could do it all. She was the most intriguing character in all of Hogan's Heroes which had some pretty tough competition for the camera. It's a pity she never connected on a vehicle that lasted with her as the star, but she graced nearly every other TV show that ever was. Nita, God Bless you and best of luck.
Nita as Marya was such a charming, but devious character. Very memorable. I've met some women like her, LOL! If you have the time, you might also do a video on Arlene Martel who had a recurring role as Tiger. Arlene had an amazing career as an actress.
Nita Talbot is drop dead freaking beautiful. I just adore her as Marya on Hogan's Heroes. I've also seen her on Perry Mason. I just cant get over how luscious she is when wearing all that fur on Hogan's Heroes.
It's no accident that Ms.Talbot was in a couple of episodes from two of my favorite shows:: THE FUGITIVE and the "Werewolf" episode from THE NIGHT STALKER! She ALWAYS brought her A game to a performance!
My favorite role is her Dee Dee Howitzer, in The Cool Ones with Roddy McDowell. Thanks for this channel! I've always loved, and been curious about, the minor characters and lesser-known actors. She had a sister who was named after a fur coat animal? Gloria Stone Marten.
DarrrrlING!!! I lovvve Nita. My favorite White Russian. No matter how many times I see her, she is the nemesis to Hogan. Hogan is Bugs Bunny who rarely has anyone get the better of him. The cat/ mouse battle with this seductress is soooo delicious. Starting From Scratch was a favorite of mine. Love Bill Daly & the kid that played his son. I may have a few on VHS. Wish it were on DVD, but not enough episodes. Would have loved to see her play opposite Larry Hagman as well. Thanks for the spotlight on a great actress, that kept working.
I love how you tell the 'story' of actors and actresses who played in classic movies and shows. You are right, live TV then was nothing like it is today... 1 take, don't mess up. Nita played a Russian perfectly... even in Gomer Pyle. Thanks for sharing.
Nita Talbot was a little bit of everything and a whole lot of beautiful. It was funny to see her in one show as an all American girl and then see her in something else with her sexy accent. According to an online search she is still doing well as of January 2023. God bless her.
I saw her on a episode of "The Virginian" that aired in 1968. She was a love interest of Trampas. That episode also had a young Clint Howard in it as well. He played a rich little Mexican boy making his way to Laramie.
I Was So Glad To Hear She's Still Alive!! I Always Liked Nita Talbot. She Definitely Has An Alluring Charisma. An Underrated Actress If Ever There Was One.
Loved her in the single episode of Kolchak she was in. They should have had her keep coming back as Kolchak's love interest because she would've been a perfect foil for him.
I'm so glad to hear Nita Talbot is still alive and kicking! The role I remember her in is that episode of Columbo, where Leonard Nimoy played the murderous doctor, Nita was great as a nurse. But I had no idea she was in so many other TV and movie roles!
I kind of remembered her face, from seeing her in programs, when I first saw her on Hogan, but the thick accent threw me off on her voice, to some degree. A couple of no accent lines in this video, got me back on track. Yes, she is quite a treasure, and made you believe she was out smarting everybody on Hogan's Heroes.
if i may... Arlene Martel is a fantastic actress with a great story behind her (Tiger on Hogan's Heroes, but also a memorable role on Star Trek, among others)
She stood out to me in that episode of Columbo that she was in. Even though she might be the only character that got on Columbo's nerves - at least that I can think of - I thought that she was very attractive; even though she really wasn't supposed to be. I noticed her soon after that, watching an episode of Charles in Charge (on Deja Vu about 8 years ago), and then on an episode of McCloud (Vision TV) not long after that, and most noticeably - recently - in the opening credits for Supertrain! She's got those great eyes, and I'm a sucker for her deeper voice!
Fantastic, really enjoyed that one. I always thought she was so hot, glad to hear she's still around. Love your channel, how bout doing some Columbo? He had so many great guest stars
I’m not ashamed to admit I paused her many times on my TiVo just to get a look at those big, beautiful, amazing eyes and smile. Episodes with her were great, and she had some memorable one liners. I just saw a movie the other night with her, I had to check to see if t was her, and sure enough it was. Of course the name of it is escaping me, but I’ll come back and edit this when it comes to mind. She was younger than her HH days.
I fell in love with her when I was 5 years old watching Hogans Hero's LOL. She was the most magnificent woman I had ever seen. I had forgotten about it until one day, 35 years later, my beautiful young Russian spy wife turned to me and called me," daaarling" in that thick accent. I almost fell over, wow life is strange sometimes.
I really enjoyed her in a movie with Jim Hutton named They Call It Murder. A rather serious role as an actress who worries about looking older, so she lets people think she is an alcoholic going into rehab. Instead, she is having cosmetic surgery to hold onto her career. She also had a small part in an Elvis movie.
I remember her on the Verginian with Doug, that was one of my favorite episode.i tape it to watch over and over. Her eyes was facinating . And I though she look so young.then I saw her again in a comedy with rock Hudson She played his secretary.
I was just a kid when Hogan's Heroes was on, and then, as I do now, since viewing these segments, consider her Russian voice, and her persona, one of the sexiest ever.
Loved this video. She was great on Hogan's Heroes. I just watched a whole episode of Supertain (terrible show) to see her scenes. She only had a couple of lines. 😪
Interesting tidbit not included in this fine video. Nita Talbot played Mildred Elias, a significant character, in the original Rockford Files pilot. The episode Backlash of the Hunter is now viewed in two parts. Rockford Files, of course, is an iconic series of American TV.
In the film "Caged" (1950) with Eleanor Parker and Agnes Moorehead, NITA is easy to spot as she is the only inmate in this film wearing pigtails. I have many early newspaper clippings of her when she first hit Hollywood as I was going to write a book about her, but now I'm too old-anyone want to write about her, I could help out some.
Nita Talbot is an Icon !!!! Beautiful.....Talented......and a Comic Genius !!!!!! Growing up in the 70's.....I looked forward to any and all TV Shows she was in......!!!!
I’m from the Netherlands and imported the “Hogan’s heroes series”it become my most beloved tv serie ever and still is.
Nita Talbot is an actress that when you seen her you couldn't take your eyes off her. GREAT ACTRESS ! MISS NITA ..
YOU ARE IRREPLACEABLE .
Exactly. No matter how old she got. I could not stop looking at her.
So glad to see someone giving Nita Talbot proper recognition she deserves! An incredible actress an absolute goddess!
She's beautiful, talented, funny, and very versatile. Thanks for featuring her.
Such beautiful eyes...even to this day!
I watch through Hogan's Heroes twice per year or so, and the episodes with Nita Talbot are always my favorite.
Love Nita Talbot! I wanted to by Marya when I was a kid.
So thank you for covering so many of the more or less lost details of her work.
Nita lit up the screen. What a face. What a physique. Loved how Nita could take lines (script) and bring them to life with her voice. She embraced the scene and her cast members (it’s magical how Nita would draw the Hogan’s Heroes character, LeBeau [sp?], into her and hug him...practically every scene!❤️)

"She's trouble alright.. the beautiful ones always are." Best quote!
Nobody has eyes like Miss Talbot...except, maybe, the late Lauren Bacall...similar, but different. Beautiful lady. Loads of talent.
In one of these photos. She looks so much like Lauren Bacall. very beautiful !
I just love her as Marya on Hogan’s Heroes! There is a Lauren Bacall look to her.
And a bit of Anne Francis - maybe?
Her low, sultry voice seals certainly helps...
We ALL do!
She should have gotten a show!!
Hey! You are right! She does remind me of Lauren Bacall.
Every show she graced was blessed
to have her.
Thank you for the insight on Nita Talbot 👍🏼
It seems virtually everyone remembered for their connection to Hogan's Heroes has an amazing story behind them. Nita Talbot is no exception. Just look at the filmography at imdb....working actress is an understatement. Wow.

What's the movie's name?
Her character on hogans heroes was great
She brought lots of laughter to me
Always a fan
I’m an avid fan of HH . I watched the program when it aired in 1965 and I watched all the episodes. I can’t thank you enough for your uploads ,it brings back good memories.
Fantastic research on your behalf! I can't even imagine how much time goes into making these videos, but they're outstanding! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Thank you again! 🕊
I just recently found out about her. What a doll, and what a character! She is very charming.
Whenever I see her as a guest-star in television shows, I keep expecting her voice to break into a Russian accent. Too bad she wasn't given a spin-off series from Hogan's Heroes, as I loved the character that she played. Long live Nita!
Me too! She was so convincing!
I was just thinking, she should have had a spin off!
😂
I would have loved to watch it!
I think she'd have done well with a spin-off, and her Russian accent. Sexy, Sexy, Sexy.
I have always loved Nita Talbot. The old footage of her is great in this video.
She's beautiful and her personality made her a sexy 10!
Thank you for this!! I am such a big fan of this beautiful lady.
I was watching an episode of 'Soap' the other day and Nita was on a least one show. Probably more. Great job Cool Classics 😊
I have always like Nita Talbot, so good looking and a wonderful actress!

She often played the "Rhoda" type friend of the female lead.
She's especially good in a COLUMBO episode as the victim's friend.
@@Oppeldeldoc1 I loved to watch Rhoda, until she lost all those wonderful curves.
This was so much fun to watch! I absolutely Love her and think shes a great actress. Watch Hogans Heroes all the time too.❤
Loved Nita Talbot as the Russian on Hogans Heroes.
Me Too!
Nita as Marya was such a charming, but devious character. Very memorable. I've met some women like her, LOL!

Thank you Cool Classics! Love your channel. And love the way you present your information. It’s so enjoyable.
Glad you enjoy it!

I remember her from that Ron Howard movie,"Night shift." She seems to still be beautiful at 90.
She was always interesting to watch. When she did a Russian accent she always reminded me of Natasha from Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Great video! She was also in the movie Bundle of Joy with Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher, one of my favorite Christmas movies.
THEY WERE GREAT 👍🏻 TIMES, LOVED 🥰 THE SHOW BROTHER ,
Thank you for this video, it gets a 👍up from me. Love your channel keep up the great work.
She is a wonderful Lady and a great actress
Absolutely loved her on Hogan's Heroes. She was great.
She was wonderful on Hogan's Heros. I did not know what a great acting career she had. Thanks so much.
Nita Talbot was a little bit of everything and a whole lot of beautiful. It was funny to see her in one show as an all American girl and then see her in something else with her sexy accent. According to an online search she is still doing well as of January 2023. God bless her.
She always was jazzy & snappy in her roles.
I agree!
My sister and I loved her in the TV show, The Thin Man, with Peter Lawford and Phyllis Kirk. She has a comedic, recurring role.
She also appeared in the first Mike Hammer 1958-1959 TV detective series with Darren McGavin (2nd episode).
I kind of remembered her face, from seeing her in programs, when I first saw her on Hogan, but the thick accent threw me off on her voice, to some degree. What a talent!! Great presentation.
Thank you kindly!
Outstanding 🤙

In my opinion it's between her and Flag on M.A.S.H for the greatest stand in of all time, Probable Q from STRG 3rd
Awesome! I LOVE Her
Wow what a beautiful lady, and great actress!!!!
Thank you again. Very interesting
She was great. Added much color to Hogan’s Heroes.
Nice post, its awesome how you dig up and deliver content for these homages
I absolutely love Nita Talbot.
Always liked her!
I just loved her on Hogans Heroes she always made me laugh 👍
She was in one of two ideas I had about a spin-off of Hogan's heroes. A mission impossible parody.
The most beautiful eyes in the history of Hollywood.
Fantastic, really enjoyed that one. I always thought she was so hot, glad to hear she's still around. Love your channel, how bout doing some Columbo? He had so many great guest stars
Love her AND your channel!

Although she was not my favorite actress, I still enjoyed a lot of her work. Well done video my friend.

Happy 94th Nita!
Nita . . . What a total godess!!! "Don't try an con me, just lay it on me"
I really enjoyed her in a movie with Jim Hutton named They Call It Murder. She also had a small part in an Elvis movie.
Love the classics. Now that’s acting!
Great video.
Between her and Dawn Wells I discovered my man hood. Thankfully they never knew that. :P Yeah I'm old and getting older everyday.
I remember her on the Verginian with Doug, that was one of my favorite episode.i tape it to watch over and over. Her eyes was facinating . And I though she look so young.then I saw her again in a comedy with rock Hudson She played his secretary.

Still alive at 93. She was in an episode of Kolchak: The Night Stalker.
she was great...
Such a beauty!!
I loved her as the White Russian. Glad she is still with us and doing well.
a very beautiful and talented lady.
IMHO her character on Hogan's Heroes was the inspiration for the Ivana Humpalot character in Austin Powers.
It is interesting that so many of Nita Talbot's clips show her smoking cigarettes. As of this writing she is 92 years old.
Nita kind of had that Lauren Bacall look about her. She was great in Hogan's Hero's.
She was in my favorite Elvis movie “Girl Happy.” And your “like” got me to subscribe.
Your like got me to subscribe
Cool! I appreciate all of your positive comments Lise 😁
Love her!!!
Loved this video. She was great on Hogan's Heroes. I just watched a whole episode of Supertain (terrible show) to see her scenes. She only had a couple of lines. 😪
Awesome, thanks
I found a current address and sent fan mail...hope it finds her well. Nice episode you made...thank you.
I wasn't aware of her, but I am now. You sure track stuff down online. Some print references also might help.

Nita was also in Sandra dee and Bobby Darrin that funny feeling and she was very good
She was very good in a couple of episodes of "Mike Hammer" with Darren McGavin
Loved this. We're u able to talk with Nita? I'm sure she would be a great interview
Boy I miss those days when tv was truly funny.
