I’m looking forward to the deep water sessions at the dam wall. as I’m keen to have a go at the local reservoir near me in Cornwall. Argul in penryn I have kept a keen eye on any reservoir fishing you’d have done and will keep an eye out for more
I have commented before on the view from the water on the tip and how good it is, thanks. Do you think you can make a video of when you pick up on the bite, in this video you talk about small indications and then the bite. Sometimes the small indication is all you get and the fish is on, what do you think is this an idea to progress as a video?
Complete novice here after advice. I'm currently using a frenzee 11ft feeder rod and reel with 8lb sinking line to a 30gram method with a 4inch band em hook length with size 14 to 8 hooks. Ground bait I use is krill based and I mix that with soaked 2mm pellets. Hooks baits I've got 6 and 8mm band em wafters (several different colours/flavours) Several different size pellets and washed out syrup mix. I have a new bag off sonubaits carp pro ground bait but haven't tried it yet. Is there any advice off set up/bait mix for the winter months and also any advice on tackle set up also. Apologies for the novice questions but I have only just started fishing this year and absolutely love the sport. I am mainly trying to target carp in commercial lakes. Thanks in advance guys and girls. Any advice or comments welcome. Cheer guys
