- So your BQi-C3 Pro has arrived and it's time to build your bike - Great! This video will walk you through the unboxing process and have you on the road in no time (Approximately half an hour).
Just 4 easy steps:
1) Install the front wheel - 01:46
2) Attach the handlebars - 02:46
3) Attach the pedals - 04:21
4) Adjust the seat - 04:59

Got one and it’s literally impossible to get working - the front wheel/disc/caliper are impossible to align. I’m at the maximum tolerance of the caliper and the left pad is still rubbing… I’ve owned tons of bikes, what’s the deal with this one??
Thanks for your feedback, the calipers have two fastening bolts, which can adjust the position of the calipers so that the brake disc is centered, this should remove the friction issue. If you continue to have issues please do DM us on IG, so we can help provide assistance.
I had the exact same problem, the problem is in the Handel bars. Turn your handle bars so the turn 180 degrees and the bike will naturally push the front wheel out so it clears the bike and is easy to attach. Remember think about the handlebar. Do not setup the handle first. Do the wheel first otherwise you will experience the problem your having.
Can you make video how to change the back-tire? What I need to know about the Carbon Gates Belt Drive during change?
For my other Bike I have a basket with a standard Snapit-Adapter. Is a snapit-adapter compatible with the niu-bike?

About The batteries, I have many questions. Will you also produce a video for the right usage:
Is it OK to always only recharge one of the two batteries?
What are the lowest temperature the battery could handle without getting damaged?

We plan to offer more resources on the BQi soon, so stay tuned! Unfortunately, the Snap-It adapter is not directly compatible with the BQi.
We don't have a set release date at this time for Europe, but when have more information to share, we'll be sure to do so!
Yes, you can use the bike with one or two batteries; both are ok options. You shouldn't ride in temperatures below -10C and don't charge or store the batteries in temperatures below freezing.

I have a serious problem. 1st step. The wheel hits the Base of the frame. Why I can not get the wheel to alight straight with the back tire the handles bar has to be slightly turned. Why does the front wheel seem like it’s to big and hitting the from preventing it from being straight
Their product quality is horrible. Bought a kqi2 and after a month the rear fender latch is broken. Requested repair for return and repair, they said they would send parts and instruction. Two weeks later parts arrive and the instruction is totally another product. After my insist of sending back and repair, they took my bike for a week without any status update. Dissappointing quality and horrible servise. My scooter is still not back and its now almost three weeks. Dont buy their products

this company is a SCAM! I have ordered a Scooter last year in June (2021) with them on Indiegogo. They still have not delivered the Scooter, but the customer service (she is called Roselyn Pasco) tells me always, they will soon deliver it!
Do NOT buy with this company, as it could be, that you never receive the Scooter you bought!!!!
