A guitarist myself, who's been swinging a LP custom since I was 14, got hit by a car at 18, and my back and shoulders give me almost constant pain. Whiplash like feelings can come on within the week from my experience.

I’m so sorry you had such a horrifying experience, but I’m glad everyone made it out safely. Thanks to LAFD, LAPD, and anyone else who responded and helped out friends. Whatever kind of car that is, it’s clearly a winner in the safety and durability department as it saved your lives.
Looks like NAMM was amazing! Oddly, I didn’t see as much footage of you guys this year floating around, but I don’t know when this accident happened and whether it prevented you from attending on some days. I saw a lot of footage with Lee doing interviews for the Anderton’s channel and a lot of Victory amp stuff. I’m glad you reported a larger showing this year and that SP were able to come back and rep their guitar. I heard there were more people, like you said. Others attendees said there was less than last year, but it didn’t seem that way in the video footage I saw - looked like more to me! I know it’s technically a trade show, but I’m glad it was opened to the public like many trade shows are. It still drums up business and word of mouth for the brands that attend regardless.
I’m personally very excited about the SP Pegasus. That ten way switch is sick sounding and truly innovative. It shows that Chapman can develop cool new ideas that make guitars more versatile and playable. If I weren’t so ill and could ever afford a Chapman, the Pegasus would be the one I want. It’s an all-in-one workhorse that can do anything and everything.
In the future, it would be cool if you could also do a semi-hollow take on Pegasus - imagine how sick that would be! Call it the Winged Pegasus! I’d keep the color and everything else the same, but add a piezo to capture acoustic tones too! Maybe make F-U holes . . . or G-H holes (SP fans will get that reference quickly!), lol. Either option would be hilarious and out there, like SP! 😂😂😂

NAMM was open to the public this year that's why it was so crowded whereas it was previously open only to merchants and special invites, hence the name. I imagine this was to keep it from dying. I am surprised Rob didn't know that since he has a booth there.

He was really amazing, injured his arm, so he couldn’t turn his hand over and developed this way of playing to deal with it. :-)
He caught my eye and ear as well. Sounded great.
@@RobChappers I knew there had to be an interesting story behind that. I remember when Jeff Healy came on the scene, and he learned to play that way because he literally couldn't see how everyone else played, so he wasn't limiting himself trying to emulate them.
