Mercy-Kill (the wings) and supersaw ( the ubercharge saw) Since you dash when you jump a second time in the air, you can approach your enemy much faster to get in range of the supersaw, this also allows you to land cool hits. (since the wings slow your fall, to dash more often, press space 3 times instead of 2 in order to regulate your fall speed and dash more often towards your enemy) If you are close enough, you can wing-dash towards you enemy's head and land a crit, and repeat rapidly with ease.
You can also use overdrive(or wings) with blood doctor and saw Get someone with an item that doesnt allow them to get overheal from doctor(razorback, that one scout pistol, ect) and get supercharge from them The saw of doctor is incredibly powerful with 65 dmg, a quick attack speed and enemies drop a health pack on death for healing You can destroy enemies that are not going for a melee build with this

I find that the Syringe SMG is your easiest and best option for Battle Doctor as it has a good firerate and can easily mow down any Scout, Sniper, Engineer or Brute (if they aren't looking). For melee I would say Ubersaw or about anything what does decent damage can benefit you.
If ur a doctor, you went to medical school to help patients. Not kill people with crossbows and knives, I am truly disappointed in those doctors, shameful.
Only reason that battle doctor is better than battle medic is because battle doctor's syringe gun can travel much faster then the crusaders crossbow, and the syringe SMG is much more better then the syringe gun
i honestly wouldnt even compare them tc2 doctor has a good stock saw and multiple viable primaries for battle doc tf2 medic has like 3 choices for melee (ubersaw with overdose, amputator with blutsauger, stock with anything), and only really one "good" primary (the blutsauger) unless going for a severe gimmick on an already gimmicky subclass both are EXTREMELY powerful in the right hands
