@@criticalshooter8169 you are right, although wrong at the same time, on april fools they just put a gamemode named MvM but when you joined and everyone was ready it was a boss fight against troll face, but you could get 3 rewards if i remember correctly, if you beat troll face you would get the foolers fadango hat for flanker along side tokens you would get every time you beat him, however there was a really really slim chance of you getting a golden pan there, i think only 2 people managed to get it while the update was still on, you can check how the update was by seraching "Typical colors 2 april fools update boss fight"
I think the reason why they still havent done it is cuz it would lag the server with all the bots ai needing to walk around it different places do objectives and use weapons + the weapons abbilities so clearly that was too much for the roblox engine to handle so they are either finding on a different solution or they just arent making tc2 mvm but who knows

firstly, i love this - take a sub two, about stock melee being different, it's kinda weird. it's like, it's a good stat that correlates with the class, but trying to make it independent would just be like the solemn vow, so meh, just weird. If every stock had a mini-stat of sort, then it feel a bit better, but the fact that half of stock melee has a mini-stat, stuff like the scout melee's carrying over the stock stat into some of it's melee making it even more confusing. thirdly, i'm wondering how you're gonna handle stuff like for doctor, the stat of the solemn vow is just a mechanic of doctor, or the (mini)crits on shield charges are removed, and is a separate weapon (the ragin' bull) can't wait for the rabbit hole of trooper, and the complete decimation of the useless tf2 Bison, against the debatably OP tc2 Raygun (literally, trooper's secondaries are so evenly balanced, it's hard to choose)
I disagree with everything said because tc2 runs somehow slower than tf2 which gives me a hidden down side known as "bullets appear 2 seconds after you shoot them" and another hidden downside known as "-20% movement control" However I like how I get the +20% chance to dodge an enemy bullet because of my bs ping stat , that's a definite up side

I didn't? And although I do agree an instant 102 as long as they're at 25% health is pretty strong, I don't think it 'melts them' since you whip it out only if they're at low health, which leads do the question; if they're at that health, why not just hit them with a meatshot?
IMo the atomizer -10 health improves the weapon in every way. Due to the slef nockback you suffer, you jump higher, and with it you also remove the argument "free mobility" that lead to it being banned in sixes in tf2 comp.
In my opinion the third jump is usually enough for most heights, so the minor knockback you get from being damaged isn't really important. Of course it might just be a personal thing. And yeah, I should have specified my opinion on this is from a casual standpoint.

I prefer valve's awful way of balancing, the stock scout really feels like a glass canon because your scatty is insanely powerfull at close range, but flanker's shotty feels weak and clanky to use. As for non stock weapons, I guess they are fine, but I never really used them because as far as I know the only way to get them is to buy them with robux, which is not exactly s problem with the class it self, but with the whole game, plus why would you put real money into a blocky mess with high ping when you can get the real deal for free and craft weapons you need
Unlocks can be bought with 'credits,' which can be earned really quickly by just playing the game normally. And I'm not sure what you mean about Flanker's shotguns feeling weak when they deal the same damage.
Ah yes the only thing making a game different from eachother makes the other game bad, tc2's rocket jumping system being different from tf2 doesnt mean much since overwatch's rocket jumps deal dmg to you and dont knockback you at all and noone is complaing about that

awesome comparison for the 2 games, if you ask me tho, tc2's flanker is a bit more balanced and fun to play cause y'know, half of the weapons dont suck and all weapons offer a good playstyle without completely shitting on the basic one. Porting tf2 into Roblox is a very hard task considering how Roblox ping and replication works and many other factors. Tc2 requires a lot of rebalancing and believe me the devs are working on it.
so, uh, looking back on this comment. I said this because most tc2 players just kinda suck. and I was only playing dps classes, so I assumed they were just op since I suck at actual tf2.
The problem with the triple jump with the Atomizer is that it makes you jump so high that in a good portion of cases, you are going to take fall damage from it. Most tc2 maps don't have enough verticality for that high triple jump to be worth it, and I think having just a small triple jump like in tf2 would be much more usable.
yeah ive been using it more and thats a problem, plus the fact that the third jump makes you a sitting duck to get shot at while youre falling from such a height
the reason i quit tc2 for good is that the class scout was op since the characters are blocky the sniper was op to basically hit scan weopens that reuqiers aim are the best weapons alos spy sucked in tc2 because she mini crits on backstabs (about 125 damage or so) so no one hit
Yeah i do agree with the blocky model it make the game quite easy because there no way i able to even get 5 kill as sniper in 1 life but in tc2 i have get way more 5 - 20 kill in a life way more but then again roblox lag are just insane

Now when someone plays agent they have to be very careful also did i mention that the chrachters are blocky which makes spy checking much more easier and getting caught up by the other teams hitboxes? Also the decloacking sounds are so fucking loud that the first time i played tf2 spy instead of tc2 agent i thought that everyone is fucking deaf they cant hear my decloack once i managed to hear the decloack from my teammate i get to understand that "yup it is definetly more quiet than tc2 decloack" also side stabs were never op it is your punishment that you couldent hear the loud af decloack and didnt understand that agents in tc2 can only hold the primary of the person they disguised as, heck it would have been better if they showed when ever they would mini crit instead of crit. Characters are sloe cuz maps in tc2 are smaller and characters are more wide making them just slow sometimes, you can also complain about the ping in tf2 aswell cuz they also have laggy servers, despite the maps being technically smaller it isnt easier to find an agent like at all, they are still hidden and even if the decloak is "loud" cuz you were right up your teammates face doesnt make the decloak anymore easier to hear like have you even played normal tc2? (aka annihalator on def trooper on def or any class except agent) have you ever heard an enemy agents decloak? Like yeah deadringer has a louder decloak but thats always dead ringers downside and the reason why its still hard to listen to agents decloak is cuz louder voicelines like agents voice lines are pretty quick making it hard to listen when an agent says something and the classes feel like they have the same hitboxes as tf2 tf2 is just more slippery and again if you play tc2 you would actually know the feeling of finding agents its really hard

Great video but I as tc2 player have been noticing stock pistol although it doesn’t say it’s changed seems to deal double dmg to buildings also I think you missed the winger although correct me if I’m wrong on the pistol I don’t play tf2 anymore and I noticed this playing engi/mechanic
For the Pistol, the only reason you're noticing it deals more damage is because damage falloff and rampup does not apply to buildings, thus when you're chipping away at a Sentry you're dealing base damage, not falloff damage. As for the Winger, I felt the changes were too minimal to warrant talking about it.
for flankers bat it deals 25 damage and that crits players under 25 hp it just makes it look cool your literally just killing them normally it just looks cool cuz its a crit

I usually play TC2 when I'm burnt out from Fighting sweats in TF2, I don't know why but TC2 is so much easier, the models just move very slow which is great for hitreg classes and the hitboxes feel like they're 10 times bigger than the Roblox model, TC2 just feels like a dumbed down TF2 with ear breaking sound design (To me at the very least).
TC2 does have much more forgiving hitboxes, and I've recently learnt that a lot of the stats related to melee are actually used to counter the ridiculously large melee hitboxes.
Probably random damage spread. The Lever Shotgun always fires a fixed pattern so you can easily predict where your shots will go, whereas in TF2 it's completely random so unless you're at point blank.
In general tc2 and tf2 are both good on their own. Tc2 having balance weapons, tf2 having the funni hoovy and some random critical SHIT And they are equal both to each other therefore meaning there no who better (Updates dont count since game have more updates doesnt bloody mean it good you ijit!)
Well compared to a lot of other names TC2 has come up with (namely just alliteration,) the Girl Scout -> Grill Scout on a weapon that inflicts afterburn is pretty funny.
I always hated the stupid soda popper nerf because it was literally contradicting what the weapon was designed for; vertical mobility. Losing your double jump in favor of a 20% firing speed and needing to deal 50 extra damage for Hype was NOT WORTH THE TRADEOFF since Scout lives and dies by the double jump, and that ruins it. If you wanted that stat in the game, apply it to the Baby Face's Blaster since that makes more sense as that weapon is HORIZONTAL mobility. I should also mention that the BFB's old gimmick of using bleed damage to charge your boost in TF2 is completely gone in TC2, because the devs apparently hate fun combos like that. While some weapons I actually think were smart like the Shortstop's meter refill since its bundled with the mad milk and sandman, there's stuff like the soda popper and concealed carry that make me question what the hell were they thinking and why did they give them conflicting stats. Soldier/Trooper is gonna get a lot worse, and to give you perspective on how I know this; they removed the mid air jump mechanic from the Beggar's Bazooka, which was the main appeal of the weapon. Loved this video, can't wait to see the other 8. Possibly with even their original weapons exclusive to this game as well.
I feel like the Concealed Carry change wasn't that bad? It changes the gun into a finisher with great rewards. Sure it's not the Pocket Pistol but it's alright. But yeah, I agree with a lot of your takes. Regarding Trooper, admittedly he's my least played class outside of Arsonist but I'll try my best. Thanks for the support!
@@4komawa I will admit I would agree with you but there's a few key counters I have for this mindset: > If you wanted that healing sustainability, just use the Candy Cane or the Mad Milk, where you're not giving up your medic overheal for that threshold to 185 health which isn't even all that much. > The 30% damage penalty is incredibly painful on maps where the enemy has a hold on defense, like any KoTH maps or the second point of Badwater for a better example. Damage falloff is hard to deal with as a Scout when your health can easily be drained in *seconds* with one or two shotgun hits, or even a single rocket, hence where I'm getting this from. > In the time you'd finish them off with your pistol, you could've also ended the fight earlier if you had just shot them with your scattergun if you managed to catch them off guard and isolated. > In the uses where you WOULD get that extra health, you'd likely only heal back the damage you were just dealt in that 1v1 encounter, and if you tried to weaken them and THEN finish them off with the pistol, then depending on who you caught off guard, you could've easily guaranteed your death. Scout is a hit and run class, he flanks around the enemy frontlines to catch them with their pants down and pick them off, and he literally can't last any prolonged fight with his low health pool without good dodging. The Pretty Boy Pocket Pistol was reworked a lot, but landed on a design that encouraged extra leniency for retreating if you misjudged a situation and need to make a retreat while also guaranteeing you can make it to a nearby healthpack. The Concealed Carry on the other-hand was a horrible attempt at "rebalancing" an already balanced weapon because ROLVe is insistent on their weapon balances being good while also completely defeating the purpose of the weapon. (See their reworked proposal for the Specialist; they're giving scout *damage vulnerability while capturing the point and less damage when he's not* for the trade off of +1 capture rate speed when that goes against what he's designed to do.)

The problem with the triple jump with the Atomizer is that it makes you jump so high that in a good portion of cases, you are going to take fall damage from it. Most tc2 maps don't have enough verticality for that high triple jump to be worth it, and I think having just a small triple jump like in tf2 would be much more usable.
yeah ive been using it more and thats a problem, plus the fact that the third jump makes you a sitting duck to get shot at while youre falling from such a height

the reason i quit tc2 for good is that the class scout was op since the characters are blocky the sniper was op to basically hit scan weopens that reuqiers aim are the best weapons alos spy sucked in tc2 because she mini crits on backstabs (about 125 damage or so) so no one hit
I can understand the argument, there are a lot of flaws in TC2's version I find annoying.
Yeah i do agree with the blocky model it make the game quite easy because there no way i able to even get 5 kill as sniper in 1 life but in tc2 i have get way more 5 - 20 kill in a life way more but then again roblox lag are just insane

@@rowenamirasol3792 dude you couldent able to fucking hit side stabs because of the ping of roblox, the charachters being slow and roblox engine being terrible for making sudden turns. Now when someone plays agent they have to be very careful also did i mention that the chrachters are blocky which makes spy checking much more easier and getting caught up by the other teams hitboxes? Also the decloacking sounds are so fucking loud that the first time i played tf2 spy instead of tc2 agent i thought that everyone is fucking deaf they cant hear my decloack once i managed to hear the decloack from my teammate i get to understand that "yup it is definetly more quiet than tc2 decloack" also side stabs were never op it is your punishment that you couldent hear the loud af decloack and didnt understand that agents in tc2 can only hold the primary of the person they disguised as, heck it would have been better if they showed when ever they would mini crit instead of crit. I dont know about you but i played Rolve games enough to safely say that they will never and ever would take the place of valve and they will never be a good roblox game industry since the community and the devs are nothing but crybabies
@@drrroden ngl dude that seems like a skill issue cuz tf2 and tc2 are DIFFERENT and you should not compare them cuz one is more op than the other. Ok back to it. Characters are sloe cuz maps in tc2 are smaller and characters are more wide making them just slow sometimes, you can also complain about the ping in tf2 aswell cuz they also have laggy servers, despite the maps being technically smaller it isnt easier to find an agent like at all, they are still hidden and even if the decloak is "loud" cuz you were right up your teammates face doesnt make the decloak anymore easier to hear like have you even played normal tc2? (aka annihalator on def trooper on def or any class except agent) have you ever heard an enemy agents decloak? Like yeah deadringer has a louder decloak but thats always dead ringers downside and the reason why its still hard to listen to agents decloak is cuz louder voicelines like agents voice lines are pretty quick making it hard to listen when an agent says something and the classes feel like they have the same hitboxes as tf2 tf2 is just more slippery and again if you play tc2 you would actually know the feeling of finding agents its really hard

This is funny because In tc2 I use the winger the stock shotgun and the grill scout and I always start a fight with the grill scout
I mean if you think about it, why bother using the Grill Scout as a starter if you're gonna kill them with the Lever Shotgun? It's just redundant.
@@4komawa yah but if I die in that battle if they are not near water they will still take a lot of damage one time I even managed to stop a entire push by taking out a medic with that combo after I died

Great video but I as tc2 player have been noticing stock pistol although it doesn’t say it’s changed seems to deal double dmg to buildings also I think you missed the winger although correct me if I’m wrong on the pistol I don’t play tf2 anymore and I noticed this playing engi/mechanic
For the Pistol, the only reason you're noticing it deals more damage is because damage falloff and rampup does not apply to buildings, thus when you're chipping away at a Sentry you're dealing base damage, not falloff damage. As for the Winger, I felt the changes were too minimal to warrant talking about it.

I usually play TC2 when I'm burnt out from Fighting sweats in TF2, I don't know why but TC2 is so much easier, the models just move very slow which is great for hitreg classes and the hitboxes feel like they're 10 times bigger than the Roblox model, TC2 just feels like a dumbed down TF2 with ear breaking sound design (To me at the very least).
TC2 does have much more forgiving hitboxes, and I've recently learnt that a lot of the stats related to melee are actually used to counter the ridiculously large melee hitboxes.

Probably random damage spread. The Lever Shotgun always fires a fixed pattern so you can easily predict where your shots will go, whereas in TF2 it's completely random so unless you're at point blank.

I feel uncomfortable saying the pretty boys doesn't exist in tc2 seeing as it did, but got heavily reimagined. I mean you use it to restore hp.
I always hated the stupid soda popper nerf because it was literally contradicting what the weapon was designed for; vertical mobility. Losing your double jump in favor of a 20% firing speed and needing to deal 50 extra damage for Hype was NOT WORTH THE TRADEOFF since Scout lives and dies by the double jump, and that ruins it. If you wanted that stat in the game, apply it to the Baby Face's Blaster since that makes more sense as that weapon is HORIZONTAL mobility.
I should also mention that the BFB's old gimmick of using bleed damage to charge your boost in TF2 is completely gone in TC2, because the devs apparently hate fun combos like that.
While some weapons I actually think were smart like the Shortstop's meter refill since its bundled with the mad milk and sandman, there's stuff like the soda popper and concealed carry that make me question what the hell were they thinking and why did they give them conflicting stats.
Soldier/Trooper is gonna get a lot worse, and to give you perspective on how I know this; they removed the mid air jump mechanic from the Beggar's Bazooka, which was the main appeal of the weapon. Loved this video, can't wait to see the other 8. Possibly with even their original weapons exclusive to this game as well.
I feel like the Concealed Carry change wasn't that bad? It changes the gun into a finisher with great rewards. Sure it's not the Pocket Pistol but it's alright. But yeah, I agree with a lot of your takes.

@@4komawa I will admit I would agree with you but there's a few key counters I have for this mindset:

> The 30% damage penalty is incredibly painful on maps where the enemy has a hold on defense, like any KoTH maps or the second point of Badwater for a better example. Damage falloff is hard to deal with as a Scout when your health can easily be drained in *seconds* with one or two shotgun hits, or even a single rocket, hence where I'm getting this from.
> In the time you'd finish them off with your pistol, you could've also ended the fight earlier if you had just shot them with your scattergun if you managed to catch them off guard and isolated.
> In the uses where you WOULD get that extra health, you'd likely only heal back the damage you were just dealt in that 1v1 encounter, and if you tried to weaken them and THEN finish them off with the pistol, then depending on who you caught off guard, you could've easily guaranteed your death.
Scout is a hit and run class, he flanks around the enemy frontlines to catch them with their pants down and pick them off, and he literally can't last any prolonged fight with his low health pool without good dodging. The Pretty Boy Pocket Pistol was reworked a lot, but landed on a design that encouraged extra leniency for retreating if you misjudged a situation and need to make a retreat while also guaranteeing you can make it to a nearby healthpack.
The Concealed Carry on the other-hand was a horrible attempt at "rebalancing" an already balanced weapon because ROLVe is insistent on their weapon balances being good while also completely defeating the purpose of the weapon. (See their reworked proposal for the Specialist; they're giving scout *damage vulnerability while capturing the point and less damage when he's not* for the trade off of +1 capture rate speed when that goes against what he's designed to do.)
