I first came across your video "Quitting my six figure tech job (without having another one lined up) and walking in faith" and I had goosebumps because of how much your situation mirrored mine and just how spot on your description was. I felt like God was tugging on my heart for awhile and then I ended up getting laid off from my tech job 2 months ago (and I'm also 26) and it had initially been a large weight off of my heart. I knew God was restoring my tired heart and mind, however, and reigniting a "creating and sharing authentically" mentality within me. Your other video on asking God "specifically" also moved me and I decided to do the same thing this last Sunday. I prayed for God to play the song "Give me Jesus" during church service... and felt Him tell me that He would but not there... and that the people in the church needed the songs at that service. However, on the way home, my mom turned on another service, and they started playing "Give me Jesus" 🥺. The thing is, God has shown Himself to me over and over again and I felt a little silly for even asking Him to give me a sign... but He did anyway. I'm grateful that He is using you to reach out and connect with others like me who are going through such an eerily similar situation. I just wanted to thank you for taking that leap of faith and pursuing what He's calling you to do, the world needs people who are willing to empty themselves so the holy spirit can fill in and work through us. Thank you thank you so much.
Also, through this video... I wanted to share a visual that was prompted in my mind… God is holding my hand and leading me somewhere… He even gave me these small visions of where He'd lead me… and then I have a blindfold on and He’s asking me to trust him for this temporary walk… I could either complain on the way there… ask Him over and over how we’re getting there… or how it’s possible or what’s going on or why can’t I see or ask if we can take a certain route that I’m familiar with or tell him I wanna see and help and participate so that we can go through a way that makes me feel better… and all of it comes from a place of uncertainty… and fear… or I can trust His guidance and know He loves me and know He’s guiding me through the best route and I can just surrender and be excited and filled with gratitude that He loves me so much to lead me… and that He allows me to be a witness.

I got involuntarily let go of /fired and going to a new job next month part of it my fault and I’m still sad ! But I’m in a season of a lot of moving parts too and I’m actually in a crisis bc my heart wants to just travel the world 🌍 😢 however I love working and I need to save . So God is up to something . Thanks for the word !!!
