Sounds like Wilderness Camp, except they drop you off in the middle of no where, you hike in 7 miles with gear on your back, then set-up camp. No buildings, just sleeping in your tent. I sent my son on this experience when he was twelve (with other kids). No moms around to interfere, just the Guide, and college age camp volunteers. He came back with huge blood blisters on his feet, and nearly cut his finger off learning how to whittle. He said he had a blast, despite the pain. lol. I’m happy I sent him and didn’t push my own fears on him.
Did a 7 day Algonquin canoe trip When I was 17 to test out our orienteering skills. Half way through we lost the map but relied on our skills to make it back. Most enjoyable trip.
Cousin of mine did A 60 day trip… It’s something every young Canadian man should do. It’s a rite of passage. Just make sure your J stroke is in good order.
Incredible experience. Nothing like it
“Bro record me hitting the mitts”😂
There’s something to being in a canoe, staring deep into nature. Not too different than when they explored 400-500 years ago. Thanks for sharing. Liked the sauna set up. The Appalachian trail is another possibility.
Great trip. Nothing like the outdoors! Thanks for sharing.
This looks like absolute heaven! I can only imagine how much fun you guys had when the camera was off!
That sunset on the water looks amazing. A great time for reflection.
Looks like fun!
Always go twice a year in northern Minnesota, boundary waters
You guys are city boys, that’s for sure! Cool trip
It was a fun trip
Amazing!
Surviving the wilderness (right up until about 9:17)
No disagreeable women…best part 😎
Women live rent-free in your head
Rent free because a man always has to pay
Hungry bears > disagreeable women
At least you know what the hungry bear’s end game is.
Is this Glamping for the boys?
Looks fun.
Beautiful weather for it. Looks like you guys were well fed. Doing that stuff solo is more my jam.
Loved it. Wouldn't have been the same experience without Rich, Moff and the 1%/10% crew that manned up. 💪
Itching for the next one
Looks like an amazing time! I love the outdoors!
While this type of gig is not my bag, hiking/Trekking/mountaineering solo or with right people can be extremely rewarding and good learning curve.. No distractions.
Great place to be.
nice adventure! I would love to participate in something like this
Beautiful Park
First visit in 1974
Beautiful views, thanks for sharing
Looks so much fun. You should have added fishing and small game hunting in your activities.
Appreciate the share
Everyone seems to be chilled and with no dramas.
🤙
YOU'RE DOING THE JSTROKE WRONG!
hes got time to learn. Not everyone grew up canoing.
Nobody tell him.
Dope video I’ve been ninja watching but now I’m subscribing
adventure time
Men in the outdoors enjoying nature and eachothers company is important!
Now that is what I call glamping
This kind of video is a way in the era of AI; proof of humanity.
Couple people together recognizing the true opressor; Nature and coexist with it.
Gee mom I want to go , back to Ontario. Gee mom I want to go home.
Algonkin park?! Looking like some group of 7 paintings.
Arigato from Japan
You got it tough bro.... surviving in that mansion must be harsh.
Spent a week canoeing and camping up there as a teenager. Such a beautiful place minus the skeeters.
surprised you guys didn't get swarmed by bugs the whole time. last fishing trip I went for a week in upper QC and there were enough mosquitos to blot out the sun lol.
this reminds me of the boy scouts in the middle seventies ! the best time ever !
In nature with the boys,lovely.
Thats what i encourage my guys to do also, but I barely got one out to touch some grass and hike some hills, fat duck can't even breathe properly after 1 km walk...
Guess I'l get my brothers to have some fun in the family how we used to
If I was offered that breakfast I would have laughed in your faces and eaten the beef jerky I brought with me
Some very cool shit Rich!
This is awesome 👍👍
Great vlog
4:40 Memorial dedicated to park rangers Tom Wattie and Frank Robichaud. Frank was caught in a blizzard and eventually died in the cabin on Three Mile Lake. Not sure exactly how Tom Wattie died.
Richard is just entering onto the West Arm, North Tea Lake. 45.935001762334124, -79.10928265906404
8:00 Manitou Lake
Good stuff 👍
Basically this is my backyard .
Today's real Boy Scouts! Have fun like I did in the Army
I love this! This is what this generation is missing for men. Too much emasculation pumped into this system and feminine energy pushed to us. 💪🏾💯
Id rather be trapped in the woods with mama bears than a strange women.
Some girls decided to go out into the wilderness to test their skills and prove some points and hang out (with the bare minimum, literally speaking)😊 and by the time they came back they all had much hair in all kinds of places including beards and mustaches. 😅
Wrestling with crocodiles and bears ? Juggling with chainsaws and machetes?
Punching mosquitos in the nose.
@@jonathanandrew2909😂 Yeah, come at me, moz bro, I have tiger balm and hot spoons 😂
I have a property 8 hours north from GTA , where i go deer hunting.
Come over guys , I'll show you a wilderness 😂😂😂
Looks like adult Boy Scouts lol
👍
This _!_
I wonder how many of these guys knew each other before this trip. I've been on vacation with friends of friends, and it wasn't a good experience.
I did not know 90% of the other men on this trip yet I formed many bonds with like-minded men.
If you got a solid group of men (like Rich has) that's all about levelling themselves up, you're going to meet more quality men.
@@Faust598 You make an excellent point. Richard isn't going to put up with bs like some of my former friends.
These men are all part of our private community.
@moff_unplugged Whatever happened to Jarren? I enjoyed his perspective. I haven't seen him on any videos for a while.
@@bright2915 he’s no longer involved
Dude Really? Hard life come to FL and hike in the Everglades hunt and kill your own food. That's how I roll on retreat.
Yeah it’s a really tuff wilderness trip when you bring along a personal chef!
You're doing the J-stroke wrong.
This is fun and relaxing but no challenge. Do it with no tools no supplies no knife nothing but your clothes. Even that isn't a challenge for me at 4 days
Looks like a great trip. Considering there were no bears I guess they were on dates with the women. So you were left with the mozzies.
Lots of beetle kill
Was that a cigarette?
Yeah - he just lost his alpha card. :)
They smoke? Cigarettes?
They just lost a few brownie points right there. 🤣
@@pinnacle1717 The gentleman behind Rich appeared to be smoking a tobacco cigarette, not a good look.
Bear or woman? How big of a woman are we talking?
If you want to see what you're made of then you would go out there naked with no supplies.
Learn to paddle
This type of shit is cringe dude
Agree
It's not big deal! I did it all time by myself.
Ok, nice walking, where is adventure?
