Swayambhu temple or monkey temple is not the same as Boudhanath - two separate places to visit - both equally important to both Buddhist & Hindus. Majority of Mountains are in Nepal and the land belongs to Nepal. So, no you can’t climb from other sides .. except a few but that’s not because it belongs to Tibet, it’s because people have to get to Tibet side if they wish to climb from the north side of the mountain .. Most of the mountains that’s not climbed yet are considered sacred - when it’s considered sacred, you can not climb it 🤷♀️ the most famous mountains that’s sacred are mount Kailasha (it’s in Tibet) .. Machapuchere (fish tail mountain) and couple of others are in Nepal !! Nepal has much to offer, depends on what you are looking for ..eg, adventure, culture, food, religion/spirituality .. it’s probably one of the most diverse countries on the planet… from landscape to culture to religion to languages to food .. you will not find this kind of blend anywhere else in the world !! 🙏🙏❤️❤️🇳🇵🇳🇵

When you go inside the morden building you will discover another building which is the real Mayadevi temple.
