@@bjornofficial4688 That is what people don't understand: It starts off more wonderful than anything you can imagine. They mirror their prey and they choose the kindest and most forgiving people, the vulnerable, often choosing someone with health issues they can seem to be willing to overlook, or they act very much like they share exactly the same values and intentions, and then they character assassinate but it looks like you are doing that when you try to tell others the truth, and it can take a very long time before they show their real colours, often waiting until their partner is very pregnant or has a couple of children with them and then they begin threatening the child, but in subtle ways, not easily explained to others so you seem paranoid and wrong about them, they act so wonderful with their children for everyone else to see and you want that for your child because that is good for your child so you keep re-evaluating your own opinions of what is really going on, thinking you must be wrong, or they target the other parent's vulnerabilities, putting them down, even if you were the Queen of Sheba they will find a way to bring you down, and they do it slowly and subtly to begin or suddenly when you are at your most vulnerable, perhaps look your worst or are in no position to fight them and they wait until you have put all your trust in the relationship being solid to pull the rug out, but they threaten the children and your reputation and your relationships, lying about you long before you understand why other people are also treating you poorly, so you are demoralized. In short; they are predators, wolves, and they pretend to be gentle sheep. There is also a trauma bond developed which is intense as everything was so wonderful to begin, we try very hard to get that back and it has a lasting impact on our perceptions, while they have long moved on to destroying us, especially if we ever try to leave or might expose them. It is also very hard for 'normal' people to understand that they destroy us for sport and due to hatred, self hatred they project onto us, in order to avoid self-annihilation. They are content as they are but they know they are not the same, so they hide. They are basically psychopathic but they torture us for a slow kill, destroying our mental and physical health and our spirits, slowly, so they can enjoy it more, gas lighting us, destroying our friendships and our family connections. They are opportunistic. And some of them are very capable of killing, but they are also capable of destroying their children as they grow up and they lose control of them and lose control of the way their children perceive them and may also speak about them. They are predators amongst us who are hiding in plain sight.

My ex lied repeatedly in our custody case, making many false allegations of domestic violence. But I had the transcripts of her entire testimony. During my direct testimony, I testified about each one of her lies. I would say, " The mother said ABC. There is what the mother says and then there is reality. in reality XYZ happened." And I would testify with so much detail that I forced the judge to basically live inside our reality, instead of permitting the judge to make a decision based on the standard gender stereotypes against dads. So I proactively prevented the judge from being able to simply believe her vague and false allegations. I usually recommend to other dads to testify with extensive detail to Fight false allegations. Basically try to prove how her allegations are illogical or defy Reality.

I was lied about. By two people, which is how I lost my first child, my son. It caused a devastating amount of damage. I also ended up, possibly, with some ptsd. I also pay child support to the person who abused me. I am not trying to get too personal. But, I do know that there needs to be some awareness of this issue. There are people out there who will lie due to factors unrelated to whether or not a parent is fit. People can just go up and say whatever they feel like, and it is believed. That is quite literally what happened to me. One of the two people who did this, apologised. The other is in denial about having said many of the things she said, although she does say that she gave testimony because she had a been under the whether, and felt it would be convenient to her (what the heck!). Anyway, I finally figured out the real reasons why they did what they did, but the damage was done. I had a nervous breakdown after losing my son, who I was so close to and he was only one year and seven months old. My son had a hard time coping with not seeing me, I found out, and began acting out. There is a lot that happened, and I won't say here, but it was A LOT of damage. I have suffered tremendously for years. Courts need to also realise that some people are sociopathic that way. My life has not been the same since my son and I stopped seeing each other. I miss him so very much.

Problem is that some lawyers are sociopaths/Narcissists, so the don't care about the truth, and they're only interested in 'winning' an argument and case. They might also defer to the managers who instruct them at the private law firm/ company.
      It's all about money -
Dishonest prosecution teams want money and some have no interest in losing integrity, because they have no integrity to lose.
The trials are rigged against the defence team. That's the way the prosecution likes it.
Might be historical bias in that defendants were often poor whilst the prosecution are rich ( in money not integrity).

It was malicious intent when my ex-husband FALSELY accused me of parental alienation after telling me he was going to take the children and the home from me by accusing me of it. He was determined to destroy me for trying to live. He did not care about our children. He has lied his whole life about everything. He pretended to care about the children. He abused them significantly so that I had to take it seriously and address it. He was determined to take the focus off the finances so he would keep control of them and of his image. If anyone accuses anyone of anything, everything should be investigated, especially the finances, to determine the level of coercive control. I was not even going to bring up the abuse of me other than with a mediator to establish that I had had nothing in years and was trapped by threats and I needed support to leave and to establish myself with my children. He had no interest in them until he faked it in family court and almost won custody. Once he had the money and the sympathy he didn't really want the responsibility. But giving the wrong person that kind of control is dangerous. So many are harmed by this. Truly Terrifying!

Hello Councel , let me thank you for your videos they are very instructive and give hopes to people like me.
My ex-wife took my two kids out of the house a year ago , then filed a DVRO against me with false allegations and no proof at all , I had to hire a couple of attorneys 2 of them werent the right ones for my case (after charging me thousands of dollars). Honestly all accusations were the opposite since I got a couple of videos showing how she is hitting my little son , My ex wife attorney was pospossing the hearings several times until 9 months after finally the judge found no domestic violence on my case , the videos I provided on the hearing were invalidated according to a california code becase were spoken in a foreign lenguage they wwere translated but not certificated.
So the court order gave a none ended orders with a custodial to be adjusted with meet and confer between councils meanwhile the kids (4 - 5 years old) has to be exchanged every other weekend at a police station, after 3 monhs of beign exchanged my kids , i am still no have knowledge of my kids location living, school neither comunication by phone , their mom refuses to provide that info and her attorney ignore my attorney emails , the only response from her was "your client must has no to be asking for my client address or We'll file another DVRO for harrasment " .
Also my older kid says his mom hits them and he told to an UCLA doctor one day during my time with them and I had to took him at emergency care , then the doctor made a medical report and took pictures on the places my kid told her.
this fathers day I was expecting being with them but suddently her attorney advised to my attorney that it should not be a visit due to be sick, then my attorney asked her for their living location and the oposite council responded "We can not disclose an address since my client still living in a domestic violence battered women shelter"
My attorney is going to file for a RFO and says everything will be ok but I would like a second oppinion about this how bad it is when an attorney and a client behive like my ex-wife? It could lead to any kind of sanctions ? how bad is lying and request for assistance under domestic violence without being abused? as the court not find anything?
I would appreciate any comments on my case Thnak you so much and God Bless you!!

When I was a child I was facing my mother in court for abuse. Unfortunately, the PERT officer who answered decided to make up a bunch of extra charges I never discussed, muddying the waters quite a bit. This case went on so long I finally told my case worker while we were in the courtroom that it was _all_ a lie, just to have an end to it. The case was immediately dismissed.
I will always carry regret for what I had to do, and granting my mother innocence after she hurt me so much. I feel like I committed perjury through my case worker. But I was a child and I lacked the stamina to live months on end going to court, so to my overwhelmed mind it was my only way out. That PERT officer is a terrible person for putting me in that situation.

In the USA in the beginning of every court case everybody gets sworn in. Here in Germany it's not like this. During the Trial the Judge, the Prosecutor and the defendants lawyer have the possibility to apply for the oath. Then the judge teaches the person the consequences of perjury. This Modus operandi is much more serious.

I'm dealing with an ex and his attorney, surprisingly and unsurprisingly, who is flat-out line under oath and perjuring himself. And I basically have no remedy and it's going to cost me custody of my children in the end, I see it happening. And the fact that perjury isn't taken seriously I have no way to get relief. And what's crazy is I'm so worried about being so truthful and so factual and being so correct in everything I do regarding my family law case and then my ex goes and his attorney goes a lies blatantly and makes me look like a fool and looking stupid because I could have lied too and gotten away with it just like they are. I think if they really buckle down and executed even the family law participants who perjure themselves then it would act as a deterrent and maybe lawyers wouldn't feel so free to lie

There are a lot of predators in family court positions fed by monied men, and the good ones are trapped by that fact too. Then our evil exes find them. Hopefully your ex steps in his own lies. Call them on absolutely everything in writing. Use any history too of anything you might have stated anywhere or filmed but remember they are always going to be better at this stuff than you so be patient and pretend you are interested in something else and they will want you to be encumbered by the children secretly. I recommend you sock what ever you can away and then live by the adage people and pets before objects and things or opportunities. Let him have the fun and the money (within reason) if you need to protect the kids. Pretend you are unhappy, but remember real predators aren't fools, but if you don't call them on things you can carve out a better life for yourself quietly. Just keep it on the downlow and always be ready to rumble. Don't calm yourself down, psyche yourself up. There are a number of people offering advice on how to deal with a narcissist in family court. If he doesn't abuse the kids let them know you are always thinking of them and let him think you've got something else going on and he might want you to take them. If he tries to upset you by his handling of them that's when things get tough. Document. Often they take kids for a year and then say you can have them back if you don't ask for anything more. If the mother lies in court, then the judge might assume it's true because you didn’t bother to contradict the mother. Always immediately point out when the mother or her lawyer are lying in court. Say something like, "It's not in the best interests of our child to have his future determined based on the lying of the mother and her lawyer. We need to make decisions based on Reality and not Fraud." And you have to be a TRUTH teller yourself.

    • @FatherX2022
      @FatherX2022 9 месяцев назад

@@GBIZZLE Lack of proof and evidence can be a problem in all court cases, including criminal, family court, and civil lawsuits. And maybe, or maybe not, you can have some kind of re-trial when new evidence pops up. But I don't know if that happens too often in family court. And I don't know if a re-trial can fix the damage done from false allegations after a decision is made against you...depending on the circumstance.
I think the common answer people give to that is "tough luck, if you lose". But I hate that answer. So I always recommend that you present all possible testimony, in detail, to show how the allegations are false. And to show what the true situation was. On top of your testimony, maybe you can bring some evidence like texts or voicemails or witnesses. Or maybe you can show some circumstantial evidence, like how she did not call the police, or she never went to a doctor to address her injuries, like a real victim might do. All of these things might help round out your story of innocence...And give a judge reason to believe you are innocent. But it also may not work, depends on the judge and the facts at hand. I think the key is that you cannot take these false allegations sitting down. You have to do your best to prove your innocence. Present what you do have. It's a flawed system, especially if the judge is going to be prone to assume the mother must be a victim. I think the people who overcome false allegations tend to be the ones who give 200% effort to prove their innocence, because nobody else in the legal system will give you the benefit of the doubt. And it requires some creative thinking.
Sorry if this happened to you.... I got caught up in it, too.

So in the future, the other parent might ask to have them in the summer. They never been there it's been 5 years. Will the judge ask me, if it's ok with me to send them with her? If I get asked, can I say no I don't want them to go. My kids are 11 n 9 year old. What is my right as a custodian parent. They been with me 7 days a week for seven years. She refused for weekend.

They should be held financially accountable. We hired an attorney for a visitation hearing that got moved to her county and in the midst, she filed for a protection order on him. Showing her auto accidents photos as abuse. He got served 2 days prior to the hearing. Our attorneys said they do not do those types of cases, so my Son went solo to have a reset. denied! A final protection order was placed under multiple false allegations, that we have proof of. My Son also asked for an attorney, and the judge denied it as well. The judge asked my Son's ex what she wanted to be done and her response was Life in prison. Really? She had no police reports and no hospital visits because he did not abuse her or his Daughter as she claimed, We have paid our attorney 9,000 and they withdrew after a protection order was placed. The judge put twenty years on the protection order,. Now we're broke and trying to figure this all out. It has been almost 8 months since the last time we saw her. My wife cries every day! My Son is falling into a deep depression and we do not know what to do next. This does not sound right! Something has got to change. Such as perjury against motive or the correct organization of facts and to illicit a confession, knowingly! Eg. A child can't lie about what he doesn't know. A child can lie about having been abused in fear of worse abuse. A parent can lie to fabricate facts to satisfy a motive ... Head shoulders knees and toes could be altered to something else to fool others into believing facts are not the facts. Those who are easily fooled are either naïve and innocent, or have pains of denial for which the truth should be sought to avoid what is universally agreed upon, which in merit could be the alleviation of suffering for all parties.

It wasn’t really “a rude awakening“ because I had no expectations going in; I had no preconceptions about what the culture was like, and I didn’t even realize that the hazing was out of the ordinary until after I left.

If they prosecute 100 people, the perjury would stop. The word would et out quick and the "silver bullet tactic" would no longer be used. The family court system is this way for a reason. Never sign a marriage license.

I was tried in Marin California Court for violating a custody order issued in New Zealand, which was never registered in California. The head juror expressed his respect of me and requested leniency. No juror stated in court that I was guilty. The ADA stated that my ex-wife had sole custody, but no sole custody order was ever issued by anyone. My two daughters were denied a father for 20 years based on fraud coming from the Marin Court, the Marin DA and others. I was never sentenced, but the Marin prosecutors say that I was a convicted felon.
In 1990, I was granted Rule 11 sanctions against an attorney in California, who filed a fraudulent seizure of $1,200,000 of money.
The courts out there are very corrupt.

Atty. Mayer How Can I file to charge my ex husband for perjury? He lied under oath in the courtroom. He presented an evidence(copy of his dentist copays that he just printed from online) that he claimed that he paid, this has affected date of the start of my child support to him. I found out from the dentist that there is 2 insurance in their record instead of 1 that he claimed. He also made up an amount of his income without showing any paystub, and unfortunately the judge believed him and got the full physical custody of our child. How can I have his work paystub subpoena so I can also present that to the court to show how big of a liar he is. Court is in Hawaii

How about a new law to address perjury in family law? Penal code, evidentiary sanction, monetary sanctions?

I can’t recall if I addressed it in this video, but I would like to see perjury prosecutable as a misdemeanor by a party to the family law case, similar to how contempt of court may be prosecuted by parties to the action, but with “loser pays” court costs.

What happens when someone perjures on their petition?
The question asked, "Name of the father? Address?"
    The petitioner answered, "Unknown"
The petitioner was awarded guardianship based on the lie.
However, the petitioner (grandmother) drops the child off every other weekend to the father, The father was listed in the obituary of the mother who died, the father sat next to the child at the funeral, the grandmother took pictures with the father at the funeral, and the grandmother dropped the father off at his home. The grandmother never told him that she was filing for guardianship.
Could the father go back to the court with all of the evidence?

When I was a kid in the 70's I lived in little Italy in New Yor City, when it was still a working class Italian neighborhood. There was an Italian youth gang called, The Our Lady of Pompei Kids. The leader of the gang shot another member of the gang. The leader immediately pointed to another guy and said, "He shot him!". Everyone in the gang dutifully said that the fall guy had shot the kid. Even the fall guy kid said that he shot the dead boy. He ended up going to jail for 7 years or so.

Family law is important to know. Especially with children. It takes two to make one. It is a team effort to make an infant human baby the most innocent form of Human life. It takes two to make one.

But sometimes one raising two is better when you find out your partner is sadistic and unable to love or care about anyone but themselves. There are a lot of predators in family court positions who support predator parents like them. They all like the power to harm and the money.

A falsied order of protection was put on me 3 years ago restricting my rights immensely to my young child (just turned 3yrs old at that time) and whom I was the primary care giver of..I was working from home to raise him. My husband committed 8 counts of perjury on the stand that I was able to prove thru cross examination and documented proof (Im unable to afford an attorney so I'm having to represent myself) the Judge completely ignored the perjury I had exposed and ruled in favor of the plenary OP. The cost of the transcripts of the hearing are $1160.00 which I cant afford and the judge refuses to release them free of charge even though I have been recognized and approved as an indigent litigant by the same court. I'm just so sick and emotionally traumatized over the unlawful acts that our family court systems are allowed to do our children by doing this to innocent parents. It's pure never ending Hell. 😥

Thank You for your Extremely Informative Videos. You seem to be a Brilliant Attorney. I would like to see VIDEOS THAT ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS, and I would greatly appreciate it if you would please answer the following questions. My Private Attorney seems to be a Lazy Negligent Incompetent Attorney. I had NO PRIORS, so I had no prior experience with Attorneys. I would like to know what constitutes a Good Private Attorney? In particular, what constitutes a Good Private Criminal Defense Attorney? Under what circumstances should you Fire your Private Criminal Defense Attorney? What would YOU do if you had a Criminal Defense Attorney such as mine? I would like to know what to do to build a Case for Ineffective Assistance Of Counsel now while I am still a Pre-Trial Defendant? My Private Criminal Defense Attorney is so Bad, that I’m thinking about just going with a Public Defender; what constitutes a Good Public Defender? I have a Private Criminal Defense Attorney who:

1)Is so DISORGANIZED that he CANNOT FIND the WRITTEN FACTS OF MY CASE even after dozens and dozens of hours of looking for the Document, such that now the Document is essentially lost. I remembered the Facts when the Document was written, but now I do not remember many of the Important Facts. And of course my lazy Attorney does NOT remember the Facts either. Isn’t an Attorney supposed to be Organized and Easily Find the Written Facts of his Client’s Case?

2)One of my Attorneys Took Notes and Wrote my initial Statement Of Facts regarding my Case, but after that Attorney left the Organization, my present Private Attorney Lazily REFUSED TO TAKE ANY NOTES about the remaining FACTS OF MY CASE. And when at my request my Attorney came to see me to hear me talk about the remaining FACTS OF MY CASE, my Attorney lazily REFUSED TO TAKE NOTES, saying that he would Remember everything I said; then later HE FORGOT MOST OF WHAT I HAD SAID. Also regarding the Appointments to hear the remaining Facts Of my Case, my Attorney arrived Late, took a Long Lunch, and Left Early to go Play Basketball, etc.; he was Extremely Well-Paid for all of that. Isn’t an Attorney supposed to Take Detailed Notes regarding the Facts of his Client’s Case?

3)I had a WILLING CRUCIAL WITNESS whom MY ATTORNEY REFUSED TO BOTHER TO INTERVIEW, and he even Refused to take her Contact Information. Isn’t an Attorney supposed to Interview and keep Contact Information regarding Crucial Witnesses?

4)Without my permission or knowledge MY ATTORNEY PUT MY DIARIES ON THE PUBLIC RECORD,. Right after my Attorney put my Diaries on the Public Record I told him to immediately Remove them, but he Refused. Now myriad People Hate Me because of things in the Diaries, and they have made Threats to Harm Me and Other People mentioned in the Diaries. My Attorney says he can't Remove My Diaries from the Public Record without permission from the Prosecutor, and my Attorney says we have to give the Prosecutor extraordinarily good reasons to Remove the Diaries. Isn’t it a Violation of Attorney-Client Privilege for an Attorney to place a Client’s Documents on the Public Record without permission from the Client? If an Attorney places Documents in the Court File, can’t he remove those Documents unilaterally without the Prosecutor agreeing to that removal?

5)It seems that my Attorney engaged in IMPROPER BILLING. My Attorney charged my Parents Exorbitant Amounts Of Money to Represent me, and my Attorney told my Parents he needed Money to do things on my Case at the same time my Attorney was telling me that he was NOT doing anything on my Case. What should be done regarding an Attorney who Improperly Bills?

6)My Attorney told me he could get me a PLEA BARGAIN which seemed like a really good Plea Bargain to me, but he tried to Dissuade me from taking a PLEA BARGAIN. Then later he said he would NOT be able to get a Plea Bargain; he seems to want to go to Trial, and I think it is just that he will get a lot more Money from a Trial. Do Attorneys typically get more Money from a Trial as opposed to a Plea Bargain?

7)Generally my Attorney DOES NOT COMMUNICATE with me. Generally my Attorney says he does NOT read my Mail, read my Email, nor listen to my Voice Mail. What should be done regarding an Attorney who Refuses to Communicate with his Client?

Perjury is prosecuted at the sole discretion of the District Attorney’s office (or state equivalent, or by Attorney General’s office if the perjury occurred in federal courts.). There is nothing to file in court. If you believe perjury has been committed, generally, the place to start is by asking your local law enforcement agency to take a report.
