I’ve got a 2019 KQ750, stock everything and added bumpers and a Koplin box on it. I’m 250 lbs and I can hit 64mph and then it just levels out. I adjust the from shocks 3 clicks and the rear 2, better control on the trails for me. So far 600 miles and not one issue. My hunting buddy bought a 2019 also and hasn’t had one issue either. Keep up the reviews.
I just bought a 2020 Suzuki KQ . I have owned Polaris, Yamaha, and Arctic Cat ATVs The KQ is by far the best I have owned in my opinion. I debated quite a lot between a 2020 520 Rubicon Auto, but went with the KQ and i'm happy I did. It looks great and rides nice. Its quiet compared to the Grizzly I owned. I will use it for mostly hunting and ice fishing, maybe ride some railroad beds. I ditched the stock tires and added 26 inch ITPs and bought a front and rear brush guards. One thing I will say with this Pandemic, is that I paid top dollar...if you want to get a good deal on one...I would wait until Pandemic is over and inventories increase!
Been trying to decide between King Quad 750, Yamaha Kodiak 700, Honda Rubicon, and Kawasaki Brute Force 750. I used to own Hondas in 80s-80s and they were bulletproof but doesn't look like Honda has kept up with the other brands. I do like Honda being able to shift gears. Leaning towards Suzuki King Quad.
Got a '14 KQ 500 and I love it topped out at 63mph after watching your video had never tried a wheelie but tried today and the front end left the ground awesome keep the videos coming
I still enjoy my 2017 KQ 750. Mins is on bigger mega mayhems and it does great getting me where I want to go. The only thing I think is a huge problem with it is the intake location for the CVT. Coming out of streams it’ll suck in some water and slip a bit until it gets drained out. I’m going to to snorkel it.
I didn't give the 2020 KQ a chance due to my 2016 that I had and got rid of. Had random starting issues that almost left me stranded on a mountain a couple times. Was in the shop several times, they never could get it fixed so I got rid of it. Did get a 2020 Grizz 700 and love it so far. Better ground clearance, better wheel travel, I don't need it for wheelies or top speed. Overwhelmingly great reliability reviews, but there are exceptions as you had. Main consideration, the KQ almost left me stranded on a mountain several times so reliability is my main factor. Just a side note, the Grizz you had wore 27" tires (26s on the regular Grizz, and 25s on the KQ), might be some speedometer error as I doubt Yamaha did anything different for calibration. The smaller tires on the KQ would help it off the line as well.
Yes, that is true, Yamaha did no clutching changes with bigger tires on the XMR models. So you're right, the bigger tires rob some of the power. I have a stock Grizzly 700 and it wheelies in high range easily with just a bump of the throttle. Also, the claimed top speed on the Grizzly is 64mph, but I have gotten mine up to 67 on a long gravel road I regularly ride. Tire pressure and tire size is a big factor.
I have a 2020 kq and when I went to the bike shop a asked the people that worked what was the best bike they were all racers and they all said the kq was the best bang for your buck and I've put 2000 miles on mine with no problems..

Wonder how the grizz with the 708 instead of the 686 would compare....Suzuki makes an awesome machine. I've owned nothing but GSX bikes from Suzuki and quads from Yamaha.
In the next year or so (could be sooner) I'm planning on getting another ATV. I had a 2011 Grizz 700 EPS but it got stolen back in 2015. Then I bought a 2018 Sportsman 850 SP that I love so far. Want to get another one but I can't figure out which way to go. It'll almost certainly be something other than another Polaris simply because I already have one and want variety. I've had Honda Foreman's/Ranchers growing up as a kid, and I loved my Grizzly. I can't stand Can-Am's looks and Honda's right now just aren't powerful enough. So it really leaves me with Yamaha and a couple others. If I had to buy one right now it'd be another Grizzly 700. Great video's though man. I love seeing someone who loves to ride as much as i do.
@hellcat channel that king quad 750 have 49.6 hp. That's a lil more power then the grizzy 700 cause it only have 45 hp. The Polaris sportsman xp & polaris scrambler 1000 & 850 would lift up to
@@trasta1980 The 2010 was shown to have 45.6 and the new 686 allegedly has a little upgrade from the old 686, for 48hp. Where did you see 45 at? EHS showed the old 686 and 708 to have 29-30 RWHP, while the new 686 dyno'd at 33.5 RWHP, in stock form.

Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Hi, Great vids!...Im in the market for a new quad and I am debating between the grizzly, king quad or the rubicon. Id appreciate your opinion on these bikes. What is better on the suzuki compared to the grizzly? Are you still happy with buying the kingquad? Thanks !!

Love your videos man. Why are u not interested in polaris or can am? They make big bores that do perform well. Cant wait to see videos of the kingquad moded
@@banshee100 I feel you. But so was the grizzly which I had no idea about until your videos. It would be cool to do some race videos between banshee and other 4 wheelers
Oh Polaris or Can Am are great if you like to work on your machine. Me I just like to jump on and ride trouble free. That's why everything I own is Suzuki or Honda. However, Honda has fallin' off the pace in the power department.
Honda has been falling off I do agree for riders like us, but world wide they are still second in the industry . So Honda's market share is for people that want indestructible, reliable four wheelers and that is what they deliver on. These are for people that need not want a four wheeler. Us guys in North America are looking for fun and Honda has falling off the mark here for that. That is why I so love Suzuki, because with Suzuki you get the best of both worlds, fun and reliable. It seem Yamaha, who was once a leader in reliability, is now struggling in some areas like Grizzly. However, I do believe they will straighten out their product line's issues based on their commitment to their costumers in the past.
I have 36 years experience on riding and owning many four wheelers in past last week we bought our first Suzuki king quad 750 I was actually arguing with my wife about getting a grizzly she said if I ride the Suzuki and don't like it she will buy me my grizzly I took her up on it and bought the king quad 750 first time ever in 36 years owning and riding a king quad 750 and I tell you what I am very impressed with the throttle response and the way it rides so I had to hand it to my wife and tell her she was right boy oh boy she took that to her head 😂 bit i love her definitely like the Suzuki king quad 750 for sure they can do bettwr with the feont plastics though
Good videos man 👌 I have an 2011 kingquad 400 and it's as close to indestructible as they get unfortunately I also bought a 2017 grizz before I found your channel it has been good except for one cold night on a long run I came off the throttle and it stalled on me and then almost seemed like it wasn't getting fuel properly. Anyway I like your vids keep up the good work . From Nova Scotia
I have a 2020 KQ750axi I have tried and tried to get the front wheels off the ground and it will do it if I really yank on it and sit back really far on the seat. I have tried it in both High and Low..(which seems to not make any difference either). Yours seems to have alot more power than mine. Mine is 100% stock other than a rear seat. Anyone have any suggestions?
The grizzly had a little softer suspension but it does not make up for all the issues did you watch that video all the way to the end I'll tell what I hated about the grizzly in the issues that came about in 4 months
@@banshee100 Got ya. I was assuming that one was a lemon though. I do prefer the motor on the Suzuki. I think it has a counter balance on it, much smoother at idle.
When I was 210lbs back 2009 I bought a used 2005 KQ, it would do 72mph all factory. But that was a paved road. My buddy had a new 09 Grizzly 700 and it seemed so much more powerful, we raced and the KQ would take it every time by 3-4 4 wheeler lengths. The grizzly had it clutched tighter up front, the KQ was more mid ranged and smoother. The grizzly though, I loved that all the belt snorkels were up front, really helped out in deep water and mud when you gun it.
Still can’t compare it to the grizzly that had 27s on it to a stock size zilla wheel tire combo that weighs less then the stock set up that came on the kingquad brand new I bet the grizzly would have performed no different with 25s on it
@@gsfbffxpdhhdf7043 I agree with some of what you said, but you are wrong about some things. Kymco makes the Brute Force 300 only. It's made to Kawasaki specifications by Kymco. The Brute 750 is made in Nebraska by Kawasaki Heavy Industries. Kymco has nothing to do with it. Belt whine is part of the byproduct of not having a one way bearing or wet clutch. One way bearings wear out, and wet clutches rob power. Drivetrain "slop" is from straight gears. They are are stronger in many respects. It's a noise of strength, not of weakness. You get used to it anyway. Honda has been using some Chinese parts in their quads since 2010. Does that lower Honda reliability? Probably. Put miles on a Kawie? Ok, is 21,000 miles enough? Yeah, I ride the hell out of all my quads. My Kawie is still solid after all those miles, and it's cost very little money to keep it on the trails during that time. I think it's even surpassed my Yamahas.
@@gsfbffxpdhhdf7043Do some research. Kawasaki parts are made in Japan and are assembled in Nebraska. Every replacement oem part I've ever bought for my Kawasaki says made in Japan right on the bag. You'd know that if you had actually owned one I think. Also, you must have missed the part where I said I've owned 5 Suzuki quads dating back to 1983. I've also owned 2 Yamahas, and I've been in charge of three Hondas at work. The only brand that I ever saw a Chinese part on was Honda. You're the only person I've ever heard that says Japanese stuff is great in one sentence and then says Yamaha is garbage the next. There's legions of people who rate Yamaha reliability above Honda. 20 years riding huh? Wow. That's only 17 years less than me, lol. I already had a couple thousand hours of seat time on three Suzuki's before you ever swung a leg over one. Nice try though. I wish you'd have told me up front that you're a Crud Puppy lackey. Would've saved me a lot of typing. That idiot is one of the biggest idiots in all of atv world. I wouldn't claim him for anything. Just the other day, somebody who was laughing at him sent me a link to one of his videos where he said a Polaris 570 he had was a reliable quad and then showed he had 260 miles on it. Lmfao. How would he know anything about reliability after only 260 miles? Then he tries to sell the stupid thing after spending 10 minutes bashing it. Yeah, he's my hero. I was riding powersports when he was an itch in his daddy's pants. And that's probably the case with you. Enjoy your machines. I've wasted enough time here. I've been around long enough to know when I'm dealing with someone who has no idea what they're talking about. Out.
The king quad 700 is a good quad I know you have a 750 I'm just saying the 700 is great besides a few things seems to get hot sometimes and takes a little too long to start I get on it sometimes like I'm on the banshee so I kind of understand why it wouldn't be getting hot lol nice quad brother
I just bought a all black 2020 KQ750 axi +, i had them install aftermarket wheels and tires 28x10-14 all around and i am having trouble pulling wheelies it does it in low but not as easy as u show it I have to pull on the handle bars. But i am still only half throttle sitting at 13 miles as of today. Anyhow this atv is a BEAST no regrets so far. I have a video of it on RUclips click my profile to see it.
The Only Thing I don't like.. is that Wheelie factor! Where i live is Extremely Steep and hilly. It's an uneasy feeling when your going up a 45% angle hill and the atv wants to roll over on you. I added weight to the front tires like a tractor (loaded tires) and 4000lb winch trying to get that front end to stay down. I never had that issue with my Vinson. ESP with the kayak rack, rear box, chain saw. etc. Grizzly is even worse though. Suzuki is 100% better.
@@banshee100 I just picked up used 2019 with 270 miles on it, so hopefully I won't have any problems I'm babying all my stuff, I'm thinking to stay stock or just do AIS delete and fuel tunner, what you thing?
I've never personally owned a bad Suzuki and especially not a bad Honda and have been around way more of those than Yamaha. Every Yamaha anything me or my friends have had was a total pile and had expensive repairs constantly except an old 89 big bear 350 one friend had. My rhino 660, a friend's uncle's grizzly 660 (he had better but not perfect luck by far with the 600), and a friend that had 2 brand new raptors that degenerated quickly come specifically to mind. Then when i had a super bad experience with a Yamaha dealer i finally decided no more Yamaha period for me. Maybe it's just how it went for us but out of the probably estimated about 30 I've been around between my friends and I only the one old big bear even came close to being as reliable as the other brands and was a great ATV.
I don't care what you do to a Grizzly bolt on wise. It is boring compared to the KQ 750. My 06 700 KQ was always faster then my 16 grizzly. I liked the grizzly for the plush ride and seat, and a couple other things. But not when it came to get-up-and-go power.
Not in this situation the grizzly had the big four power mods which is intake airbox air box lid EHS racing tuner Barker slip-on which added a total of 10 horsepower
@@banshee100 was that on the dyno or what it could have added. I've tested tons of exhaust and most are only sound changes on a four stroke. Either way, yes with mods and broken in it should have came closer but you've gotta also consider gearing, tire size, clutching etc. Awesome bike btw and I love the banshee
@@curtisbull1583 so a 700 with a Barker exhaust turns it into a 750? Or does it make a 700 more powerful than 750? Im confused. I've got a factory stock 2015 can am renegade 1000xxc and I raced my friend's built Yamaha raptor 700 with Barker duals, mad programmable ignition that I setup, fuel customs intake, and a few other mods and from dead stop to 74mph I stayed 3 to 4 bikes ahead. He came around in the end only because I was almost at my rev limit and I set his up to still pull up top. Should he have bear me just because he had Barker exhaust? Should he have won because I was on a 1000cc machine? If you throw a barkers exhaust on just by itself the results are minimal. That's for every exhaust manufacturer out there. It takes multiple things working together that add up horsepower. In my own personal experience I've had the biggest performance jump on 2 stroke exhaust and jet changes than 4 stroke. So to answer your question yes I've ran and checked out Barker exhaust, n motion, pro circuit, trinity racing, looney tuned, dasa, curtis sparks, fmf, and many more.

Welp.....im sold...u should get some free goodies sent to you from Suz...the salesman I dealt with today didn't knw half the info you mentioned. Great vid, good editing, awesome to see the kiddos out ther too...thx tons yo. Greatly appreciated!
thanks man. greatly
I love my xtr but just totaled it. Does it ride soft like a grizzly ? My gf bought a outlander and it’s just to stiff.
Kingquad better atv
Love your videos man. Why are u not interested in polaris or can am? They make big bores that do perform well. Cant wait to see videos of the kingquad moded
Polaris and canam are nothing but trouble
@@banshee100 I feel you. But so was the grizzly which I had no idea about until your videos. It would be cool to do some race videos between banshee and other 4 wheelers
Oh Polaris or Can Am are great if you like to work on your machine. Me I just like to jump on and ride trouble free. That's why everything I own is Suzuki or Honda. However, Honda has fallin' off the pace in the power department.
@@paulcu130 yeah honda I'd falling off I been saying that for years. They need to make new sport atvs fast!
King quad 700 has big difference in power compared to this 750 ??
Not sure never done side by side
I agree with you
Def a nice machine. Can’t wait to see you run her all broke in. Only thing I dont like is the red color but that’s just my opinion. Very nice 👍
Thanks ivan ill keep them coming
I have a 2020 KQ750axi I have tried and tried to get the front wheels off the ground and it will do it if I really yank on it and sit back really far on the seat. I have tried it in both High and Low..(which seems to not make any difference either). Yours seems to have alot more power than mine. Mine is 100% stock other than a rear seat.
Anyone have any suggestions?
hummmm how much you weigh
I weigh about 190lbs
What tire pressure and suspension settings do you use? I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
stock setting 5.0 fr
rear 4.5
im 278
Wasn't the ride much better on the Grizz though? I was leaning towards a grizz for that reason
@@jeremyclark2158 ues yamaha was a lemon this one idles smoother
I own a '19 750 I can get well over 100km/hr so that's about 62 miles/hr. I can't however get her to wheelie...
really that's weird
Going to buy one of them. I have had a Grizzly for 2 years it's been a dam lemon.
Yeap my 19 grizzly was a lemon 🍋
When I was 210lbs back 2009 I bought a used 2005 KQ, it would do 72mph all factory. But that was a paved road. My buddy had a new 09 Grizzly 700 and it seemed so much more powerful, we raced and the KQ would take it every time by 3-4 4 wheeler lengths. The grizzly had it clutched tighter up front, the KQ was more mid ranged and smoother. The grizzly though, I loved that all the belt snorkels were up front, really helped out in deep water and mud when you gun it.
Should you be running it that hard on break in
Throttle turned down
Can u recommend a good kids starter atv? Btw the Kingquad is a beast, i got the 500
try to find a yamaha badger 80 or honda trx 90 best two there is
@@banshee100 thank u much appreciated
For the wheelies did you have in low or high
Thanks for sharing. I'm leaning this way now..............
Thats a great machine but sounds a lil corked up. Bet she'd run good with an exhaust and programmer.
Its not turned up on the throttle all the way yet
@@banshee100 Oh yea duh you show that right in the video....my bad.
@@rzl07375 ill have it broke in today so i can open it up on another vid
What do u prefer btwn this and the grizzly 700?
kingquad
Getting ready to buy a new quad, how should I break it in?
1 tank quarter gas 2 tank half throttle 3 tank wot
Which is best quad to learn wheelie on
z400
Still can’t compare it to the grizzly that had 27s on it to a stock size zilla wheel tire combo that weighs less then the stock set up that came on the kingquad brand new I bet the grizzly would have performed no different with 25s on it
Yes its very comparable the grizzly had ten extra hp airbox mod, barkersslipon and ehs racing tuner
Grand total700 dollars in mods ==58 base hp vs kingquads 49 see the diff???
Even when the Grizzly was stock it had 27s on it with a 14 inch rim not 25s on 12 inch rims I rest my case
I’m not knocking ya I’m just saying it would make more since to have the same set up to see how each really compare apples to apples
The grizzly is a turd no matter how you slice it. In stock form.
Is the kingquad single cylinder
Any mods for top speed comparing to brute force
@@gsfbffxpdhhdf7043 Brutes don't squeak. Build quality is great. Have you ever owned one?
Out.
How does it compare to Brute Force ?
Better
Lol that’s funny
@@banshee100 Better than a Brute? In what way?
No way in hell is it better than the brute force.
Nice video I just bought a 2020 king quad same color too
Mine came with black wheels tho
Are you doing your speed test in 2wd or 4wd
2
When you bought that atv did I come like that we’re you could not do wide open throttle or did you make it like that
Throttle stop screw
O ok
@@banshee100 do you have to do that with the screw because we recently bought kq 500 and the dealer said nothing about the throttle screw
turn it in 30 miles quarter throttle t
2 30 to 75 miles half throttle
3 75 100 miles 3 quaters throttle
4 change oil at 100 miles open her her
The king quad 700 is a good quad I know you have a 750 I'm just saying the 700 is great besides a few things seems to get hot sometimes and takes a little too long to start I get on it sometimes like I'm on the banshee so I kind of understand why it wouldn't be getting hot lol nice quad brother
Adjust your valves?
Yeah and the battery seems to go dead a lot when it's not written
Paint rims blackkk
That's odd that mine had black rims stock
I love my 750 King Quad.
You added a lot of rotating mass
21 750 here. More powerful than my buddies grizzly 700 and about the same as a brute force. Brute is quicker but top end stock they are the same
About what I thought
The Only Thing I don't like.. is that Wheelie factor! Where i live is Extremely Steep and hilly. It's an uneasy feeling when your going up a 45% angle hill and the atv wants to roll over on you. I added weight to the front tires like a tractor (loaded tires) and 4000lb winch trying to get that front end to stay down. I never had that issue with my Vinson. ESP with the kayak rack, rear box, chain saw. etc. Grizzly is even worse though. Suzuki is 100% better.
Will the 2012 750 king quad do this?
not sure
@@banshee100 ok thanks for the fast reply.
How stiff are the rear shocks
I just bought one and the shocks are on the softest setting
Great video, but you just got 1 bad Grizzly in the batch.. like it happens to any other brands.
I guess but a lot of the issues I'm having four to five of my buddies with the same atv havethem so go figure
@@banshee100 I just picked up used 2019 with 270 miles on it, so hopefully I won't have any problems I'm babying all my stuff, I'm thinking to stay stock or just do AIS delete and fuel tunner, what you thing?
@@MidwestAtvGroup just keep it stock if you're happy with it the way it is
I've never personally owned a bad Suzuki and especially not a bad Honda and have been around way more of those than Yamaha. Maybe it's just how it went for us but out of the probably estimated about 30 I've been around between my friends and I only the one old big bear even came close to being as reliable as the other brands and was a great ATV.
yeap my 2020 grizzly was junk after 600 miles
I don't care what you do to a Grizzly bolt on wise. It is boring compared to the KQ 750.
My 06 700 KQ was always faster then my 16 grizzly. I liked the grizzly for the plush ride and seat, and a couple other things. But not when it came to get-up-and-go power.
Does your King have EPS?
Yes it does
For stock
💥Banshee vs Kingquad!💥
Depends on the terrain. Banshee vs Hayabusa? Just about as similar I think.
My neighbor who has had all brands says Suzuki is king of quads
My 20 year old brute forcè 750 pops wheelies in high
And it's got 2 cylinders
Wow shocked about the Grizz, they are supposed to be reliable machine, maybe you just got a lemon, that happens to all Manufactures .
true
👌 nice
A 750 should always be more powerful than a 700
Not in this situation the grizzly had the big four power mods which is intake airbox air box lid EHS racing tuner Barker slip-on which added a total of 10 horsepower
@@jeremylyons6252 yes it was on a dino you need to go watch EHS racing on RUclips they show it all
@@jeremylyons6252 you obviously never checked out barker exhaust.
It’s the machine to have
My uncle have one is is super fast
I hit 70mph on my 2020 750
rev limiter at 68?
I hit 67 on mine
mines also 67
nice machine
Bullshit on the wheelies. I have a 2020 King and you have to try REAL hard to get the front wheels up maybe 1 of 5 tries.
lol guess yours is week man videos dont lie
@@banshee100 your video is the only kq I've seen do that in. You've got a unicorn my friend. As for top end, I hit 68 mph so they're indeed fast.
thats all mine will run 68 try this
hold both brakes in high or low either then rev engine let off brakes and floor it see what that does
Will do bud. I like your videos. Thx for a response.
yea no problem
Grizzlys are still better
