I'd call this mentality "Unilateral Rules of Engagement." People will create arbitrary rules for themselves like "I *have to* build _in_ my base" so they can't even conceive of the idea of their opponent having a proxy. And when it *does* turn out to be a proxy, they don't correct their preconception, they double down on it. They rage on the opponent for not following these arbitrary, self-imposed rules. "You've broken the Rules of War which you never agreed to and which are really more like guidelines... *shame on you!"*

No, it is fun! It is a stressful game I never play myself, only co op and custom modes. But watching others at it - so fun

My favorite salt episode yet, with the last 3 minute eloquent-as-usual monologue being more proof of why I hold you as the best and most enjoyable SC caster in the history of the game (even ahead of the always funny Tastosis). :)

Nah perhaps a little reassurance in these types of builds, but not by miles I think. Though I am surprised uThermal doesn't get thrown as much salt at him oddly enough with his YOLO approaches.
@@MadShadow_ I guess there aren't that many crybabies out there, it's just that this video format makes it look like they are the majority. But I rarely play pvp so I wouldn't know.
@@altaykilic2142 I've been salt mine level raged at one time ever. Most of the time people don't even say anything all game, and the closest thing to "BM" if you could even call it that you run into is just no GG. A couple times someone replied "ez" to my gg at endgame but that's pretty much the extent of BM I've seen in the last several months of ladder. League of Legends, on the other hand..... every bloody game!

The dumb ass build was how I would defeat protoss every game in diamond : p when all they did was turtle into sky….maybe it’s different now
You can also make 66 dromes, 3-4 bases and max out on 2-2 hydra infestor and just run them over

@@TheMuffinman191 Yeah it's a very good counter. If the Toss has critical mass they can concede the 4th and counter attack nicely, possibly take a good fight/win the base trade. So there is some play either way at least.

i have no idea why the ppl get so upset about cheese.. its an rts game... every strategie u can win the game u can use.. iff i die to cheese i watch the replay and look for what i can improve in my own gameplay... will still say gg and often i laught if ill get cannonrushed or somthing. its a game enjoy it guys
It amazes me how many just never use control groups and just f2:
I started with command and conquer zero hour and while that is way less micro intensive then sc2 it was just handy to have control groups.
So it keeps amazing me that so many in a micro intensive game just never use control groups.

zerg proxy cheese is the best to watch because it's the hardest to pull off, but hugely effective if it can get rolling

6:41 pawns aren't worthless. Alot of games are decided on pawn moves and promotions. A passed pawn can singlehandedly win you the game. It's like saying that drones are worthless cuz they can't fight...

I once had a game of DotA 2 in which one of my team mates vowed to get my IP and cut my head off.
That was when I knew I had been successful in griefing the hell out of his game (and all my teammates')
while I love laughing at angry nerds in starcraft replays, Horace made me feel sick
Test messed up in wasting 150 minerals with that cannon on the 3rd spot. If you do that strategy, I would assume you'd would have at least seen Flo or someone else do this. Anyways, you know not to start that cannon until the Hatch is about 75% done. This way the cannon finishes at the same time or just after. If see the hatch cancel, cancel the cannon.

Not to defend the salty ragers, but I think what they mean when they cry about "noobs" and "no skill" and "stay diamond" is that they belive their opponent is resorting to "dice-roll" strategies (where little to no skill is involved for either player, and you just pray your opponent isn't blind-countering you). In some cases I'm even inclined to agree, certain strats do take much more skill to defend than to execute. Thanks for the entertaining vids :)

Just came back to sc2 played some elite AI games was crushing it... got shit on by a bronze player in my placements xD I was laughing at how terribly I played

1st 2 ranked games I've EVER done both were losses and I'm honestly kind of glad, it's a bit upsetting to just come into a game and stomp. You have to start from the bottom and crawl your way up.
