I suppose... but I’m a beginner and I watched this and took off. I love it, and it was honestly the most informative video I’ve watched so far... but it could be useful for others.
I followed this tutorial and I ended up with a curved up bottom instead of a straight one. I realized I need to chain 1 and make sure to crochet into the very first chain of the next row. I hope this helps other beginners!
Thank you for this!!! I attempted to make one and I just finished 3 rows when I realized that my bottom is curving.. so I redo it all! so glad I saw this comment 🤗 Off to start again 😅
I mean do you crochet into the chain that you just made? Or do you mean into the first single crochet rather than skipping it like a lot of patterns do? Thanks
@@boo2952 after I finish each row, I did a chain 1, and then I flipped my work, and then I crochet into the first one after the chain 1, and continue down the row. The chain 1 doesn't count and it serves as a turning chain. Hope this helps!
Just made this!!! Let me just say, it looks amazing! Don’t know where the heck I would wear it with strict parents and all but I think it is very cute! I’m a beginner and it only took me a day!
This tutorial is great, thank you! Made this top and here's a few ways I adjusted this pattern as a large chested plus size woman to increase support. I added extra rows but next time I would add two or 3 rows fewer than I need as this top does stretch a bit with the weight of the girls adding tension onto the cups. I also made 2 rows of single crochets (one on either side of the chain) for the straps to widen them for increased support. I secured the base of each row by crocheting it into the top of the cup in the single crocheted section. I also made the straps extra long so I could cross cross them at the front. Then at the bottom bit of the top, I added two rows of single crochet after the row of double crochet bcs I felt that it wouldn't be secure enough if I looped the straps through just the double crochet. Next I might crochet up the cleavage area a little to connect it a bit higher for even more support. I might even do a little peephole thing. Still deciding but it's highly likely. Hope this helps other large chested ladies. This turned out mega cute and unbelievably comfortable! Thank you for the tutorial. I'm going to make these in different colours and yarn textures.
love this tutorial! really cute, personally had to make 16 rows instead of 12 (medium, 32D) but it's a very adjustable pattern you made so that's awesome :)
Oh my god I just made this thing and it's so cute! Was awake at like 1:30 am and just started making this and finished this morning. I don't even crochet and it's super easy! Thank you so much for sharing, I love it!
Love all of your videos! I’ve crocheted a few of these now despite coming in very intimidated. It only took a day to make and I’ve gotten so many compliments.
This was the first thing i ever crocheted! It was super easy to follow along. Although I had to retry a couple parts it came out perfect in the end! Thank you!
This is absolutely adorable! I came from your Tik tok and I’m defo going to order and make one of these! 🥰 I defo think that this would go with an oversized work shirt that’s a button up, but obviously don’t button the shirt up otherwise you’re AMAZING work won’t be able to be seen, if you manage to see this thank you! You’re the best! Good luck with your business! 🥰🥰🥰
This is definitely my favorite top you've made so far. It looks so good on you, especially in that color. I'm just not sure I could pull it off that well.
Great tutorial only thing is the straps are too flimsy and hurt kinda. So I would suggest for anybody who’s having the same issue to slip stitch around the project and make your straps half double crochet
I'm a beginner, this is my first project ever. I started and realized I got too small of a hook for my yarn 😭😂😂 but I'm trynna make it work till I can go back to the store.
I would love to try this after my graduation day. I love this tutorial but it would be better if you usedhe lighter color like the one u used to other tutorial, was that a yellow or what (I dont know what color it ws lol). So far Thank you for this tutorial. Keep sharing thank u again🤗🥰
When you made the cups you sometimes said to to a total of 10 rows and sometime saying to repeat 10 rows after the first you did. Is it 10 rows in total or 10 rows plus the ones you did first?❤️
hope this isn’t too late but you can also just see how it looks on yourself because depending on your size it could be more or less! so just hold the cups to your body and see how they would look

I so love your tutorial. Understandable and easy to follow. Bless you and more tutorials to come 🥺🥺😘 Btw I love the bralette top you made in yellow with shell edging which you posted on IG (correct me if I'm wrong) I hope you'd make a tutorial for that too 🥺
Hi, im looking for advice - my top turned out short on my torso, with the full design cutting off early at the front, and not wrapping around at all to the side or back - any advice as to where i went wrong?
In one of your other videos you use an even number for the cups. In this video you said “make sure it’s odd” does that change depending on what top you’re working? I’m new to crocheting, and I’m just wondering for future projects :) love your videos!
I’m a slow learner 🥺 this was a bit to fast for me if you could make one slowed and explaining little by little with a different color to see it better would help a lot !🥺
I was watching this tutorial and also bought your written pattern but the do not add up. In te written pattern you put DC CH1 DC in the midlle SC of the three SC cluster and skip the first SC from the cluster but the stitch count on even rows (8, 10, 12 etc) does not allow that. I'm very confused with the written pattern and I'm not a begginer at all.
Okay I figured out that in the written pattern you said to chain 12 at the beginning and here you say to chain 13. Is the written pattern an updated version or something? I think it would be better if pattern and tutorial match
I just want to ask somethingg. I am planning to start my crochet business this year, i am a beginner yet i can say that i can now make some decent projects. My problem is, is it okay to sell a crocheted top made by me but the designs are from yt tutorials like this one. Like, i will follow this beautiful tutorial of passionknit then i will sell what i'll finish, is that acceptable or do i really need to think my own design? Hope someone can answer this, especially the creator of this vid. THANK YOUUU
Why does my crochet line get smaller after after I start the single stitches? Like the chain looks long enough and then it’s like half the size after I do a row of single stitches

I have eu cup 75M how many should i do 😭😭😭
I think how many chain you make is depends on what yarn you use (thin or thicknes the yarn), maybe better written in inches 🙏
love this tutorial but it would be lovely if you used a color that was a bit brighter for beginners to see your pattern better

U crochet into the very first chain? I’m trying but it seems really tight and it looks like a big knot once I do and keep going

after making the bra cup what do you do with leftover string after the base chain? do you weave it? or if you cut it will it be fine?
