Great video, looking to more ps5 pro content 👍
@@Zenon00007 thank you! I appreciate that 🙏
Balanced with PSSR with motion blur and film grain off. 👌🏾
@@DanteZful balanced is amazing. Not sure if it's better with or without PSSR though. You get some weird blurring and noise with PSSR. Film grain off, always! Thanks for checking the video out 🙏
The best option to play this game is on performance mode with pssr on and motion blur off.
That's definitely how I'd play the game, even though performance isn't perfect. It's not a locked 60fps unfortunately. But it is slightly improved at least.
Thanks for checking the video out!🙏

I have a C4 OLED with VRR so I am not complaining about a few dropped frames.....the games stays well within the PS5 VRR range so whatever frame drops are happening while playing i don't notice. I always find it weird how consoles are expected to run locked framerate on heavy games when Vsync and Gsync has existed forever on PC and so long as games maintain the Vsync or Gsync no one ever complains. Same with minor image quality imperfections. It kinda all feels like gamers go looking for things to complain about and are upset when they find them. I prefer to play my games and callout the truly gamebreaking stuff rather than worry about every little thing the game does wrong. For me it leads to more enjoyable games but to each their own.
@corey_massey I have VRR too and I notice a few dropped frames and want to be honest about the game's performance. The game is still great! But I was hoping for a locked 60. The new 40fps mode is impressive. I will still play at 60 and have a great time. Thanks for checking the video out!🙏
@@PS5ProRobif you turn off PSSR in performance mode the performance is between 3-5 frames better and bounces back to 60 more reliably.
@@PS5ProRobdid you by chance do more testing in 60 with PSSR? Did you still notice drops? I played the intro and it seemed near locked.
Balanced mode is clear winner here. Better visuals and good feeling. I compared performance with balanced and differences are significant
@@piotrq7150 I agree. It's so close to fidelity mode. Performance is such a big downgrade. But if they could lock it at 60. I still prefer 60fps, even with worse graphics.
Thanks for checking the video out!🙏
For me personally game looks unfinished I can see a lot of shimmering and graphics issues game wise is amazing
@@urco321 yeah and the PSSR actually causes more shimmering and noise. But indeed, in terms of gameplay, it is absolutely incredible.
Thanks for checking the video out 🙏
I dont know why this dumb company dont have universal balance mode because my awesome picture oled tv lg is from 2018 it doesnt have vrr or 120hz
@@MyMason911 pretty much all games that have a balance mode at 40 fps require a 120hz display. Sucks for you bud.
Agree is horrible patch , same as Wu Kong and same as silent hill poo
@@Atum1c yeah Silent Hill 2 is bad. But I found wukong to be good in performance mode.
Thanks for checking the video out!🙏
@ blurry in performance I thought
@Atum1c yeah it is pretty blurry in performance. But it's also slightly worse with PSSR on.
Thanks for checking the video out!🙏
@ it’s better than it was so can’t complain , well I prob still will as it’s not what I expected
@Atum1c it is better absolutely! I'm hoping they keep working on improving the performance mode. Adding the 40fps option is an amazing new feature though. So it's a good update overall.
