- IGNORE THIS VIDEO I AM WRONG. I made a mistake. I MISTIMESTAMPED and kept playing the same bit over and over a minute or so each side, I thought it was towards the end but the "Misra out of the woodwork is still there"

Hi Charlie, There must have been a glitch, because all those bits are there, I've just checked. Sir Wyn asks for the right references a little before this which might get what you're saying about him making a mistake. Then at 1:56:00 (almost!) Mr Henry says " You were at the Conference. You know that Mr Altman was saying that 'other Misras would crawl out of the woodwork and you shouldn't mediate with Mrs Misra under any circumstances.'"Simon Clark replies he does not agree with the use of that language and that it's deeply offensive to those prosecuted. Mr Henry says he's quoting from a note, Mr Clark says that may be so but he still does not approve of it. Mr Henry ignores that and continues. Is that your missing bit? It's there now. Odd!
Yes! This is the bit missing. Deffo on the LIVE but not on the video. Am I still wrong as I have rewatched so many times looking for an edit.
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal It is on the official video. As the guy you're replying to said, it's at 1:56:00, well more accurately it's at 1:57:40. Are you sure you're watching the correct video?
@@PlaywornAdventures I made a mistake. Apology video up very soon !
Great! Glad we have cleared that up! Well done for all your work,mCharlie. Much appreciated.
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal No dramas!
Thank you Charlie for your work, and thank you Mr Jason Beer and the other Barristers and Solicitors for their vital work and the mountainous amounts of preparation of hundreds of thousands of internal POL emails and notes which had to be analysed.
That this inquiry is being publicly broadcast and seen is vital .... And also unbelievably awful to watch at times in the injustice of POL to SPMs.
Thanks for being conscientious, Charlie!
We al love what you are doing Charlie. Post Office warrior
This is just a small glimpse of what has been going around us while we have been distracted and blindfolded not seeing what these evil ,evil devils have been doing to us all around the world. ❤
Good to see it’s still there. But it’s even better to know that if something of importance was ever edited out, someone is keeping an eye on things as well. 👍
I just watched the recording on the official channel and the 'crawling out of the woodwork' exchange was still in there.
Yes it was me, I made a mistake, I feel very stupid.
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal no worries at all, love the channel! 👍
Hi, I watched this whole thing live today and I vividly remember Ed Henry KC's comments about "crawling out of the woodwork". I am going to go back and watch the VOD tomorrow to see if it is still there. If it isn't I am going to contact the inquiry for an explanation. Many thanks for this Charlie, I mainly watch live and didn't know about this happening. Edit for typo.
It is the first time I have noticed, it was a major part as Simon Clarke got very ruffled!
It seems to be there now (10.20 pm) at 1:56:00 ish. There must have been a glitch.
I made a mistake, I feel stupid for it. I had the wrong timestamp.
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal It's good that it was just an error, beacuse if they had edited anything out it would have been a big deal. Phew!
Just a note to say that over the years of the inquiry videos have been posted to YT and then taken down and edited. They are being very careful to make sure no one incriminates themselves albeit unwittingly or says something that should be confidential. That is also why there is a time delay built into the web cast.
I saw that too, and was thinking the same
It's a public inquiry. Things don't get edited out (apart from the obvious lengthy breaks which are cut to a few seconds). If they were edited without any indication then you can bet the solicitors for the dodgy post office people would be on to it in no time.
You are ok Charlie … it’s there.
I watched the full enquiry today with Simon Clarke,..
I can confirm on watching a second time on You Tube that indeed the issue with "other Misra's coming out of the woodwork" and the hostilities were included..
Mr. Henry put Mr.Clark "to the sword", this part was very hostile and to be honest toxic, basically two KC's going for each other verbally with Simon Clarke verbally attacking Mr. Henry for his indirect accusations that Simon Clarke was supporting POL..
The bottom line was Simon Clarke stated he instructed Cartwright/King to refuse Mrs. Misra's legal team ANY disclosure regarding the identified bugs etc as he KNEW that if they gave Mrs.Misra legal team full disclosure POL case against Mrs.Misra would collapse along with every other SPM case..ie domino effect..and POL simply could not allow that..
Simon Clarke did state that after seeing the bundle supplied by the inquiry that, in his previous political high profile position both Cartwright/King & POL used him..
If Mr. Henry had been allowed more time with Simon Clarke there would be more revelations come out,..
This event was extremely unpleasant to watch, but essential Mr.Henry brought Simon Clarke to account,..
I'm wrong I MISTIMESTAMPED my mistake
No probs Charlie, keep doing what you're doing, I love what you do on this channel.
Charlie, you are doing a great job you're only human, we all make mistakes. You owned up to it which shows your integrity. Not like the sniveling examples we are seeing in this enquiry.
Can’t wait for you to sink your teeth into the Baby Reindeer shenanigans - I haven’t a clue about the whole thing 😂
That’s a rather disturbing observation. I wonder if anyone out there has recorded the live streams. How odd. Why would they do it, and what would the editorial policy be ?
No, it was me, im an idiot I made a mistake I wrongly timestamped it.
I watched it live on YT on the Daily Mirror's channel (mainly to watch some of the chit-chat) and I wonder if that is still un-edited. Could there have been an issue because it over-ran?
Make sure your not watching one of the news papers feeds, even though they say live they are cutting stuff whereas the official Post office enquiry feed does not cut anything.
I was watching the live stream and noticed a jump cut where the person on the stand moves position in his chair yet the audio was cut perfectly. I think it may be on a delay with some on-the-fly editing now.
Yeah, there is a three minute delay, and this part took much longer to turn into a normal video from a live one. I wonder what the issue is? It was a quote so I can't see any legal reason for it to be edited.
Yes we saw the jump cut too as we watched it 'live' although we're aware of the 3 minute delay so we assumed something was cut before it made it to the livestream. Mr Clarke was sitting in his chair and then a split-second cut meant he was at a different position/angle.
@@kelsiaramaple Im wrong... Im sorry I made a mistake. There IS a 3min delay but NOTHING was edited out.
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal Sorry I should have explained, the jump cut was earlier in the day (can't remember the timestamp) but it was way before questions from core participants. It wasn't related to the topic you mentioned. It was an edit by the livestream, no idea what they cut out, but it wasn't 'lag' or anything, just a simple cut where he was in a different chair position.
@@kelsiaramaple Thats fine :) there are from time to time glitches so I knew what you meant. For instance a weird one happened on Jarnail Singh where for a second everything was an outline! he looked like a drawing lol RUclips Live demands high connectivity so it can glitch out from time to time.
Perhaps you could contact the inquiry to ask about their policy on editing live recordings? I don't know the best way to do that but it seems an important thing to get straight.
Well
Spotted Charlie, I watched to and didn’t see it.
If it was in a trial, that phrase would be said many times,I don’t see the problem.
Simon Clark said that he told Jarnail Singh about the Horizon bugs, but last Friday, Singh denied any knowledge. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Did anyone else see this LIVE?
It was said today. I saw the whole sitting Live.
Yes I remember that moment, I saw it live too.on the official Enquiry channel. I remember Mr Clarke going on the defensive and he responded by saying he was offended by Mr Henry's remark. Mr Henry hit the bullseye when he said " but I'm reading out what was said. The inference being that they were not Mr Henry's words but words read out from a statement..
@@juliebasford1976 You are right Julie.
It's a room full of lawyers, of course stuff will be redacted 🤣
It’s still on the Daily Mirror feed at 6:31:30.
No this isn't it. The part has been deleted.
Is the blue screen behind them ready to change the truth?
I watched the livestream today. Not watched again .
lol 🤷🏽♂️
That’s really odd. I was watching the video at 5.00 pm (not live). At first I thought Simon Clarke was refreshing because he remembered what went on and was scandalised by Gareth Jenkins owning up to bugs. But then I got disillusioned with him. He seemed more concerned with the affects of adverse publicity for his clients the P.O. When he really should have been concerned with all those people wrongly accused and their lives ruined by the P.O. Mr Henry was right to suggest there were more “Misras”.
Did you see him quote "other Misras?" I am not going mad am I? I did see all that?
@@CharlieFlemingOriginalSC was not happy about "more Misras coming out of the woodwork", no you're not going mad.
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal You are absolutely correct. I listened to the livestream.
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal I just watched Mr Henry on another channel and he did say about another Misra crawling out of the woodwork.
