Has two 10in I beams the home is built on. Almost zero flex. I bought it from an older gentleman back in 2017. I'm the fifth owner. It was even a rental at one point. I've only done small stuff to it like you would do to a house or an apartment. Faucets, water leaks, s*** like that. It's a very impressive machine to say the least.
