Yeah the side b gives more hitstun the higher damage you are, and Mewtwo's fair is only 7 frames!
Mewtwo is seriously underrated AF

only rising short hop side B and only if the opponent is at 120% at least, but yeah it's kinda nice

Also against those unfamiliar with the match up it will surprise them is you save hitting for confusion till 100% and they may not react fast enough
So it can kill earlier

@@mechakucha_ Actually in enough matchups M2's side b already starts comboing at 90%. The thresholds are at 90+% (against characters with a frame 4 airdodge, like DK or Ganon) - 115+% (against frame 3 airdodges, like Lucina or Link) - and 140+% (of course against frame 2 airdodges, like Sheik or Wolf). But of course there are characters that have a faster escape option than there airdodge, for example Lucina and Marth their up b has invincibility on frame 1 (against frame 1 escape options the combo doesn't work)

Agreed. A character can't be top ten in ground and air speed with his level of kill power, combo game, and kill confirms and not be top tier. People sleeping on his teleport buff. Makes it WAY safer to throw out in neutral to evade/and catch opponents off guard.

@@ShadamAran The teleport buff only reduces landing lag when the teleport animation has finished while still in midair and then you land after floating down. If you teleport onto the ground from anywhere, lag is not reduced. So unfortunately the buff didn't affect its usage in neutral.
I agree Mewtwo is underrated though!
