Somehow we missing our cover for one of our Preston adult CPR mannequin. Is there a way to get a new one please

So what I am gathering from this video, is that there is NO battery replacement and you have to replace the whole monitor. Is that correct?

There is a small snap-on cover on the visible side of the monitor that can be popped off (by gently pressing the tab) to show the battery compartment. The monitor uses two standard AA alkaline batteries that can be replaced. Check out the video at the 1:20 mark to see the cover with the writing on it.
