Just a quick tip if not already covered. If you set your chain up for say rhythm and want to use the CTR switch to add effects etc for a solo sound and want a volume boost and not a overdrive boost(which adds no extra volume) then place a distortion or eq block at the end of the chain instead of the front and set the volume higher on it.Dont put it in front of the amp block. I use an eq block after my amp block for tone shaping so i cant use it as affect i bring in with the CTR fucntion as its on all the time so i have to use a distortion block. With a dist block you can adj the tone and volume to suit of that block, i literally just boost the overall volume of my rhythm patch to be louder than the 2nd guitarist when im soloing. Another tip with regards to EQ, i cut 2db of 4k on the para eq, this takes away that horrible spike in the sound that is especially bad when running thru a cab and is what gives you ear fatigue.Also i boost 110hz to give a nice resonant thump from a cab that doesnt make it fart out.

For example: I took my old single button Marshall footswitch (with led) and connected it to the EXP2 jack. After calibration (heel down OFF, toe down ON..or something like that). Then I used the MERGE-option and made it boost my EQ settings and turn on (well, basically the effect is turned on all the time, but switch changes the level from 0 to 20) the PHASER. Simple, cheap, beautiful and easy solution to get some extra control over the sounds! Even the led works!

Awesome video about GE200. By the way, you need to calibrate your Exp Pedal, so that it need extra pressure to activate it. This is to prevent accidentally activate it. With your method, combine with the Merge function with Exp Pedal, you can have 3 different tones in 1 preset.
Hmm, I'll have to try that. I'm pretty sure that I already calibrated it. My issue with using it live is that; when I am playing and have all that adrenaline going, having to stop and look down to make sure it's on or off is a complication I dont need. I updated the firmware already, as well as calibrating the expression pedal. It's just too small, and doesnt have any sort of haptic feedback (click) when you engage/disengage which are my main issues.

In my unit the effects change when you release the cntrl/tap footswitch, rather than in the instant when you press it down and it reaches its lowest point. Is this the case for everyone? Its driving me nuts!!!!!!
I never noticed any lag or delay until I started using midi to do the switching. Now I hear it. Maybe it's because I'm not concentrating on hiring a button with my toe on beat, but I can definitely hear a minor pause. Still, its acceptable.
Of course, you can reamp with any piece of gear, as long as you capture the direct input from your guitar (or bass). You'll need a DI box, the mooer doesnt have a DI out like some other amp modelers. You'll also need a reamp box to boost the signal back to a line level.
Yes. There are 2 outputs. If you want to run one of them to FOH, you can definitely do that. Just make sure the cab IR for the side running to FOH is on.

I've owned a GE200 for almost a year & didn't know it did some of this stuff...........I guess there may be some virtue in reading the manual after all. Nah - it's all on youtube!
It still sounds like a lousy floorboard to me. Stick with the SA gear, like a Roland gr-55. I think once you separate church from state(Separate percussion unit) there is less reliance on the limitations on the "All in one device" That`s just me. Whatever works for one is not the best for another. I guess that is why there is so much diversity available. (Which is great)Best of luck to all-Shawn.

What I missing is to start the rhythm with an Tap. Also, the rhythm can’t be recorded
had the same issue with the pedal , but you can fix this out when setting the min and max value of it

Dos MOOER GE200 able to REAMP ? I mean if I record a CLEN TONE, will I be able to REAMP using MOOER GE 200 ? If NOT, which Pedalboard can do that ?
