Cool testing! I just got the sigma 24-70mm on sale and the black magic full frame on sale too. I’m running into a simple hurdle, how do I control aperture? The Iris button doesn’t have a number and it’s unclickable for some reason. Wondering if I’m missing some super obvious part of operating. Great comparisons though!
That’s Odd 🧐 I’d say try wiping the ports on the lens mount itself and reconnecting the lens. Should definitely have the aperture numbers displayed. Great combo set up overall
@@ClaudeRobTV Totally worked. haha thanks for the response. I just had to hear the click and everything connected and I can now adjust the aperture. Much appreciated!
@@willkeiser215 Full spectrum ND filters. If you must have variable ND there are several but comes with a price. Hoya Solas VND is one of those if you don't use wide angle lens.

Spend all that money for improve IQ and you put on a Tiffen variable ND?🙀
Used a Nisi IRND filter for the Cinema lens
But 😅 was lazy and put on a screw on filter
What kind of ND would you suggest?
@@willkeiser215 of course depends on the budget. If you want a screw on filter I’d go with the tiffen variable ND
@@ClaudeRobTV Are ND filters known to decrease image quality or something
