After stealing something from the caravan...a cool and curvy "S" of a thing...it appears she may have the upper hand on our would-be-hero's.
Cutting off some dead weight might be the move, but it's easier said than done when life has you eating ass that you are attached to (sentimentally or otherwise).
Hopefully the boys can do like Pob says, and "Measure once, cut twice", because nothing short of a picture perfect performance can save them from where they're at now.

I chipped away at this series 10 or so minutes a night from August 2023 to Feb 20th 2024. For the love of God you guys must continue this series! What else am I going to watch while I brush my teeth??
This is the only dnd podcast, there is none like it.
Sam gave us a character to hate, love AND root for.
Pob stole the show whenever he spoke.
Brian was there.
Bizzle was the most patient dm to ever grace us, and rather than railroading these 3 fools, he built his world seamlessly around their bizzare decisions and actions.

(Jokes aside, Brian, when he was nolonger nervous to say things, said some of the funniest things that made me die of laughter, if I had to choose between sam and brian, I'd still choose sam, but without brian, it WOULD NOT be good enough. 😂😢❤

Bizzle's DMing skills are insane, his willingness to work around the murderhobo insanity was inspirational.
Damn bro, it feels like this show was just hitting its peak.
Genuinely gutted that this series is ending... was easily the thing i was most looking forward to on RUclips every time a new ep dropped.

Bizzle did not get the reaction he deserved when the Laughter Stone became the Shard of Slaughter. Clever wordplay but perhaps too clever to be noticed lol.

Yeah this was my favorite content on RUclips and there are no other D&d channels that do it in a similar way. None of them bring the vibes these guys did.

It was a good run boys… watched every episode multiple times, good laughs, almost no combat but I can say this was one of the most entertaining things I’ve had the joy to watch and support, thanks for all the hard work you did Bizzle and to Sam and Poob, maybe Brian thanks for contributing all you guys did. P.S. Pob Goblin should get a spin off series
Props to Bizzle for wrangling these clowns for almost a whole year and actually trying and successfully cobbling a story together from their mad ramblings. It was fun while it lasted and can’t wait to see what is planned for the future.

@@noonyabeezniss4911 More likely to do with Sam’s mom entering rapidly declining liver failure and Bizzle basically being forced out of his house around the time. Probably a bit of Bryan and Sam being bored too based on their demeanor, Poob and DM Biz we’re having a grand time for the most part.

Unfortunately it was announced on the patreon that Die of laughter is coming to an end due to everyone being spread too thin, it was a good ride folks I wish it could’ve lasted just a little longer

Bizzle come back with a group that wants to do this. Subbed to DoL would instantly sub to whatever you would make. This was the best D&D podcast around. Most of it was due to you Bizzle so would be infinitely down to see what you could do with another group.

@@elwin794 Bizzle and Poob with some new people who actually cared would be enough for me to piggyback over to a new one, I didn't mind Sam in this, but he'd never do another one probably, and as much as I like Bryan, he didn't contribute at all to my enjoyment of the recent episodes.
Realistically though, this dream is probably over, fun while it lasted but sadly ending with a bit of a bad taste.

I'm incredibly devastated it's ending. I wish we could get more details why, but that's only for me to try to fix it and it's clear it can't be fixed. Thanks for the episodes we got. It was a good run.

literally every single time bryan is called upon to interact it goes "can I do X?" "you can try" "alright cool" ... "gimme a roll to try" instead of just understanding that he can try whatever he wants to and will always need to roll for it

The amount of Bollywood DM gymnastics required for Hugh and JB to not die is hilarious.
You've got to be kidding me. Why end this series? Just take a hiatus. I'm invested in these characters. I wanted to see them get their happy endings.
I feel like the only mistake this show made was the mammoths task of updating the visuals every episode, you can tell if you compare the first 5 episodes to the final 5 it was wearing them down. It was very well made, and i will lament the loss of this masterpiece. I really hope I'm not the first or the last to say it, but thank you Bizzle for all the effort you put into the show you can really see it in the final product, this show wouldn't exist without your effort of structuring this story from the ground up, it was a beautiful world that we only got the slightest glimpse of so thank you for letting us see it. Thank you Poop you are one of the most enthusiastically entertaining people I've ever seen and you really brought flair to the show. Thank you Mr General Sam i really enjoyed watching your deranged activities i could never anticipate what you were going to do next, you really made the story more interesting than it already was. Thank you Brian although people say you don't do much in the show I am Not someone who believes that, most of the actions you make are some of the most hilarious things I've heard, your jokes are like a fine wine they are truly something to be admired, although you may have some dead fish type of eyes you don't have a dead fish personality. All of you are truly great at what you do, so please take care of yourselves and thanks again for the close to 3 straight days of entertainment. I'll be waiting for DOL2

Seeing that this series is ending genuinely saddens me. I understand there's likely a multitude of reasons you are deciding to end this series, hopefully it will get a revival in the future. But I feel like a factor that could have improved your enjoyment would to have people genuinely interested to explore your world. I said it before and I'll say it again. You have created such a fascinating world and it's damned shame it goes to the fools who refuse to leave rooms. I hope you get some well deserved mental recuperation after this and I'm excited to see what you do I the future. (I know rust is in a STATE to say the least, but they've added a lot of improvements to the painting system and I would be incredibly interested in you doing more the joy of painting in rust vids)

this show was genuinely the best DnD content on youtube. i hope one day they come back for a season 2. a lower production quality for season 2 might help take some of the burden of making the episodes away
This was the only dnd podcast I could ever listen to. It inspired me enough to dm for my own friend group and even take inspiration from some of the funny scenarios Bizzle has crafted. I hope you all will eventually come back to this whenever it is convenient.

Every fucking day I hope this comes back. My senior year of highschool was held up with this podcast. I hope that some version of it comes back. I miss it too much.
Kinda heart broken about the show ending, really hope you guys return to it one day, one of my favorite series I’ve ever watched.
This is truly a tragedy, theres so many unanswered plot points, we never got to see if pob smashed the druid chick or not, we never got to see if JB found the cure for his fungal infection, we don't know where chip and chunk are at or what their doing, rip die of laughter

Honestly as much as they make jokes about audio listeners it's probably most of their audience, like I've never even seen a DoL episode because I only listen to them at work. It could be a damn black screen for all I care as long as they make content. RIP though, flew too close to the sun.

I loved this series, and as much hate Sam and Brian get in the comments, it wouldn't have been the same show without them.
The whole reason I gravitated to this series was because it was probably the least Autistic DnD podcast I've seen. It doesn't take itself super serious and Bizzle seemed to know his group and how to roll with the punches.

I was never into DnD because I thought everyone who did it was lame, then y’all made this straight banger and I thought maybe I was too harsh on them folks, then y’all ended it and I went looking for other DnD content creators and found out that they all really were lame 😭

Apparently the reason that was given was because of time zone constraints with Brian not being able to do DND because of work and of course we see this with his absence on forehead fables. But also I believe and I'm not sure but I believe that Sam doesn't really care to do d&d anymore.

Bryan was always available be, even recording a podcast while on a business call, Sam said on the most recent patreon podcast, he did not even invite Bryan, so I really am wondering if something more sensitive is actually going on.

Sam is frustrating
This was the show that inspired me to DM again after 10 years. To have my never played friends give it a try. Genuinely sad ill never hear pob goblin love baby duke again. We'll never learn of the crawphecy. We'll never figure out why Beetlemen looks so freaking. I hope one day you guys wanna return. I know its unlikely. But i hope
