Hey Bizzle, if you make character sheets in roll 20 ( they don't have to filled in) and give permissions to the players who are logged in over those characters, they will be able to use them as tokens you can put on the board and they will be able to control them. You can even give them individual pictures for both the player token and the character sheet icon. Poob says he already uses roll20 to roll, so he may be able to help you with that.
