    I'm 5 mths. Po still my range of motion can't bend my knee all the way back my range of knee bend is from 85 to 90 yes I had a lot of stiffnes doing all my activities Excercises still the same what else can I do my insurance stop my therapy sections I work out at home I do everything I can for my knee bending my therapist told me I could have a week muscle I'm walking thank God before I was so stiff It's getting better now .from Chicago Illinois 😊

      Thanks for watching and your question.. Some things you may want to try: pool therapy / exercises, knee range of motion equipment that can place the knee in prolonged stretch positions, electrical stimulation for pain management in conjunction with the exercises. If your issues with range of motion are significant and impacting mobility, it may be worth consulting with your doctor / surgeon to consider other options.

    Can you link me with a video on overcoming scar tissue? It’s 2 years now and it seems no matter what Exercises I do I still cannot get a fuller range of motion. Thank you.

Understand because you are 2 years out from surgery, improvements in knee mobility and range of motion will take more time and not be as significant but modest improvements are possible.
