I'm just beside myself in the logic of this game. Some of the offenses could be "overlooked" in the "fog of war" but past dark-side trooper (Republic) infractions include: (1) Accepting bribes (2) sacrificing 300+ Republic prisoners for a girlfriend/boyfriend (3) insubordination (4) killing unarmed prisoners and OUTRIGHT MURDER OF A SENATOR!!! Also, if the trooper has the former Imperial soldier as a companion (who goes by-the-book) it seems she NEVERS reports the trooper for these violations.
I agree, however some of these classes are made to be 2 things, i noticed with bounty hunter and trooper. BH: 1.) Honorable mandolorian looking for a good fight 2.) Bounty hunter/wildcard Trooper: 1.) Actual trooper 2.) Valued Merc Explains some, but still some of these options no matter rank or glory in empire or republic are hanging charges.Bioware should been more creative having if you kill a sen your now a fugitive and have to operate on your own...
Trooper: I'm sick of your disingenuous assertions

If there's one thing this game shows, it's that a fragile peace is meant to, and should be, broken.
Why do I get the feeling that a court martial is on the way for the Trooper?
At this point, the quest should of ended right there!!! The "war excuse" was so lame!!!!
Not to mention, he/she has a video camera installed on the uniform and his/her superiors never see these dark-side infractions?????
my favorite part of the storyline
