You have to look at F2P games and MTX/DLC, not the games themselves. AFAIK there a multiple F2P games where you can transfer your MTX content between all/most platforms. From my knowledge Playstation is the hardest platform if you want some kind of a special solution - not Steam and Switch.
Fantasy Strike has crossbuy between Steam and Switch, for everything except the virtual currency (the Gems, the equivalent of the tickets). You have to spend the currency on the platform on which you bought it.
