Brother check if the wiring is done properly or not,, E0 is communication error between indoor and outdoor unit.. If you get same error please try to replace the unit from the dealer..
If you're encountering a CL error on your TCL inverter split unit, it typically indicates a communication problem between the indoor and outdoor units. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try if you have technical knowledge otherwise call a professional.. 1) Power off and restart: Turn off the air conditioner at the circuit breaker or disconnect it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. This simple reset may resolve the communication issue. 2) Check the remote control: Ensure that the remote control's batteries are functioning correctly and properly inserted. Weak or dead batteries can sometimes cause communication problems. 3) Verify the display: Take note of any additional error codes or error messages displayed on the unit's control panel. They may provide more specific information about the issue. Refer to the unit's manual or contact TCL customer support for assistance in interpreting the error codes. 4) Inspect the wiring: Examine the wiring connections between the indoor and outdoor units. Look for any loose, damaged, or disconnected wires. If you're comfortable doing so, you can try reseating the connections or fixing any obvious issues. However, if you're unsure or uncomfortable working with electrical components, it's best to contact a professional technician. 5) Power supply check: Ensure that both the indoor and outdoor units are receiving the appropriate power supply. Check the circuit breakers or fuses related to the air conditioner and verify that they are not tripped or blown.
Power off your air conditioner and then unplug the AC unit from the wall plug for at least 30 seconds. Reinsert the plug and press the Power button if the AC does not automatically power on Set the AC to Cooling mode. Set the temperature to 30 degrees Celsius or 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Set the fan speed to Medium. Press and release the SLEEP button on the remote 8 times. This must be done within 8 seconds. After 4 to 7 seconds the display should switch over. If the mode does not change start over at step one and try again. The entire process must be done within the first 3 minutes of powering on the AC unit.
1. Check the contact of communication wire (CN5) between power source board and intelligent power module Insert again if loose. 2. After the complete unit is energized, check the indicators on outdoor power source board and intelligent power module. The indicator on power source board blinks normal (bright for 1 second and dark for 1 second), but the indicator on intelligent power module does not work normally. Replace the intelligent power module If the fault remains unsolved, replace the power source board again. Test with pressure gauge, check the leakage point and recharge the refrigerant. 3] Check the evaporator coil temperature sensor (25 /5K ℃ Ω). Replace the temperature sensor if the resistance is incurred to drift, open or short circuiting. 4] The above inspections are normal. a. The flow might be uneven for indoor system. Short circuit JP4 jumper of the indoor control board to shield this protection function (V1 - Indoor Main PCB). b. The flow might be uneven for indoor system.
