The city paid Michael Bromwich, a political operative, to oversee the city's response to the DOJ's investigation. They paid him over $1M over the past 3 years. An expenditure like that doesn't get approved without a go-ahead from the Mayor. Much of PHXPD's misconduct has been very public. It's hard for the Mayor to say he didn't know.
That Rachel Mitchell who is a Maga, is the Maricopa county attorney and is as corrupt as they come. Was she involved in the framing of those innocent black lives matter people or was it that Adele?
