'Brady List' officers involved in arrest

- "Brady List" officers were involved in an arrest that is now under investigation for possible excessive force. Phoenix police are under a sweeping Department of Justice pattern or practice investigation that’s focused on five areas, including excessive force and retaliation against protesters. The federal probe has been open for 22 months, and during that time, the DOJ has finalized similar investigations into two other police departments: Louisville (March 8, 2023) and Minneapolis (June 16, 2023).

The prosecutor is a criminal for letting the case go that far. Everyone talks about qualified immunity but judicial immunity in general is nonsense and needs to be abolished
Knock it off, how can a judge get cartel money if they lose qualified immunity. That's kinda the reason they want those judges.
Exactly! The camera doesn't lie, it's easy to see who should be prosecuted.
District attorney's are elected. They voted for this.
Also a President Judge is untouchable in the commonwealth of PA. Every lawyer I ever asked told me this. Welcome to freedom 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Absolutely disgusting. Even worse the prosecutor waited 10 months to drop this. Disgusting!
waste of taxpayer funds. By the by, their salaries are ridiculously inflated.
Nothing will change until We the People find our balls and take direct action.
Even worse than that the prosecutor isn't prosecuting the cops for their crimes.
If you thought cops had immunity just look at prosecutors. They are like gods with absolute immunity from laws.
I thank God, I decided to move to Texas instead of Arizona
The fact that the prosecutor thought it was in the interest of justice to try to get the fact that he was on a brady list suppressed is wild.
IT'S HIS, THEIR JUSTICE! AGAINST THE PEOPLES OF THE US CONSTITUTION!
We need a story examining why the prosecutor kept this going for 10 months and why she’s not charging the officers with anything.
So why isn't she being charged. She is the problem. The police are trained to lie and create crime as they see fit. The prosecutors and judges back them up. It's all corrupt. It's a joke.
And why she thought that a cop being on the Brady list wasn't important in a case with excessive force claims on the table
Because it's the Just Us system
I’m with you. They are supposed to “review” the evidence and bring charges. The “assault” could never be proven. So why pursue it in the first place? There is definitely something shady in the DA’s office as well.
@@bobmatthews6918 I recommend going to your local court house and request records of every arrest from 5 yrs ago then see how many were dismissed. It's a site to see for sure. Doesn't matter what county you do it in. The results are gonna be heavily apparent

This guy was clearly violently assaulted by the police, had his civil rights blatantly violated, and was denied his due process by the case being dismissed by the state? So what happens now? Are the cops going to be criminally charged? A normal citizen assaulting another citizen like that would be locked up for years. Why are the police not held to the same standard as the rest of us?
Because they are under orders from the drug cartels and I don't mean just the Sackler's.
They tried to get away with lying on an arrest affidavit, saying HE assaulted an officer, when it's clear, HE was assaulted by the officers, who's ego wouldn't allow him to get away with calling them a dumba**! It's clear that they learned nothing from the last excessive force case against them. How many citizens are in jail now, because the prosecutor failed to notify the defense that the arresting officer was on the Brady list! I also don't believe she "just got the report this morning", about the officer lying on his time sheet. I'm guessing he won't get fired, because he'll claim it was a "mistake"!
This guy harasses and abuses cops, other public employees, and private citizens for attention and money on RUclips.
Tyrants like these need to start paying...with their lives.! Eventually the rest will get the picture...
Nothing will happen until you fight violence with violence...
So, the cops who committed a blatant assault and battery, in direct violation of their policy and the law, were immediately charged by this corrupt prosecutor, right? RIGHT?
Committed kidnapping
The fact they record themselves, they realize there is a system in place which protects them from their criminally. White people did this. They never expected that not holding these pigs accountable for the last 150 years would have empowered them enough to no longer see whites as their masters, but now see them as subjects too. Nazi sympathizers and Jim Crow supporters. White people have said not guilty for lynchings and victim blamed because of their hatred of the other. Now the police see whites as the other. Back the blue until it happens to you.
I'm sure they learned their lesson after being punished with two weeks of "administrative suspension with pay" or what you and I would call two weeks of taxpayer funded vacation.
HAHAHAHA, it is funny that you think the prosecutors office isn't in collusion with the police.
@MrWarren1991
I dont.
That's actually the point I'm trying to make with my comment. Obviously, if the DA wasn't corrupt, they would have charged the officers..
That was so awful. The brutal way the cops treated him.

Not policy...LAW! Why can a cop commit crimes and it only be considered "against policy"? They should be held to the same standards as us...at a minimum! We need to not go along with their narrative of a cop who broke policy and push that these "law enforcement officers" are breaking the LAW!
Going along with the "against policy" mantra is just licking boots!
It’s disgusting that the public has to go to court to fight the police, and you have to let them do what they want to you on the streets first
You misspelled immoral.
@@havenbastionyeah take me for example I'm not really a good speller doesn't mean I'm dumb, but I get the voice to text thing doesn't always pick it up right I have to proofread something sometimes
@@havenbastion Can you outline to me where I used the word "Immoral".
If you're going to criticise someone for the they way have spelt a word, can you at least make sure the word is actually there in the first place. Otherwise it makes you a total hypocrite saying someone can't spell, when it's obvious that you can't even actually read.
@@jackpranno7647 I was implying that it would have been more correct to say immoral than disgusting. I didn't actually mean your spelling was wrong. :p
Problem as old as laws: Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? Or translated: Who watches the watchers?
They should be thrown in jail, this is so infuriating. That man should receive millions from a civil rights lawsuit

Contempt of cop is the most serious of all offenses
Like it or not, this is not much different from how things go at the returns counter at a store. You're more likely to get a refund if you're nice to the employees. If you bad mouth them they are going to go out of their way to make sure you don't get a refund.
Except in this case the cops carry guns and badges and can arrest you arbitrarily with apparently zero consequence.
* *edit:* Can arrest you _and brutalize you_ with zero consequence.
Many ppl die on the street for such an offense
He was guilty of “ contempt of cop”. If “contempt of cop” is a crime, then I’m guilty as hell
Who in the hell writes these police statements? And if the higher-ups in the police department don't know what the hell they're police officers are doing, then what the hell are the higher-ups, therefore?
And this is how they act when they are actively being investigated by the DOJ for this very type of behavior. The prosecutor should be fired and charged for using the courts as harassment tool to support corrupt lawless cops and these officers should all be charged for assault and violations of right under the color of law.
Absolutely!
Your pathetic
Cops and local FBI are pretty buddy-buddy. But the wind is blowing against their criminal asses these days.
Maybe they have to do what the cartels them to do.
The DOJ's just as worthless as the Phoenix police department. You don't think the DOJ has known about dirty cops all across this country for decades? And aint done anything about it.
Man, this looks like a major lawsuit against the Phoenix Police Department. This should cost them dearly.
It cost us the taxpayers of Arizona, not the officers involved. Abolish qualified immunity!
If those cops are not put in prison we do not have a justice system. Maybe we should take the law into our own hands.
Do unto them as they do unto us.
Nothing will happen to those officers, the U.S.A. and Canada share the same misconduct of brutality. Bad cops never get into trouble because the prosecutors know that if a cop is criminally charged all the cases where he/she testified as a witness are suspect.
There's no justice, there's just us. None of those three wearing a uniform in the video should be anywhere near a badge and gun.
I just messaged our DA about how she should be ashamed of herself for this. I am just grateful that the judge still has morals.
Where did you find her name, please pass it along.

Looks more like they assaulted him more than once, unlawful arrest, kidnapping & probably a dozen more they could/should be charged with!!

The ONLY station in AZ with the huevos to do so
It was unexpected, it's all over you tube.
This is how prosecutors punish people who insult their pig friends.
If anyone feels bad towards Kenny calling a dumb ass a dumb ass.... they must be a cop that doesn't believe in Constitutional Rights. Or just someone who hates people that ride bikes.
"We assure you that while we will investigate ourselves and find no wrongdoing, we will take a little longer this time"
BTW, this guy representing himself is heroic
We need an oversight agency for prosecutors, and we need their immunity removed.
Sue prosecutor now
Prosecutor are never as hard against citizens when it's police officers in the wrong. Equality in justice is a joke too
As part of the lawsuit, pull their certification and ban them from ever getting certified again. Take the settlement out of the police union pension fund.
They'll probably both be working for Mesa or Glendale PD before the summer is over.
@@danieldaniels7571 That's why they need their certification pulled.
They need to be banned from ANY government employment for life.
Brady list is a list compiled usually by a prosecutor's office or a police department containing the names and details of law enforcement officers who have had sustained incidents of untruthfulness, criminal convictions, candor issues, or some other type of issue placing their credibility into question.
It should include Blue Line supporters and every member of the police union.
