Yea man. I've got a new toy with a much greater potential than I'm prepared for. Lol. I will be talking about it on @AlToneRC tomorrow 😁. You and Fil got me hooked. Now I also have to find a better place to run.
Awesome increase in speed, Alton. Your videos were so great to watch, the progression of both car and driver were fantastic. I'm happy you found us and decided to participate in the SRC. Bring your nephew along next year, it'd be great to have more folks partaking in the insanity! Cheers!
Great video, I spent years building 150-170mph speedrun cars and thousands of dollars and never drove them cause I didn't have a place to run them but I went on amazon and bought a rlarrlo 1/14 brushless buggy($124) and right out of the box it does about 60mph and slapped a tenshock motor and a hobby wing esc and it feels like it does about 80mph lol. I'm much happier with this cheap rc car cause I actually get to run it but I also love just building rc car.
That is awesome! And thanks so much. To me its all about beginners on a tight budget. Like me 😁 You start with something inexpensive but good with upgrade potential and slowly make it what you want it to be. I will be doing my builds on my @AltoneRC youtube channel. Come by and check it out. I will love to get your input as I chase after my first 100MPH pass. Thanks so much again!
Exactly, that's another reason why i went with the amazon products because I am now on a very tight budget and honestly I couldn't be happier. They cheap and easy to fix and to upgrade.
Congratulations on your new pb of 44. It was a pleasure watching your videos

Thats awesome that you are adding family to the event. The next generation of hobbist!
That's the plan! 😁👍
yeah I want that kit
Its great. Just remember to get the bearing kit for the build so yiu do not have to disassemble the car later to install it.
