I grew up on Scovill in the projects and back then there was crime but I was concentrating on moving out of there when I graduated from high school! Sorry but it hasn't changed after I moved out in 1985 and my mom ended up in her deathbed in that horrible hood! Truth is that crime has gotten out of hand even when I moved from Cleveland!
Well I'll give you a call to find out which is more dangerous I used to live on East hundred and 152nd and Utopia Cleveland Ohio the sites called crimereports.com their you can compare all's I can say to talk to a season person that lived in Cleveland why are living their naive to there's A3 hour wait for police to come even for maybe where I live now it's a ten-minute wait 5 minutes that's why there's no crime here
I lived on east 131st in the 50s and early 60s and then it all went to hell with crime and all. Haven't lived in Cleveland for over 50 years, and it's sad how it declined after the civil rights era. Scovil was always bad, even in the 50s and parts of Euclid Avenue around the Playhouse there were tenements. Are there any safe areas to live there outside of the suburbs?
Crime creates poverty, the retirement plan stinks and nobody wants their mom on crack.. Grow up, stop chasing money out of your neighborhoods and learn something besides "what evah!"
Ten most dangerous cities in the country 10. Wilmington DE 9. Camden NJ 8. Hartford CT 7. Chicago IL 6. Birmingham AL 5. Memphis TN 4. Stockton CA 3. St. Louis MO 2. Monroe LA 1. Detroit MI
Maybe the statistics are limited because half the neighborhood is already pushing up daisies. As I recall, Cleveland was the worst city in Ohio for crime, especially among juveniles, judging by the number of teens locked up in BIS.
I’m white as fuck from the burbs and I’ve been down scoviill and on the east side many times and I’ve never felt unsafe. Although I’ve never been at night I believe it’s all about body language. If you’re scared people will know that. But what the fuck do I know? Nothing
Dangerous neighborhoods? That is the whole city of Cleveland.
stay off those streets at night
And in the daytime too.
