Quentin Tarantino acting and Will Ferrell skinny damn that vid is old
That exploding hand is technically executed really well. It looks pretty real for sketch comedy-

Lol forgot about that season and a half where SNL really liked using the "barf" hose in their sketches.

Just like most SNL sketches today.
Its because its not funny, as in bad writing.
Took me a while to figure out. Maybe that's why there aren't much laughs.
They are making fun of excessive fluid or blood squirting in Tarantino movies.

This may be the weirdest SNL skit I have ever seen...
I think maybe it's a play on how much blood Tarantino uses in his movies and how fake it always looks. He also always finds a way to incorporate it into his movies even when it's not always necessary. This is the perfect example, a few men sitting around a campfire would normally not involve any blood, yet here we are seeing loads of it for no necessary reason.
That was terrible.
This is what you get when everyone is high writing the sketch but no one is high watching it.
I am currently high and I do come from the pwt culture, but I am still missing the funny...
Add me to the high list and yeaaaah... thinking this was specifically written for Tarantino and his glee in dumping thousands of gallons of blood in nearly all his movies. Q's movies are funnier than this skit. Others have likely already mentioned that 🙄

Speaking as a southerner, Its a good thing we can still laugh at ourselves and its also a good thing we dont wear our feelings on our sleeves. We are the only class of people on earth who do not lose their minds when "picked" on these days................ I wish other classes of people had that ability. Yall just need to work on the Southern Accent a whole lot more, cause every southern state has its own dialect. And as they say here in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, THE REAL VIRGINIA, " If brains were leather, they wouldn't have enough to saddle a flea!!'

Life is like a box of chocolates and a bunch of Journeys dand it go away but you go stay and firgure yourself out and dream whatever you want and say we all got friends somewhere out there and then if and when I remeber the good ol days dont bust my bubble and hurt no ones muscle - well at least we can pretend and say yeah we got family on all sides now and shoot - thank you thank you very much and oh can I say I still like.... no I cant but I do and sugar sugar and leave me a lone Mr. Moon, stars and Roses, and Irises and silent Mums and oh no no the owl and the biurds and shit aand oh get out get out of here! Holy Moley! Peace and love and all that stuff!!

Pure comic genius. The next sketch was when they all sat around watching paint dry while making fun of the previous sketch. SNL has become the infected hang nail on the left foot of comedy.

Not certain, but this could be the worst SNL skit I've ever seen. MOST of them are awful, please don't misunderstand, but this one is specifically terrible!
