I know this is a weird take, but XG actually reminds me a of a 4th gen Oh My Girl. Obviously XG is a different concept/genre and they're Japanese. However, both groups were sleepers from small companies that gained respect of other groups despite initially flying under the radar. They also have strong stage presence, excellent group chemistry, creative choreo, high technical skill (vox, dance, rap), unique but strong visuals, and catchy songs.
