No one thought this was going to be a problem because they where "basically the same thing". Unfortunately the chemical reactions in our body are highly sensitive to molecular geometry and chirality is very important in medicine. The "right shoe" isomer of Thalidomide produces horrible birth defects like the man in the video, but no one figured that out until the drug had been on the open market for over 9 months. 7:07 550 million Americans with that diagnosis, but population chart says 327 million, either the former is counting undocumented immigrants who went in without doing the legal means (222 million) and legal immigrants (1.1 million), or it's counting all of North America which also is including Canada (37.06 Million (2018)), Central America (47.7 Million (2018)) adding together (84.76 million + 327 million to a total of 411.76 million, (but that is still from short 550 million, by 138.24 million). EmKay Physically, yes. But spiritually, they are completely different. In fact, it is shown in the comics that Vader even starts to forget how he was as Anakin and memories as Anakin.
For some info on the thalidomide tragedy. Thalidomide was used to treat morning sickness, it does work. however in the process of creating the thalidomide, there is another molecule that is made, almost the exact same in structure but a reflection (only molecules known as chiral molecules have this "reflected" version). Usually the reflected version acts similarly to the molecule or has no effect. Other times, they have completely different effects as there structure is technically different. it was extremely unfortunate that the reflection of thalidomide causes birth defects and was used to help pregnant women. The worst combination possible in that situation.
People hearing about the thalidomide scandal be like: 😧 People taking hydroxychloroquine for Covid-19 be like: ❤ Thalidomide was tested and proven harmless during animal testing. Hydroxychloroquine was tested and proven toxic, also proven to increase the likelihood of patients with Covid-19 dying. What's not right here?
Thalidomide is safe now, because we discovered that there were two versions of the same chemicals that were mirror images of each other. Like how your left and right hands are mirror images of each other and are separate things. The one version was safe and it’s mirror image caused infant deformities. Scientists knew about the mirror images of chemicals at the time, but they didn’t know that they reacted differently so they didn’t separate them. The mirror image thing in chemicals is called chirality for anyone interested. 😊

Microsoft Sticky notes... just separate the words and put them in a sentence: The Notes are Sticky and now my Micro is soft
Star Wars fans when they listed anakin different from vader: Not bad, kid
Anakin's the slime guy right
EmKay Physically, yes. But spiritually, they are completely different. In fact, it is shown in the comics that Vader even starts to forget how he was as Anakin and memories as Anakin.
10:43 that face says it all. he's like:"oh boy, you are gonna feel so stupid when you finally realize how obvious this is"
For some info on the thalidomide tragedy.

@UCz1UI_hymSb-xqwuKI_vhRQ That's not how it's pronounced. Feel free to look up online.

I can already hear bill cypher saying "it's funny how dumb you are"

Thalidomide was tested and proven harmless during animal testing.
Hydroxychloroquine was tested and proven toxic, also proven to increase the likelihood of patients with Covid-19 dying.

0:51 ok I get that there are people who do tons of things to their body, and more power to them, but splitting your tongue is where I draw the line
Just imagine though, it's like two girls at once. it's a two person ménage à trois.
Hailey O'Donnell Yeah, doing anything with the tongue bothers me somewhat, but that just takes it to another level

Your Oreo stocking thoughts are accurate. Nabisco does handle their own merchandise. I am a former receiver/stocker at a Kroger. The problem here is the timeframe, there's no was that a shelf area of that size was stocked and shopped in 15 minutes. Venders/stockers are trained to "face" products. This means filling the front of the shelf to give the appearance of a full shelf. That many Oreos both stocked and sold, that early in the morning, in such a short time...not gonna happen.
Side note...love your vids!!
Im watching this on my sceptre monitor, and i just look down at the logo and back up to question my life choices
