About a thousand years ago Beth Ditto sold me one of her records out of the trunk of her car in New Orleans. I have vague memories of that night, but I remember her being very nice. It was like talking to an old friend even though I didnt even know her and wasnt too familiar with their music at the time. Very cool person, very talented as well. Yes, freedom of speech was initially intended to protect people from being prosecuted by the government. I am aware of that, but I still feel all you PC police are opposing freedom of speech when you say people shouldn’t say certain things. There are a few things that I think should not be said, like verbally supporting active terrorist groups like ISIS or what have you, but even that is a grey area. Other than that, you have no right to not be offended.
I only know her songs with gossip but what a lovely person she is and super cute too, it’s funny how you like one persons voice and then you discover that you have the same taste in music, those are all going to my play list
