Just remember that the ramp are stepping stones for bigger things to come!
One of the only DYI channels to have discovered the significant advantages of mixing concrete in a wheelbarrow using a “HOE”!!!!
I'm glad you are covering that up, before rattlesnakes make their home
Your channel just keeps getting better and better.
Thanks for sharing a little bit of your every day life.
You need to start a stone business. The wall, the ramp, and the covers look amazing. McKenzie and Eli are such great helpers. Love watching your wonderful family and the progress on your land.. House is next 🥳🥳 Blessings to your family.
Looking fancy!! McKenzie was proud of her rock wasn’t she😊
Yes, she was. Thanks for your support.
That shed will have great character. I hope your house does too!
Entryway is very wise and looks great
Master Eli and his wheelbarrow...great to see the kids and the rocks...love the ramp idea for the shed..flakey forms..hmmm...the covers turned out pretty well, the ramp is turning out ...can't wait to see the log arch... thanks for sharing your family
As always u learn as u go and next time it will be better, what u guys are doing is art that will last for generations to come. I'm excited for the logs and to see the ramp finished, matching its walls and lids, almost finished the heart of the project, the shed. ❤❤❤
Beautiful job on the lids
Hugs for Eli & McKenzie they never complain about helping, Regards from Calgary Canada
Great job on the lids. They look really nice.
Have fun on your excursion.

Hello my dears, beautiful and functional ideas, taking advantage of the abundant raw materials on the property, it looks very good. I eagerly await the construction of the house hugs from Portugal
It's common practice to paint bare wood being used as a form with a petroleum product of some sort to prevent the wood from wicking away moisture and to ease removal, much like using mold release when casting things in plaster or epoxy. The rocks on the ramp into the shed will also provide good traction in crappy weather, an excellent side effect.
WOW the lids are beautiful awesome job guy's!!!
Thank you 🤗
Really looking forward to the log adventure 👊🏼
Looking good.....
You both are doing a amazing job the rocks look great ❤
The concrete slab looks so good i love it
Jacob buy a 1/2 electrical pipe bending (kickey) pipe bender and a 5' piece of half inch galvanized pipe for a handle,,it's easier then the piece of pipe you're using, Jerry ( electrician)
Things are really coming together nicely. Looking very tidy. Looking forward to seeing the siding. Also, nice to see the great horned owl in the neighborhood. I've been curious if there were any in the area.
Jacob! Dude! Those are just about the buji-est lids I have ever seen! Top shelf man.
Oh and BTW, you can totally flip them over and soak them down with water a couple times every hour or so, that will cause the flaky concrete you were concerned with to finish setting. Looking awesome guys!
Not sure what buji-est means, but I'll take it as a compliment! 😅 Thanks for the tip on the flaking concrete.
Thanks for sharing
"That's one reason there are "push blocks" Seal the cement covers with "dry lok" just to keep them from drawing moisture.
Great job ! Thank you for sharing!
Oh wow!! The lids and ramp are beautiful!!
So excited that you’re heading out for the wood!!
What great covers. Great idea.
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching!
Lovely work so nice
sweet work
Nice job!
Jacob and Natalie, it is so nice that you encourage your kids and and are positive with them. An example of your encouragement and excitement was when Eli & McKenzie picked out some rocks for the lids and ramp. Your kids are in a positive environment so they can try out things on their own. Another example of encouragement was when Eli was pushing the wheelbarrow. The lids and ramp turned out real nice. Big blessings to you folks.
You should burn the siding
👍
why not go in between and use some taupe mortar? just a thought
❤😊❤😊❤😊
Completely over engineered… best way to build things !!!! It will last forever…😊
