Ingredients

150g sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tesp cardamom
food colouring
200g flour
2 tesp baking powder
For topping
1 1/2 cups milk
6 tabs sugar
3 tabs corn starch
food colouring or saffron
almond flakes
pistachios
Bake at 180 degrees for40 minutes
