    I've also been working hard on a different version of this. I choose a different passive and boy I love theory crafting with my friend about it and his Barb build. You should look at the Unique amulet(that is if more than one unique can be equipped, which seems to be the case thus far). The one that utilizes your resource, spirit in this case, as a defensive shield. If you expect to build your lucky hit chance high enough to activate Earthen Might often enough, the filling of your spirit globe could be pretty sweet.

      As far as i know u can equip multiple uniques and there is way more potential with them for sure. I didn’t want to mess around with them too much just yet coz i think they could be hard to obtain.

    Nice content! I'd change the enhancement of Shred to the one that concedes pison damage and append Envenom on top of it. This will grant extra 10% crit chance. I'd also remove EB and choose Poison Creeper (synergizes with Envenom as well), getting the 20% crit chance enhancement. You can reduce the damage taken from various forms as werewolf, such as Hurricane, SS and other unique item, that release space for more DPS in replacement of this extra defensive skill.

      I like your ideas with the poison however, if you remove EB you will have no form of unstoppable, meaning you will get ccd a lot resulting in death.
      You need a skill that can cc break and with the EB legendary you get a lot of uptime on it. If u really wanted poison creeper, getting rid of Blood Howl would be a better choice.

    So werewolf and werebear skills are automatic shapeshifting skills, but earth and storm are not automatically nature magic skills, about your shred i am sure it will not help trigger E.M passive... you sure it will be affected by the crit chance of earthen might since shred isnt storm skill or earth skill... it wouldn't be better to trade it for tornado because it would help activate the E.M and it would definitely have the critics of the E.M...

      Earthern Might states it provides its buff to all attacks, its just the trigger that requires earth or storm. You are correct about shred not being able to trigger EM and its a shame coz it would be crazy if we could make shred a storm skill as well. You can do a similar build with tornado (Carthh has a good build) because like u said its better at triggering EM, although personally for dungeons I found tornado's pathing poor and the randomness didn't do it for me. For single target its pretty King though.

    New to this class... did i hear you say strom strike doesnt have to be on the skill bar to activate (i guess it auto applies?) I am asking because i have seen it on other game play videos where it is... does this just apply to you? Never played a Druid before but will start D4 with one... just trying to pick which one i want to try...

    • @BaldusMaximus_

      You missed the part about the unique weapon i guess.
      Shred triggers Stormstrike on cast, so u only need the bonus passives in it, you don’t need to us it manually therefore it doesn’t need to be on the bar.
      Have a look at some starter builds for druid first so u get an idea for the 1 u like the idea of. I made some on the channel too.

      @@BaldusMaximus_ Thank you, so that means it only triggers because you have a unique weapon on your character that allows that? OR does Shred always trigger stormstrike no matter what weapon you have equipped?

    Hey im planning on playing a companion druid. What core skill do you think is the best to combine with? I think i will Go for shred cuz i Love to be a werewolf, bht pulverize or Tornado will be better i think. Whats your Take on it?

    • @BaldusMaximus_
      @BaldusMaximus_  Год назад +1

      Hey, like you say shred fits the aesthetic nicely but there is a unique for legs that makes wolf companions infused with storm and gain an ability. Pair that with storm based skills and it could be really fun and good.
