Sweet Tortilla Rolls Ups 😎
With cream cheese, peanut butter and chocolate! Need I say more? Oh yeah they’re also coated in butter, rolled in sugar and baked until crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside!
Ingredients
Flour tortillas
Vegan friendly cream cheese
Peanut butter or cookie butter
Vegan friendly chocolate chips
Vegan butter
White sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Place tortilla onto working space
Spread tortilla with a generous amount of cream cheese
Spread top with peanut butter
Sprinkle with chocolate chips
Tightly roll up to form a log
Brush log generously with butter
Place sugar into a shallow large bowl/plate
Roll log into sugar
Slice log into 1 inch pieces
Place into prepared baking dish
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes until chocolate is melted
Remove and cool to touch
Serve immediately
