Funny it's hitting other parts of youtube, since this is part of an anime franchise. These girls have an anime coming out in january that looks wild (psychological horror girl band? What it seems like from the wild-ass trailers lol) and it's the sequel to a much more grounded drama anime (It's MyGo) which was also just a new band for the decade old BangDream series. But Ave Mujica's music definitely still stands on its own even without watching or knowing the shows. Though it's interesting to know that this song especially is littered with references to different MyGo songs (the ending trailing off into haruhikage being the most obvious)

If Roselia has a very good guitarist to fill those amazing riffs and leads, Roselia will improve a lot but don't get me wrong, they're awesome as they're now. Roselia and Ave Mujica are somehow the same and different at the same time tbh. It's just Roselia was less dark in musicality and they have a positive lyrics while Ave Mujica is more darker in terms of music and have those fantasy like lyrics they're a theater themed band after all.
With the other four elemental songs, of course, comes the aether/ether. Ive noticed that while MYGO!!!!! Focuses on soaring high despite the odds, Ave Mujica tells one another to dig deeper. Tomori learns what it means to be human, Uika soon divulges in being a monster. The visual aesthetic of Ave relates to a treasured doll of Sakiko's, a hollow thing. An influencer, a girl who barely speaks, a session musician, an idol, and a rich girl. Kinds of people who are prone to feel empty inside. What im saying is that Aether (poorly summarised) is the space that fills out the universe. Whatever happens in-world that means the band releases this song, they found some kind of answer to their own 'hollowness'. Maybe they agree not to dig themselves deeper. This is truly beautiful. It feels like the song that is about Uika . She loves stargazing and going to planetariums and has beautiful memories of star gazing with Saikko. Such a gorgeous voice … her voice actor is AMAZING 2:41 is she taking to Saikko ?
