So nice to see that Woody's feathers that were broken are growing in nicely. He's a great bird but he is also very lucky to have an owner that puts the time in with him and attends to his needs. 👌

Good to hear woody is coming along nicely I am not a falconer but I know good advise when I hear it If it’s a hawk or any other animal you have to be dedicated to its needs You do a awesome job See you on the vid
He’s looking great pal he’s dropping loads I’m feeding my peregrines Woodpigeon with omega oils on chick once a week with the odd 48hrs no food works great to get things going during moult. I also clean off the moss and paint my chamber bright white like I do every year to increase brightness in there 👍🏼
Sound like you are doing a good job, mine also has wood pigeon occasionally, good idea brightening up the mews, I have meant to line mine out but never have, the aviary has plenty of light and he sits there mainly. I give mine a day from food if the weight is to high pigeon really gets a Harris hawk weight up but good quality. Good luck.
I'm glad Woody's wing feathers are mending fine. That deck feather issue, should be corrected when he molts the other deck. If not, there might be damage to that area. That's extremely rare though. Good luck on that, Pete!😎👍

There are a lot of Harris hawks under flown or not flown or past on. After a month of getting mine I wondered if I’d made a mistake, now it’s part of life and I enjoy it. You can make it work but it should be realised that it’s a time consuming passion. You can always think about it further, maybe later will suit better. Glad you like the videos
