I figured out how to flash it without paying for premium. You can click on one of the premade firmwares listed and then just click upload selected zip file and it takes about a minute. Then power off and back on the scooter and boom done! Doubled the top speed on my m365 and I’m still experimenting with which firmware I like best. I wish the top speed one wouldn’t hold the throttle wherever it’s at I like to be able to let off and coast etc. Wish there was a way to enable the cruise control and regen braking etc. too. this is the only app I found that actually worked for free though so thanks!

An upgrade to 350w motor will be sufficient, you can reach speed up to 21mph with a 350w motor. But you mentioned that you’re battery is 7800 maH, so I’d guess you could reach something between 18-21mph that set up.

My experience is that Xiaomi needs many upgrades from bigger tires to suspension, for starters and time is money. The more you ride the more you will find out it’s lacking. In order to reach 45km/h you need to follow these steps 1. Upgrade to a 350w motor 2. Have a original pro 2 controller or upgrade to a 48v 3. Your original battery for pro 2 is sufficient, although I’d recommend to upgrade that one to 48v or a higher wattage. If you are able to reach 36km/h and it’s more suitable for you then keep that! I hope everything was clarified and straight to the point in the video.

Totally works, it all comes down to what type of controller you got (motherboard) that’s where your scooter transmit power from to your motor. Hope that helps

It’s not my app.. it’s just an alternative that I used to speed hack, there are many other apps for that purpose. If you’re not able to turn it on the you have probably bricked the scooter, try to open the lower case where the controller is and unplug the battery wire that is red and black. And then plug it again. If that doesn’t help you need to buy a new controller.

Now if you upgrade to a 500w motor you actually need to upgrade the battery and controller altogether, not worth it and going pass that speed limit can be very dangerous

Not necessary, after you completed speed hack just leave the phone at home it doesn’t need to be with your scooter.
