Just finished watching it, as always you gave us some pretty impressive insights on how to work with PointCloud. The only thing I didn’t like was how the instances can’t “bend” but instead remain super stiff when rotating towards their vector, hopefully POPs will be able to fix that (and from what I’ve seen from Polyhop that should be the case)
Thanks for your comment. Yeah, bending needs to be done in glsl right now, and i don't have the skills to teach it ^^ But, you're right, it will be quite easy in POPs. So much new ways for playing with points, trajectories, proximity...
it is a super nice tutorial but I have a problem once I finished the patch. The image remain 2d and I don't have the z axes. I would like to put a camera from the side going through but right now it is just a 2d layer. Is there any chance to fix this problem?
Awesome as usual, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with everyone! I ask myself where these kind of concepts can be learned in a more general approach? Is there any specific literature? I would like to understand these concepts on a more fundamental level and built up my own knowledge from this..
Is it possible to add a different texture to each particles? Not like so huge like this octopus but sth like a statue made up of maybe 150 particles and each particle has different texture 😅 idk if that makes sense
@@b2bk yes i managed to get the boxes colored too. It's a brilliant tutorial, but i am yet to really understand it fully, although i managed to get the system working neatly. Thank you!
aint no way I was just thinking about 2 content creators coming back and they came back in a same day WTF I am manifesting you guys
That's the new upgrades in the simulation.
Amazing tutorial once again. Thank you so much. Kudos for the level of detail you go into :-)
best explaination of particle system ever
@@visionz5776, thank you very much 🙏
Thank you for sharing your knowledge

@@b2bk I tried showing some other cool stuff you can do as well as a little improvement on the CacheTOP but RUclips removed it ._.

Hello b2bk, I was wondering if you do projects for payment ? If yes how can I contact you ? Thanks in advance ☺️
i appreciate the diagrams in the beginning

How can we change input here to 2D image as a texture instead of SOP 3d input? I want to emit particles from a 2D texture image.
@@leonidkrykhtin, of course you can.
Create a uv square image for position, and your image as a color
this was great but also hard. Thank you!
I noticed when i switch to boxes and pbr i can't get to colors to work i wonder what i missed...
@@sphericalaberration, sorry if you found it difficult. For your boxes, that's strange, color should be here too. Did you solve this?

ty!!
❤😂❤
fucking legend!
whats it like being 2d?
Working this tutorial now. Hit a bit of a issue in the instances for the Geo. Sent a instagram msg
