You’re really balanced and positive. I really was struck by your notion to get therapy when your head space is clear and good so you can absorb the tools and coping methods fully and store them away for when mental waters get choppy. A great takeaway for us all. Thank you.
I think of you as a successful "science project." Your body is resilient and so is your mind. Wishing you more positive outcomes and a cancer free life. I am sending you love and hugs.❤❤
Hey I did the same at times, talking about it. Do what you need to do and say what you need to say because your friends and family are all here for you. You look and sound amazing. You got this Mike 🙏🤗 big hugs.
Oh, I do it out of necessity and hope that it's not too much for the friends, family, or strangers who I turn into impromptu therapists. Appreciate you sharing, and hugs back at ya ❤️
I’m only 8 months in with cancer and can’t imagine 7 years! You’re happy and that’s the best way to go through this. I get everything you are saying. Thanks for being here 💛❤️💪🏻❤️💛
Hey, if you love something, it's hard to let it go... and my body sure seems to love cancer (or something like that 😂). All I want is for cancer not to steal the humanity from me, and that includes being happy. I'm not always happy, and I don't want to pretend like this is a situation that's easy to be OK with, but I also know how lucky am to have maintained my health this long and still have a hope at a future. Thanks for sharing about yours, and I hope we both get outta here OK ❤️
@@Linn_Laugh_Love yeah...my initial reaction was I'm going to fuck , meaning making love, my cancer. it's gotten me through so far and I know what you mean. it took me 70 years to learn to love myself so I refuse to not love anything about me, even cancer. my friends are amazing and we all know that being happy is my secret weapon! you are a true human being.
I am fighting stage IV metastatic melanoma no known source of entry. I will take my 4th ipi/nivo on December 3rd and PET/CT scan on the 9th. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Oof, Ipi/Nivo whooped my ass - I only did 2 of them last year but I did get to remission. Hope your scans exceed your expectations, and I'll be thinking of you ❤️
