• ICE TEA PREMIX
LEMON ICE TEA PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Tea Powder
1/8 tsp Lemon Essence
1 drop Yellow Food Colour
½ tsp Citric Acid
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and crush it to form a powder.
The Lemon Ice Tea Premix is ready!
GUAVA ICE TEA PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Tea Powder
1/8 tsp Rose Pink Gel Colour
1/8 tsp Guava Essence
½ tsp Citric Acid
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and crush it to form a powder.
The Guava Ice Tea Premix is ready!
LEMONGRASS ICE TEA PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Tea Powder
1 drop Orange Food Colour
2-3 drops Lemongrass Flavour Drops
½ tsp Citric Acid
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and crush it to form a powder.
The Lemongrass Ice Tea Premix is ready!
BUBBLEGUM ICE TEA PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Tea Powder
1/8 tsp Rose Pink Gel Colour
1/4 tsp Bubblegum Essence
½ tsp Citric Acid
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and crush it to form a powder.
The Bubblegum Ice Tea Premix is ready!
GINGER-LEMON ICE TEA PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Tea Powder
2-3 drops Lemongrass Flavour drops
2-3 drops Ginger Flavour drops
½ tsp Citric Acid
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
1 drop Brown Food Colour
1 drop Yellow Food Colour
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and crush it to form a powder.
The Ginger-Lemon Ice Tea Premix is ready!
SUNSET ICE TEA PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Tea Powder
2-3 drops Mango Emulsion
2-3 drops Pineapple Essence
2-3 drops Strawberry Essence
½ tsp Citric Acid
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
2 drops Red Food Colour
2 drops Yellow Food Colour
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and crush it to form a powder.
The Sunset Ice Tea Premix is ready!
METHOD TO PREPARE ICE TEA FROM THE PREMIXES:
Take 3-4 tbsps of your preferred Ice Tea Premix in a glass (Increase or decrease size of the premix based on the size of your glass).
Add Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes to the glass.
Add water and stir.
The Ice Teas can be complimented with Syrups and Crushes for flavouring purposes as shown in the video.
Garnish the Ice Tea as shown in the video or as per your preference.
Your Delicious Ice Tea is ready to serve!
