I visited a restaurant called Kawataro in Fukuoka Prefecture.
It is a long-established restaurant with a history of 60 years.
When you enter the restaurant, you will see a large fish tank in the center of the restaurant.
You can see a lot of live squid from the counter.
Once ordered, The squid is caught in front of you and quickly prepared.

If you can face a wriggling squid, then try to squeeze a lemon on to it and eat it with salt or soy sauce.
