    If we use a and b questionnaire style, how can we convert it for compatible way to SPSS software?
    Eg: 1) a) Do you agree that the resume screening and shortlisting method used by the organization enhance worker’s performance?
    1) b) It is at a satisfactory level in your organization?

    • @freeeducationsrilanka1991
      @freeeducationsrilanka1991  3 года назад

      You have to check and change the questionnaire. Use more quantitative questions other than qualitative questions. Use following procedure to check how you can increase the Alpha value by removing some questions..
      SPSS Procedure:
      Analyze>Scale>Reliability Analysis>Statistics (check descriptives for item,scale, and scale if item deleted)>continue> make sure Model drop-down is set to Alpha, click ok.
      You will find various Cronbach's Alpha values if an item is deleted from the analysis in ITEM-TOTAL STATISTICS.
