If we use a and b questionnaire style, how can we convert it for compatible way to SPSS software?
Eg: 1) a) Do you agree that the resume screening and shortlisting method used by the organization enhance worker’s performance?
1) b) It is at a satisfactory level in your organization?
Appreciate your effort. Thank you for these valuable videos.

Sir, what is the acceptable range for standard deviation and mean when interpreting the data?
one of my independent variable allow multiple responses to select and when I check cronbach's alpha for that independent and dependant variable, it says there are too few cases for the analysis . But I can do reliability test for another independent and dependent variable. if a variable consists multiple responses, how to check the reliability and correlation without any problem ?
Good

Once we create the composite variable don't we have to change the measure of those respective composite variables. why do we need to leave it as it is?
No. You can change the measurement level.
Super
good
Thanks
can you do a video about EFA
Once we concert multiple questions into one composite variable can we measure Mean median standard deviation of the composite variable via descriptive frequencies ? Because I want to measure the mean median variable wise but each of my variable has three to four questions ..please help
Yes, you can.

sir, meka apply karanne primary data walata vitharaid?
නැහැ.
If Cronbach's alpha less than 0.5 ,what can i do sir?
You have to check and change the questionnaire. Use more quantitative questions other than qualitative questions. Use following procedure to check how you can increase the Alpha value by removing some questions..
SPSS Procedure:
Analyze>Scale>Reliability Analysis>Statistics (check descriptives for item, scale, and scale if item deleted)>continue> make sure Model drop-down is set to Alpha, click ok.
You will find various Cronbach's Alpha values if an item is deleted from the analysis in ITEM-TOTAL STATISTICS.
Thnk u sir.your vedios had been very helpful for my project report today.
