Soph! The reason the jeans feel restrictive is because the zipper doesn't go low enough in the groin. I always check for this in jeans! Makes them look better and they always feel more comfortable. Protip! 🙈❤

As an American, do not judge all of our chocolate on Hershey’s or from companies like Mars etc. 😭 Those are toxic sludge made to look and feel like chocolate. 😭

The hydrocolloid spot stickers only reallt work on spots with a head reguardless of what brand. They work by drawing out the pus which is why they turn white but if your spot doesnt have anything to draw out it wont work. They can be used to stop you touching/picking your spot though. Hope this helps
Yes, agree! if you look at the 4 stages of acne formation: it's only really at the last stage where the pus reaches the epidermis (the top layer of skin) and i think the hydrocolloid patch doesn't penetrate deeper than that.
Love these videos Soph. With the colour wow you would probably get better results using a brush and hair dryer as it used the friction and then going over with a curler or straightener as it’s heat activated where as the air wrap probably isn’t hot enough. It makes my hair SO silky! X
I took Colour Wow Dream Coat on holiday to Orlando in September. I found if I dried it and then slept in a silk hair wrap the little frizz remaining was gone in the morning. And it handled the humidity brilliantly - even after getting wet on the front row of Splash Mountain!
Hey Soph! I didn't really like Color Wow either, I felt like it didn't do that much with my frizz and it made my hair feel super heavy and full of product... I recommend the Brigeo blow dry cream for frizzy hair, it´s my fav!!! :)
i do find the itk patches to be expensive for what they are but i find them SOOO worth the price because of how well they work compared to everything else i’ve tried!!
Not sure if you’ll see this but have you tried revolutions miracle cream and also their colloidal silver serum? The silver is supposed to be really good for healing spots. It’s also causes a lot less reaction for my skin which is super sensitive than other things. Thanks for the videos this year 💖

all spot stickers are basically just hydrocolloid patches!! you can get them in Boots for like £4 in the form of a plaster - they're larger AND thicker so they absorb pimple fluids so much better imo

Merry Christmas Soph! 🥰 I had a similar instance not too long ago where I put a spot sticker on after squeezing a spot and it scarred as well - these products often say not to put them on open wounds so that might have something to do with it. I’ve stopped putting the spot stickers on my squeezed spots now for this exact reason and only put them on when I get whiteheads 🤍

Online they now sell boss, Nike, superdry, ted baker, converse, superga, vans and other brands don't know if they'll ever come into store but they're trying to be the new Debenhams and sell a bit of everything for everyone.
It’s Christmas Eve 🎄here in Australia and I haven’t finished my my shopping yet either. And the jeans will stretch, they’re always tight in that area, but it’s the first to stretch, I think you’ll find the next size will be too big in the waist and then that area you’re having issues with in the size 8 wile definitely stretch too much in the 10. I really like the Color Wow Dream Coat. It doesn't completely calm the frizz, esp on the top of my head but on my lengths and ends it does make my hair smooth. Plus I've tested it in the rain and it definitely makes a significant difference. Usually I have to wash my hair after it gets caught in the rain cause it's a frizz bomb but I don't need to if I've used the Dream Coat! And the bottle also lasts for a lot longer than you might expect! I basically soak my hair in the stuff and the bottle still lasts foreverrr.
I legit just bought my first pair of bootleg jeans from next yesterday! Not high waisted but I’m a 5’2 gal too (I’m 20 also) and I got mines in petite and they were the perfect length, mines also fit my thighs great but mines were a super soft stretchy denim so maybe it just differs between in store and online? The BEST spot stickers I have used are the Cos-RX ones, the standard ones in the red and white packet... I've tried countless others and noneeeee stick as well and pull as much out as those! I find other stickers pull out a lot of oil from my skin but leave the spot as it is, whereas the cos-rx ones just pull out the gunk from the spot!
i use the truly star prevention star acne patches that genuinely help with my scarring, they are $10 usd and you get 36 stars that also cover the pimple and look cute if you wanted to wear them during the day. they are sold at ulta in the US so i’m not sure if their website ships to the uk but it’s definitely worth looking into because they’ve helped me a lot and i’m the same way with not being able to leave a spot alone lol. love your videos and have watch you for years!
That WOW spray has been amazing for me. My hair is crazy thick and wavy. It lasts thru 3-4 washes too. So you don't use it as often either. My hair has gotten wet and it did not frizz. You've got to finish your whole head and it does last thru those couple of washes.
Hanhoo blemish patches get all the gunk out of the blemish and reduces redness. They're from Walmart 36 in a package and they're only a couple dollars.
As a hair dresser, and a heavy user of colorwow. You used the straight hair dreamcoat, they have a dream coat for curly hair which would help w that last bit of frizz. Aldo yes, u do have to use a lot but the bottle will still last u up to 6 months

as an American, I can guarantee you that American milk chocolate is disgusting. it's because of the way it's processed; it produces a kind of vomit-y smell. our dark chocolate is fine, but American Cadbury -- ugh. it's made by Hershey's and it's awful.
Crisis do amazing work, there’s no denying that but only 69p in every pound goes to the actual cause. The Salvation Army give 92p in every pound and do very similar work. Again, not knocking Crisis at all just more money goes to TSA!
I use Curology and it has helped my breakouts so much! I can’t recommend it enough and they have the pimple patches. I totally 100% recommend their sunscreen. I have oily skin and it works perfectly
I like the Color Wow, but i only spray my hair maybe 5 times? It don’t soak each section. I live in the southeastern part of the US and in the summer, as soon as you walk outside the humidity destroys my hair. I tried Color Wow and it works for me. I towel dry my hair and spray my hair for a total of 5 times; not soaking each section. I use my Tymo brush (kinda like the Revlon brush) and my hair is smooth and soft. I didn’t think that was even possible.

I use sudocream on my spots leave it over night then l, remove it with micellar water and then finish of with a toner give it a day and bing bang bosh gone x

The itk packaging is cuuuuuuute. The micro needle patches are way more expensive than normal ones and are supposed to be more effective.

Wow, for me didn't care for have very long wavy hair and it's still frizzy. But I do live in FLA. The price is over priced.

Colour wow humidity spray quite expensive you should try Osmo X.Posed spray anti humidity is much cheaper and does a brilliant job!

I like the Color Wow, but i only spray my hair maybe 5 times? It don’t soak each section. I live in the southeastern part of the US and in the summer, as soon as you walk outside the humidity destroys my hair. I tried Color Wow and it works for me. I towel dry my hair and spray my hair for a total of 5 times; not soaking each section. I use my Tymo brush (kinda like the Revlon brush) and my hair is smooth and soft. I didn’t think that was even possible.
I used to work for next unloading wagons I saw a receipt once for their jeans they buy them all from Turkey ALL of their denim comes from Turkey 30 P a pair they pay for them lol 😂 then sell them at £50 upward each so yeah doesn't surprise me they can afford to pay Kendall Jenner lol this was around ten years ago but they won't be paying much more for them now

When you put too much, wow will make the hair feel dryer. But also it’s supposed to only use it. It says it in the directions. So no leave in stuff you put in

I heard there is like sour milk in Hershey's or something and that's why it tastes so off. American chocolate tastes fake a lot of the time also, but I also thought when I went to the UK the chocolate was better

I love ur vids soon just a little tip I studied skin and am a beauty therapist the reason spot treatment is mostly so hard to work the way you want it to is because Yu can’t spot treat ur skin it’s normal yo have congestion Build up and the spot patches can help but no you can’t spot treat your skin no hate I love u just to clear that up for u !
I use sudocream on my spots leave it over night then l, remove it with micellar water and then finish of with a toner give it a day and bing bang bosh gone x
Hersheys chocolate is gross unless it's their dark chocolate but Lindt or Ghirardelli are so good but pricey
