I think it depends, when I was in marching band it would always be miserable at first and then after like an hour I wouldn't have cramps anymore. However, the really heavy flow days where I was cramping so bad I could barely walk it definitely didn't help. Exercise helps mild cramps for me but not the bad ones, which is what I typically have

I have the perfume issue with the brand L'erbolario and I own 3 of their perfumes. The first spray is quite intense and sometimes you just get a waft of alcohol. Like the tea leaves perfume on the first spray it smells like alcohol but once it dies down after a few minutes you get this fresh aroma of Oolong tea leaves and mint that is simply spectacular. Almost the same happens with the Fior di Salina perfume which is my absolute favourite from them. It smells either too strong or like alcohol. Strangely it doesn't happen with my Indian Jasmine one. But probably because that perfume could turn a stinky bathroom upside down. I think I bought the most intense perfume on the entire website.

when you have period cramps it is more helpful to warm your lower back because there are the arteries that supply the uterus with blood, which dilate with heat. often, cramps occur when the blood flow to the uterus is decreased. movement can also stimulate circulation.

I have one from shein and one from eternal muse. They do the same job kinda but it’s not the same lol 😂 the shein one is really hard and is just a pool noodle lol the eternal muse one is mush softer and I can actually sleep in it. But if you don’t intend to sleep in it, the shein one works just fine 👍

On the note of PVD coated jewellery, it has been used in body piercing fr a long time and still definitely comes off! Black PVD is the same. Please no one use it unhealed piercings bc it can trap bacteria more than anodised titanium. I have "gold" anodised titanium in my septum, vetical labret, nostril piercings and labrets 🥰

If you haven’t been checked for endometriosis, you might want to. I had terrible period cramps my whole life. Last year I had an issue with my Fallopian tubes and had to have them removed. While they were in there, they found out I have endometriosis and they cut away a ton of scar tissue. Now I have VERY minimal pain and much easier periods.

    I love clinque happy.
The best perfume ever in my opinion is Roberto Cavali and its in a big gold box.
Everytime I wear Roberto Cavali I have women asking me what I'm wearing 8 out of 10 times I wear it.
Roberto Cavali is expensive but a little really does go a long way trust me.

Talking of severe period pain as someone who suffered from acute endometriosis try half a teaspoon of turmeric, sprinkle black pepper, quarter teaspoon of ginger and a spoonful of honey in a cup of warm milk. DON'T use painkillers whilst doing this especially aspirin or ibuprofen as it has a blood thinning effect but on it's own worked better for me than any painkiller and take it from me as someone whose pain was equal to childbirth. Hope this helps anyone suffering with period cramp, endometriosis or fibroids, as it REALLY helped and avoided me having to have an hysterectomy x

This heat thing is just ridiculous. So much money for not really doing anything. Have people forgotten that hot water bottles and cherry pit pillows exist? Things for minimal prices that you can use however you want? And none of this devices actually help alone with actual period cramps. Mine get so bad that I can't even move a muscle in my foot without crying. I really am just laughing about those gadgets..

In my country, every single women in their 50s accuses you of not being active enough when you tell them you have period pain. Like wth, i believed that for so long despite it not working out on me, it didn't do anything other than making me feel like puking and weird
So just stop with this bs ladies

It is the acidity of your skin that wears away gold plating faster than say water. Someone like me wears plating very fast due to my skin a bit acidic. Earrings are also affected by makeup more that water. Would be curious how these things affect the jewelry.

If you suffer with strong period cramps, I would suggest going to a doctor and asking about endometriosis.
A lot of woman suffer for a long time before being diagnosed, and the earlier you are diagnosed, easier it is to treat.
It’s amazing how common it is, and a lot of people still don’t know about it.
