No doubt
Buffet Unit is real
I came here for the comments, and you all didn't disappoint 😂!!
ahahahahaha me to 😂
The comment section remains undefeated.
I was just thinking how rarely the majority of RUclips comments are gems and this would be one of those rare exceptions 🤣
😂😂😂
Cheers 🥂
Without this info alex would've never won ufc 300
Seagal wanted to hurry up and get to the "Buffet"😁😁
He just came from one. Of course, that doesn't preclude that he would be hurrying to another one.
The coconut shrimp and dumplings are calling
@@OffTheGrid1982 Hahaha 😁😁
@@stanlee3619 As much as Seagal is chatting rubbish in that video. Ima defend him on this. He has a really bad thyroid problem, that's why he so fat.

seagal helped me fight through a very tough all you can eat buffet
It's interesting to see fighters at that level 'complying'.
funny and true
these guys are so nice putting up with this bs
Common, they are learning good stuff here. They never thought of catching the wrist of a juiced up MMA guy as he is punching full force at your head. Now that they know about this technique, you will def see one of these guys win the belt.
Alex probably doesnt know WTF. The only way i can imagine hes going to pay attention to the farcial seagull.
@@davidturner1641 Never been in a wristlock before?
@chriswaters2327 how many MMA fights have ended with the opponent tapping whilst in a wrist lock?
Alex just finished Hill by throwing a lefthook directly off of a Wing Chun style left-handed parry/control. Very relevant to something Seagal showed him.
Correct. And he also stepped on Hill's foot. Something that Shihan Seagal emphasizes A LOT.
I’d pay attention to Steven when he showes how to devour and finish
A double quarter pounder with cheese with a large fry and Diet Coke
Tough to learn anything, because he does it so fast.
Love the diet coke at the end. As long as you have diet coke to go with your 2,000 calories, that's all you need. I just hope he doesn't start wearing spandex.
He sits in the majority of his D movies. 😂
@@EdenidiaMolinathat's a sight nobody wants to see I might have to disinfectant my eyes after it
This absolutely destroyed me, but the "Diet Coke" at the end SEALed the deal.

Everyone has a plan except Steven Seagal
He has a very extensive meal plan I'll have you know mate
Oh he has a plan but he needs a movie script to execute it
Nothing better than watching Seagal fatly moving around
he fat
“Fatly” lol. I’m stealing that
Everybody knows that to finish the fight, you always re-stomp that groin.
Master Ken would be proud you remembered that very important move 😆
His secret weapon is the soy sauce in his hair.
😅
😂😂😂😂😂
He's certainly 'dining' out on that Anderson Silva front kick...
Times have changed here in California, I’ve trained martial arts my whole life and find myself carrying a weapon. No one wants to fight anymore but here they shooting.
Good point.
The world is full of cowards nowadays. I live in South Africa, toughness is judged my the size firearm a guy has
They need to overturn last nights UFC results, No way could it of been a fair fight after learning these deadly techniques 😂
Seagull's finishing move should be blinding his opponent with the squid ink stored above in his hair.
Maybe Jake Paul should call him out next.
That is actually a great idea.
Now THAT would be hilarious!
Steven Seagal would win that one by sitting on him!🐖
I'd rather ask Van Damme for advice.
YES!!!!!!!!!!! Jean Claude van damage was an actual bad ass
Steve Seagull would mess both of you dudes up

Seagal - the El Bullshido master LOL.
Seagal kills me. He is a legit martial artist to a dead art but he tries so hard to make himself seem so great. He needs a dose of humility
and yet i somehow feel that you would be on the floor in a few seconds against him.
@orangefacedbuddah1776 No I wouldn't. I wouldn't get near him but he's not all crap, he just went about things wrong for his western career.
He has black belt judo, karate, jiu jitsu and kendo.
@@itllkeal he devoted many years perfecting his disciplines,he knows what he is talking about.Unlike you i do not pas commentary on his personal life, that's his business.
His wrist takedowns are legit...if he can catch them off guard or in the midst of hand fighting, the opponent falls into that grip. Akido is actual doable before people start throwing hands and you can navigate the grip. After people are tense and in fight mode...nope.
Exactly. It's damn near worthless
Mathilda2zero were talking about a lot of food...
Aikido is designed to try to end a fight before it actually gets started 😅.
Oh, this video was about fighting? I thought he was showing them how to beat your wife.
@Mathilda2zero LMAO
this was really fun and intresting. it would be nice to see more of this video style of demo breakdowns
"The reason we went to the moon is because NASA did what I told them" - Steven Seagal
that's a cute joke, but we've never been to the moon. lol
we never went to the moon
The important thing most people that try to critique others forget, is to take into consideration the timing...under the proper timing, almost anything can be done to disrupt attacking flow... Yes this hanging the arm out for the instructor to use against you is Dojo syndrome in many cases. But if you have a trained eye you can spot any techniques critical timing. Propper TDA...timing ,distancing and alignment is the key to all martial arts.
In my Silat class, we teach the techniques with the hanging arm to new people. But over a few classes, we then start speeding it up for them, allowing them to see how hard it actually is to catch someones wrist / arm in a real fight when they retract super fast. I've only done it once, and it takes a lot of timing / positioning. A couple of our head students can do it a few times, but still have a hard time pulling off all the moves once they get the hand, because the other guy is still struggling.
So, like Dr Phillips said, these moves are often good in close range / the clinch, where you can control the body a lot more.
I train in Krav Magoo and I can relate to this. I only have 2 months of experience but I’m able to beat the black belt masters because of my incredible timing. I was born with it. Natural timing.

LOL Most martial arts are way too complicated to work in the real world
humans just can't react fast enough if you like your teeth where they are you keep it simple unless you got dem spidey senses of course.
The single greatest moment in martial arts history is Gene LeBelle choking Seagal until he shat himself.
Where do I get to see that ??
You don’t get to see it. Some people contest the shitting, but the choke-out is established history.
@@DziajiEstablished history? By who exactly? Lmao.
That story was already debunked by the stunt witnesses that were ACTUALLY THERE. Let's stick to facts please.
I just love that it's a thing😂😂😂😂
That story has been proven false already by actual eyewitnesses.
Did Stevie Seegz draw his hairline on with a permanent marker?
Yes
Eddie Munster
I agree with Segal on the shin kick . If you have ever been hit there then you know ... if you've ever struck someone there then you know . The more intense the attack the more intense the response
Alex would beat the shit out of Seagal
You need to punch with your kicks and kick with your punch

😎Excellent!Excellent Program! Your fighting analizations make out alot of sense!Thank you for sharing!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍃🍃🍵🍃👊🍃🌅
Your take on street fights are so realistic.
So I told Anderson, use the front kick
I agree with what you say. Thanks
Anderson Silva, Lyoto Machida and now Alex Pereira all trained with Seagal, all three won their fights.
Yes they did. It's the noobs here who have no martial arts training, no Ring experience, probably not even a streetfight who act like babies and make jokes and troll about how fat this dude is when this guy has been in martial arts longer than most of these clowns have been alive. Think about it. I can't recall any UFC or Bellator, K-1 or even a boxing professional who has ever talked mess about Segal. The only people who talk mess about him are people on social media who have never had any fights. Steven has had a dream life that most of these people will never, ever see. The man was a hollywood movie star, millionaire. Bedded some of the finest women on planet earth, traveled all over the world, trained people in Japan, hung out with Putin..trains MMA fighters and hung out with all the top celebrities and Hot Women in Hollywood. I don't know who would not want a life like that. So i'm thinking that mostly the jokes and the passive-aggressive comments are basically just jealous people who don't really know anything about fighting and they're just jumping on the; I hate Segal bandwagon cause this dude is a legit martial artist. He will hurt 95% of the people talking mess on social media but they'll never know because they're talking from behind the safety of a computer. The people being critical of Segal, making jokes, their highest aspirations are to high score on a video game and to get thumbs up comments on youtube. That's what they consider making it in life🤣.. So either these amazing world champions and UFC Hall of famers are complete idiots or they know something that these clowns on youtube do not know and that is why they seek out Segal to train with. I watched Silva and Machida training with Segal. I had no idea Alex also trained with him.. Segal straight up told Silva to throw a punch as fast as he could at his face and Segal parried it very easily and got him in a wrist lock.. and TOOK SILVA TO THE GROUND..Only a true artist understands what is happening here and why these guys are training with him..Steven was not trained to fight for 30 minutes In an octagon with rules. He is trained to kill you very quickly and brutally...on the streets. Big difference. There are videos on RUclips of legit Brazilian jujitsu MMA guys engaging in a street flight and getting wrecked. So a lot of the techniques that he is teaching, some of these are very lethal, but it's up to these guys to hold back in the ring. For example, that front thrust kick that he is teaching these guys about. I understand exactly what he is doing. The front thrust kick can hurt you in 2 different ways. It can impact and push into your organs and cause a shock wave, especially if it hits the solar plexus and make you nauseous and weaken you.. Or you can make a slight adjustment with this kick which is called Bunkai and cause a muscle separation in the torso
which I guarantee will drop a man instantly.
Silva was not joking arround in later interviews he told the truth, segal is a bum, segal did never fight a real fight, even when claud van damme was standing for his housse to fight with him segal saty in, later segal was arrested for have woman sex slaves.
Bro, I love the vids you guys put out. Much is readily applicable. I think your analysis is fair here (thinking real-world scenarios, not LARPing). However, don't discredit nerve strikes or grips. There are some nerves that take little pressure to bring down or incapacitate a person; providing the chance to escape; with enough practice, they can be easily located with accuracy & effectiveness. As you said, though, clenches are the most realistic scenario.
Can you do a video on the self defensive Silat fighting style? I saw this RUclips video from Maul Mornie from Silat Suffian fending off a make shift knife attack...I found it intriguing(Most everyone I shared it w/are veterans who found it good but a couple of martial artist I know, not so much)...Would love your take on those techniques
This is so outlandish.
Steven Seagal is a 7th dan black belt in Aikido, he spent more than 15 years learning in Japan under Shihan Hiroshi Isoyama and Seiseki Abbe Sensei... He also learned Wing Chun under Sifu Randy Williams (he worked as Seagal's bodyguard) then continued learning Wing Chun under GM Samuel Kwok... There are the videos where Seagal and Kwok are doing together Aikido and Wing Chun seminars.
Finally, Seagal commented that he is very interested in Systema (Russian martial art and is also used for Self Defense)
One of these men is a trained fighter, a killer, a man who has fought and beaten many other men in combat. The other is Alex Pereira.
Good breakdown
Steven Seagal Threat Level Midnight
Great!
Can't wait for mixed martial animations to cover this skit
Its a bong sau/larp (in practice) that should just as rightly be a pak (jau/larp), providing you dont rest on the front foot.
You could strike to the ribs if its quick enough before you're behind them and bringing them seated down by a rear chin lock.
The thing is these Hapkeido fellas get really nasty finger/hand locks on which changes everything.
Like dont talk, while they're pulling out your tonsils.
I am honored that we share our name
Am i the only one who laughed so hard when he said im going to show him to punch that is different ha. I also know even an influencing actor wont be able to have the knowledge an instructor would. I would love to have your knowledge Mark.
A lot of these application demos assume that you caught the timing, which usually means stepping in as the attack comes BEFORE the opponent retracts their arm or steps back, etc. Also, they are just tools in your toolbox - they either happen or they don't in a real fight, assuming you trained correctly and sparred, drilled, etc.
Dude....I've trained with only "old boys" in boxing and army guys, 90% was shouting and conditioning. I still see through this shit. Don't stop laughing.
Seagal was the reason Alex won his last match with that punch
Like your vids your appreciate what I'm going to say. Judo or Muay Thai elbow clinchto judo throw to rear naked choke what move is this because that's a great combo 🇬🇧🏆
Seagal got more sexual misconduct cases that Connor Mcgregor! 😂
I have her phone number. .. ...
Seagal speaks out loud what I used to say in my mind as a kid after watching a karate movie.

It's always great seeing this dude play karate 😂
Steve is gunna take all the credit for that one too
Man, he was so good in "Under Siege". The first one, part 2 wasn't so great. There are actually a lot of his movies that was really good, the first movie of his I remember seeing was "Hard to Kill". It's a shame he ain't on any good movies anymore, all he's in now are straight to DVD and they well, suck.
They suck badly
The biggest takeaway from this is how respectful Alex and his team are towards Seagal.
Seagal taught Alex the shovel hook he used to knock out Jamahal Hill. 🥊🔥
The kick the kick do the kick
Oh this should be good!
I think regardless whether or not these fighters believe the stuff Seagal is selling, they're at least giving him a lot of respect, whether deserved or not, and this definitely speaks to their type of character.
Exactly, punches in bunches.

Is this primarily defense usage versus sport usage?
Not sure the legality of this for sport?
Is the Aikido or Aikijujitsu?
People can have their doubts, but the reality is, both of Alex's coaches stated in a follow up video that Seagal was the real deal, and very precise and strong, and had some seriously conditioned bare knuckles.
Alex even mentioned that he felt pain from even "friendly" back pats from Seagal when they met.
Lyoto Machida mentioned this too years ago in a Portuguese language video. He stated Seagal's friendly "light" strikes felt like getting hit by a car. Jesse Enkamp and his brother Oliver stated this as well.
Alex's coaches also talked about how there were things they drilled with Seagal that were not shown in the video, because Seagal wanted certain methods to stay private. He gave them more details of the front kick variation privately and Alex's coaches showed a small sneak peek of blurred out footage of Seagal dropping one of Alex's guys with a single kick. He was on the floor coughing for a while.

More specifically, an unintentionally comedic entertainer.
BTW, I’ve noticed that he eschews the obi (belt). Too bad, wearing the belt would make Stevie even more entertaining. Just picture it - am I right?
Lol kick with the toes bro 😂😂😂
Seagal has a stunt triple 😂
The guy in green said in iterview a guy was bruised for week from a seagal hit in the ribs, and other went in pain to the locker from a small kick on the inside of the leg I think. All the comment section thinking they can be a 7th dan in Aikido, without dedicating themselfes 30 or 40 years to the martial art and with license to teach in Japan need to get their heads checked. Aikido is as ancient as Judo or Karate, those finger and arm locks will indeed break your bones, and the tecniques were meant to disable a samurai with a sword and even an armour, I dont get the Bullshido nonsense. Its a real martial art. The creator of Aikido Morihei Ueshiba started has a master of several styles of Jui-Jitsu first, sword , and spear, fighting, before he created Aikido in 1883. Aikido aswell as Judo is actually rooted in Jui-jitsu that has huge respect today.
He’s a fake’ theres many documentaries debunking his story’ just because you used to watch his movies as a child doesn’t mean you have to try to back his bullshido story up
Steven Segal vs Pereira I wanna see that fight
If his elusive punch is so effective .. maybe he should try it against a top ranked pro boxer . Just to see how well it works for him . Seagal keeps preaching stuff he's never used on any real fighter . Just classic style martial artists back in Japan .He's teaching this to work in a pro fight , and he's never had a pro fight .
