Very true I have a headache right now and in pain so I need blue light glasses hi its like a week later they did not take that long to get here but i have them on as im speek
I need blue light glasses so bad because since there’s online school now until further notice I get headaches more and I feel like glasses would help lol
I just ordered some the other day. I can't wait for them to come tomorrow. I've been having a hard time sleeping because my eye strain and headaches/migraines have been getting worse. And my expensive prescription glasses don't really help anymore so I'm excited to try and hoping they will help me!!!
Defiently gonna order a pair. I've recently been getting a ton of migraines and headaches due to being on my laptop 7+ hours a day for school. Hope they work!!
I have 2 pairs from TIJN. They work well, but I got far from the packaging you got. Mine was a set. They came in cheap little plastic bags inside a black cardboard box. The lenses themselves seem scratched up and not amazing quality. Nothing against the company, they really help my headaches, but just kind of disappointed in the packaging and the quality. But it works, so that’s all I could really ask for. I wonder why you got different packaging 🤔 Great video though! Will be considering Sojo!!
oh that is so strange! did you order a while ago or really recently? I wonder if they maybe changed it before or after I got mine. But I'm glad you like yours!!
Hi ma'am , I'm from India ... Due to a large much time in Covid . My university classes running in online mode , and I use my cell phone and laptop so , can you please suggest me , which glasses , I should buy ?? Please help me ....
Let me start off by first telling you that i'm a retired optician and as such I am a professional and the blue light blocking glasses being sold through Amazon have been tested and proven that they don't block out nearly enough blue light to be worth wearing them for that purpose. If you only want them for fashion then their fine for that. In looking back at your previous videos I found that you actually need and wear prescription glasses quite often by your own admission. So why on earth would you even want a pair of non-prescription blue light blocking glasses even if they were the best in the world which has been proven they certainly aren't. For what you paid for those glasses you can get a really nice pair including the blue light blocking coating as well as having your prescription in them. There are a number of good quality glasses sites that offer both prescription and blue light blocking coatings. Here are three that I highly recommend. Firmoo, Eye Buy Direct and my personal favorite Zenni optical (zenni.com) Zenni has a very nice selection of glasses that would include your prescription as well the blue light blocking coating you were wanting and this coating will actually work. The blue light blocking coating is an option but it's only $16.95. So if you were to find a pair you like for $6.95, which you most likely would, and add on the blue light blocking coating your glasses would only cost you $24.00. Shipping is only $5.00. If you've never ordered glasses on line it's extremely easy to do. All ypu need to do is go back to where you had your eyes examined and if it has been longer than a yera I would even suggest getting your eyes examined because chances are your eyes have probably changed at least a little since your last eye exam. If it has been less then a year then all you need to do is ask for a copy of your glasses prescription. i know you also have contacts but nearly everyone's glasses and contacts prescriptions are different from each other. You also need to ask them fro your PD measurement as well. If your wondering what that is, it's the distance between your pupils in millimeters. I do encourage you to at least take a look at the Zenni site. If nothing else enjoy playing with the virtual try-on session they offer. It's a great way to see how you would look wearing different styles of glasses. If you are interested I will be more than happy to provide you with some helpful tips on making sure nay glasses you were to order will be a perfect fit on you.
thank you so much for your input! I actually only need my glasses for distance so i can see close up when I'm working on the compute or on my phone so I can use bluelight glasses without a prescription! and I have actually ordered from many online glasses websites includes Firmoo and hip optical and love them! I am not a fan of having the bluelight coating on my prescription glasses due to the yellow tint, I would rather just switch glasses when I need that feature. But this was super helpful! thank you for sharing your expertise!
@@ShannonAndersen Thank you for your reply. Even though you're nearsighted and you really only need glasses for distances and not for reading close up. When using a computer with monitor most monitors are at least 24" away from your eyes. That's no longer considered as close up but rather mid-range. So even though you maybe able to see the letters and words on your screen without glasses you're actually straining your eyes in doing so. This may surprise you but most people think that working with your eyes staring at a computer screen for long hours will result in them needing glasses, which is true but they think they will need reading glasses. The truth is they are far more likely in becoming nearsighted. Here is why. Nearly everyone's eyes become transfixed on whatever there working on when using a computer. This transfixion reduces the amount of blinking we do and blinking is what lubricates the eyes and keeps the feeling moist. So by not blinking as often the eyes become dry, sore and red and of course eyestrain. With the eyes fixed and focusing at short distance for long hours at time it causes the eyes to not want to focus at longer distances like they used.In other words the eyes become myopic otherwise known as nearsighted. Have you ever heard of the "20-20-20 rule" when using a computer? Simply put it means every 20 minutes you need to take a 20 second break from looking at your screen and focus your eyes on something 20 feet away. This allows your eyes to refocus. So my point is that even though you're able to see your computer pretty well without your glasses you really should be wearing them to keep from straining. Even though you may only be slightly nearsighted and maybe don't even wear glasses all that much there is no harm in your wearing your glasses full time if you wanted to. I know many people think that the more you wear your glasses the worse your eyesight is going to get. As an optician I can tell you that just isn't true. Your eyesight may in fact get a little worse but that will only be because of your age. Once you are somewhere in your early to mid twenties your eyesight will stop changing and your eyes will be stable for quite a long time. Probably into your 50's when you will probably get your first pair of bifocals. If you don't like the color of the blue light glasses as your regular glasses I get that but I do suggest you get at least one pair that you can wear when using your computer that includes you prescription. I'm sure the prescription will relax your eyes even more than just having non-prescription blue light glasses.
@@soundmanpt Hi Jim. I work on computer 10 hours a day 4 days a week. I have experienced much of what you said in your post. My question is if I use the 20 20 20 rule faithfully, could that prevent near sightedness? Or will it happen eventually due to the consistent schedule of long hours on the computer? I currently do not wear prescriptions.
@@LoveMEsumLISSA Actually staring at a computer screen for 10 hours a day 4 days a week is even worse than 8 hours a day for 5 days a week. By the 4th day i'm pretty sure your eyes are badly strained. Besides getting regular eye exams, which hopefully you're doing, one simple way to test your eyes is by how well you're able to see when driving after dark on the 3rd or 4th day of doing computer work for 10 hours. If road signs and other signs seem to be more difficult to see as well as used to be able to see them that's a symptom of nearsightedness. If you've noticed that you need to need to make an appointment to get your eyes tested and be sure to tell the doctor about any issues with your vision when driving at night or any other time. Doing the "20-20-20 rule" should help your eyes with focusing, but no one can predict if it will prevent you from becoming nearsighted or not. I was an optician for 38 years and too much of anything usually isn't a good thing and in this case as much as you're over working your eyes I honestly think it's not a question of if you're going to become nearsighted or but more a question of when you're going to become nearsighted. Do you mind me asking when you last had your eyes examined? If you are prescribed glasses would you be okay with that or do you hate the thought of possibly having to start wearing glasses? By the way due to the covid-19 are you currently working from home or are you working away from home in an office situation? Have a really great day and stay safe.
@@soundmanpt Hi Jim Sadly I have never had an eye exam. I'm sure after this I need one. Yes I currently work from home due to the Pandemic. Amazon doesn't sell prescription glasses and i'm sure that your Prada glasses were prescription glasses. I'm a retired optician so I have come across a number of very good glasses sites that are very inexpensive. Three of my favorite are Firmoo, Eye Buy Direct and my very favorite Zenni Optical (zenni.com) Zenni has a really nice selection of glasses that includes whatever your prescription is single vision lenses for just $6.95. That's much less than the non-prescription Amazon glasses. Zenni has hundreds more for under $13.00 If you also want the blue light blocking coating you can have added for just $16.95. I would suggest that you first get your eyes examined if you recently had a baby because about 50% of women will have a change in their eyesight as a result of being pregnant. This is a permanent change by the way. So in your cases you would only need an increase in your prescription but for those young ladies that always had perfect vision their perfect vision will be gone forever and they will be getting glasses for the first time.

The first one ..link ?
everything should be in the description box!
Super cute glasses. I need a new paid since my baby threw away my Prada glasses😬😔😭😭😡
oh no, really?! ahhhh that's such a bummer😩😩
@@soundmanpt thank you so much i just ordered from zenni!i ordered some browlines and in total it was $20.90!! I got a coupon so it was 15.90$ for everything including shipping
@@venuzlol6627 You should expect to receive your glasses in the mail within about 14 days or less. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of your glasses and Zenni will be getting more orders from you in the future. After all a girl can never have too many pairs of glasses.
I am from India I can't waist my money so will it help me😭
May I know the 1st and 4th glasses link ?
everything is linked in the description box!
The reason I even want blue light is because I'm always on the computer bc of school and I'm afraid it has grading
yeah they're really good for when you're on the computer a ton!
@@ShannonAndersen can't you just turn on blue light filter?
You didn't show us the name of the last pare glasses
everything is linked for you!!
I just wish I could find the rectangular frames for these. Lol
There are tons and TONS on amazon!! I do agree finding rectangular is less common but they definitely do have them on amazon!
Can a teen wear these
definitely! they just block a certain color light, that's all!
Are they real glasses
they don't have a prescription in them if that's what you're asking
i ordered some off amazon that are supposed to come in a couple hours!
ahh yay! that's always so so exciting!
Shannon Andersen i just got them! they are amazing.
This is real glasses or nothing?
they're blue light, not prescription if that's what you're asking.
